Good morning guys! Yes, I am very Happy to recommend this location here because of their good services I received from them last week. They Good Customer support team, and they are Cool people, They Absolutely give fair and normal prices items at the U-Haul Moving and Self Storage. The Bathrooms are Clean and ready to use. I strongly believe this place is very nice place to come here and doing business with them cause they wont bite you LOL😁

Worst uhaul in the whole world, they overcharge you, tell you you approved these charges and then tell you to deal with it. I’ve used uhaul so many times and this is by far the worst !!!!!!!! I would give them 0 stars!

I have used uhaul in the past and normally service is great. However this time, my pick up experience was one of the worst customer service experiences. I booked using the app and was happy to see contactless pickup with covid19 concerns. I arrived early went to the place the vehicle was supposed to be waiting. It was not there. No problem. I went inside and the key was behind the counter and the vehicle was out back. An employee brought the vehicle to the front and began to clean it. I completed the process on the app and confirmed with the employee who provided the vehicle I was good to go. A mile down the road I am called back to the uhaul as the checkout process was incomplete. I return and the most rude and impatient employee assists me with the check out process. During the next 30 minutes as I wait patiently I am told I did the online checkout wrong and I am acting worse than a 2 year old and that we arent just waiting here for you to pickup vehicles there is additional conflict as the card reader does not work and demanding my card the employee is further enraged as the apple card has no visible numbers. Not wanting to add to the drama, I provided another card (which I had done via the app already) and left as quickly as I was able. 40 minutes after I was supposed to have a vehicle ready for me, I was insulted, yelled at and treated like trash but at least I had a vehicle. I understand people can have a bad day. At my worst day I would never treat a customer, client or anyone like this. I am thoroughly disappointed in anyone behaving like this. It isnt everyone at this location, the two other employees who I interacted with were helpful and pleasant during the locating of the vehicle and the return. I hope this issue is resolved.

I went to your with someone but while their the last time I left my shopping carriage there and when I went back expecting it to be gone it was still there which I thought was great because it was brand new I just got it.Always clean & maintained

Humiliating serviceYou have everything packed and ready to move, you will pick up the truck you have reserved and .....They asked me, I returned the car at an specific time, I answered with doubt, they denied me the service and they called me a liar, I keep calm, I made a couple of phone calls to get help, so be sure to meet the required time, I approached a man who said he was the manager and told me that if he wasnt there at the agreed time, he would charge me a fine and call me the police. I had no other choice, I had to accept his humiliating treatment.

When I went to U-Haul I was greeted very kindly by the staff. They walked me through the entire process. When I returned Joe helped me cash out paying for the truck. I still have a problem with charges on my account. I have been unable to return. But will be returning shortly and I am quite sure that this problem will be resolved. As the employees went above and beyond especially Joe to help me. Thank you for of the services that you provided for me. Just need to have my bill adjusted for my rebate.

What an amazing outcome! This team rocks!!! Had the worst experience on a moving job. Worried and exhausted from the night from hell. Absolutely every one in this place make sure I was fine and assured me that I’ll be taking care of. Thanks for being very attentive to every single details to all the customers that walked in that day. I’m amazed by the quality of service at this uhaul, like no other! Bonnie is awesome.

Letting bums hang around units and in bathrooms isnt a selling point

I had to store my belongings at last minute, due to no fault of my own, and the store Mgr. was so understanding of my situation. They were so nice and made my truck rental and storage space rental so easy for me at such a bad time. My things are still in storage. I feel it is all safe until I have enough space for them.I want to add to my previous review of 3 months ago. I have since moved my belongings out of the U-Haul Storage unit in Malden, and of course nothing goes without a hitch. A family member lost the key to my lock at the storage, again, the employees at the U-Haul could not have been nicer and of more help. I would recommend this facility to any and all. Your belongings will definitely be stored safely there.

I came to this Uhaul location for my move to my first home. I called a few days before and I got a very nice young lady on the phone who helped me to decide what size truck I needed for the amount of items I had. When I arrived at the location in person I was greeted by two lovely young ladies who helped me with the rental reservation. They reassured me that the 10’ van was the best choice for the amount of items I had. I rented the truck and returned it the following day once again to find Bonnie who was once again there to greet me with a smile. I had such a great experience that I was back less than 24hrs later to rent another truck to pick up furniture I had purchased. I came in to find Bonnie there ready and willing to help. The young lady (this time a different one) was there greeting me with a smile and was just as friendly as helpful as I the last. I just want to point out that I showed up 2 minutes before closing the day before my scheduled pickup and the young woman who rented the truck to me was still so kind and absolutely pleasant although it was closing time. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable everyone was and their willingness to guide me through the process. It’s so important to know the product that you are selling to someone and I am happy that you employees get that. Also the great attitude of everyone in the entire store just made me feel like a valued customer and I certainly will be back for all my moving or large transport needs. I’m also telling all my friends and anyone who will listen about the great experience the honest pricing and the plain old excellent customer service I received! Three cheers... 10 Stars... A+ UHAUL

This is a new facility and very well maintained. Staff is nice and informative. Definitely recommend renting a storage unit and/or truck.
