We have lived at the Mason for over a year now, since it first became occupied by tenants, and have seen a great improvement in service, management, communication, and amenities. Robert, the property manager, is very responsive to your inquires and questions. The maintenance team is very responsive to service orders. We know we can rely on the staff for any inquiry we might have. The apartments are spacious and modern with high quality finishes and floor to ceiling windows. The amenities deck and area is perfect for a small gathering with your friends or family or neighbors. We recently have adopted a dog and the transition has been very smooth since the Mason is very dog friendly offering a dog run and access to local parks in the area. The community here is very friendly and the location is perfect as we are central to all the shops, restaurants, and public transportation in Mamaroneck.

We have lived at The Mason for a year, it was our best and cleanest rental. The unit was furnished with top notch appliances and the kitchen was beautifully designed. We enjoyed all the amazing restaurants, parks, and the beach that Mamaroneck offered. The only downside was the nearby warehouse that was somewhat noisy even during weekends.The staff was always friendly and polite. Robert, the property manager helped us with everything, even during and after the moveout. Thank you for the excellent experience!

In December of 2020, a tree had just gone through our home in nearby Larchmont and we needed a short-term rental that would take us...and our large dog. We were having terrible luck--until I reached out to the Mason. We took a townhouse apartment -- and ended up spending a full year there after all (Covid, you know). The apartment was super modern, with high ceilings and if something did go wrong, maintenance was over to fix it in a minute. My teenage daughter also LOVED the community area, which became a fun hangout spot for her in the evening (and an awesome workspace for me in the day). Highly recommend.

The Mason is a great community. Location is unbeatable - close to Metro North, Trader Joes, Harbor Island, Mamaroneck Ave Restaurants, and local parks for hiking. The space is well thought out and we appreciate the green initiatives (composting, community garden, recycling, bike share). Management is super responsive - Robert and his team are great. Common areas including amenity spaces, hallways, elevators, trash room, are always kept sparking clean which has helped keep our minds at ease during this pandemic. A++

We have been residents of The Mason for just over a year now and have seen a marked improvement in how things are run and maintained. Since they brought on a professional property manager (Robert) and his team to help run and maintain the facility, we have been pleasantly surprised with how much things have improved. We now have an open line of communication with management to help deal with any issues, concerns and repairs in a timely fashion. Most importantly we have someone onsite that we can work with and rely on, if even just to answer questions. We appreciate the commitment to improvement!

We love living at The Mason. Robert has been very accommodating to all of our needs, as well as Mike who is the head of maintenance. The amenities are incredible, we are enjoying our first summer and there’s plenty of outside space plus a community garden. Definitely recommend it for anyone interested.

I have never lived at The Mason but I had one of the worst experiences while looking to rent. In July, my boyfriend and I visited The Mason, we were excited and met Robert for a tour. He showed us a large unit we absolutely loved and we were ready to apply that day. We were also told they were offering the first year with Wifi included. Later that evening, as we were preparing to apply, we were told that actual unit was not available and had already been rented. We were extremely disappointed but regardless decided to move forward with a smaller unit, we asked if that could be held until our move in date mid August, we were told that should not be a problem (in writing). A few days later, as we were getting ready to apply for that unit, we were told they could not hold that unit and were pushed to apply for an even smaller apartment and that the wifi package was no longer being offered. The way this management company works is clearly deceitful, showing a unit that wasnt even available and lied about special promotions. Im sorry but for 3,100 its just not worth it to be lied to even before living there. We are extremely happy we didnt move forward with living there.

We have loved living at The Mason! Nothing but great things to say about living here. It is by far the cleanest apartment complex we’ve ever lived in!Robert, the property manager, goes above and beyond and all of the staff are super friendly and attentive. Truly feels like home!

As a native Brooklynite and decades long denizen of Manhattan, a working artist and interior designer, and needing to move, the idea of relocating outside my familiar city-life cocoon was improbable. Until I saw a large, intriguing ad for The Mason one afternoon on a Metro North train. It looked like an old time factory refitted for modern habitation. But it is a brand new, green-dedicated complex offering high-tech secure locked access, super quiet, loft-like units with high ceilings, huge windows, completely top of the line fixtures and amenities, dedicated parking, in the heart of a vibrant, culturally diverse village of Mamaroneck on the shores of the Long Island Sound with great international restaurants, and most significant, just 30 minutes from Grand Central Station. I came, I saw, I chose and rented my unit the next day! Everything at The Mason reflects the owners’ environmentally responsible approach. The staff is welcoming, skilled, and attentive. After moving out of the city for many years I was delighted to find a great place to live that was walking distance to the train and Mamaroneck Village. The Mason has huge apartments with great finishes and awesome amenities. The staff and resident manager Robert are excellent and do a nice job making this a great place to live.

The Mason is a super cozy new apartment community in Mamaroneck. My boyfriend Jason and I moved in on April 15th this year. We moved from NYC to the suburbs and we love the neighborhood and the intimacy of The Mason. The brick exterior and all the beautiful fixtures in the apartment. We have a 2 bed 2 bath in the Central building with amazing huge windows in every room and 10 foot ceilings. It has so much light, and has really allowed me to use my interior decorating eye and design the way I really wanted to in a larger space. Management has now gotten phenomenal since Robert took over. He took over someone elses complete mess and made a 180. Everything got done so quickly when he came into Management. He is a really nice guy and takes his job very seriously. One thing I would love to see in each lobby are formal signs for pick up and drop offs for packages, and a seating area in the lobbies. I feel the lobbies seem bare and need a nook with a couch, some chairs a little area rug, a lamp and some end tables for guests or even the tenants because a lot of us have dogs and we love to be able to be downstairs or outside - benches by the dog walk would be awesome. Robert, please keep up the great work!!!! The Mason is a wonderful place to live - 30 minutes flat to Grand Central....30 to Stamford with Amtrak to Boston and DC. It is so close to getting everywhere.

The Mason apartments are a great place to call home. Thr windows are floor to ceiling allowing natural light to pour in. Windows face either East or West.We have stainless steel appliances and onyx counter tops and glass back backsplash and shower tiles.The Mason is also dog friendly and we have a dog run.The housekeeping staff keeps the premises very clean.We have only three floors of apartments and elevators arrive promptly.We are just a few blocks to MetroNorth Mamaroneck train station.
