I had a question about oil change and inspection, and Brandon the Service Manager stopped everything he was doing and immediately addressed my questions in a fast and polite manner. Wow!! Stopped by to ask a question on alignment on a Sunday. Shop was closed but they were genuinely helpful. Good guys

My car broke down on I-95, luckily it was close to this shop, very lucky especially since it was a Sunday and most places (including the local car rental) were closed. We got to meet Brandon, a very smart and helpful pro. He right away checked the car, explained what was wrong and what can be done. Throughout the whole experience I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We left the car since it needed a part and Brandon took very good care of us, including calling to keep us updated and taking care of additional requests like checking the brakes. I would give him more stars if possible!
