Sergio was very upfront about the repair and was forthcoming with a price. Most mechanics will wait until the job is over or give an estimate but Sergio stuck to the price given even though the job took longer then expected.

Worst customer experience. I told the mechanic guy that the ac system in my car has strange noise and tremble. They told me that they can fix it and ac need to refill freon And he promised this ac system problem can be repaired within 20min. But I wait there more than two hours,. It seems that they don’t familiar with the Freon machine and the problem still exists. After I driving out of this auto repair, the noise and trembled problem still existed. When I was leaving, they began to say the fan in ac need to be replaced. And I still need to pay for the wrong fix fee.Wasting time and money, I got nothing.After searching information on the Internet, I knew that Freon only influenced the cold condition and it do nothing for the ac noise and tremble. I feel disgusted.Also, they can’t explain to me about their new finding. I don’t think it’s the fan problem, because if I only adjust wind speed without pushing ac button, the fan works good.They promised me that they can fix tremble and noise issue, but nothing change. They still got the money and gave me an unreasonable explanation.I will never go to this place. Awful and very unhappy experience.[To be continued]Already find out the ac broken problem as shown in the picture below. Stop fooling the custom if you didn’t even know basic knowledge about it

My husband and I have been dealing with Sergios Auto Repair for the past 24 months now and are very pleased with his service as well as honoring any workmanship that may need to be checked if there should be any issues after servicing! His business, I find is more reputable than any experiences that Ive ever had to deal with in my 30 years of buying and owning only new cars! I work in short walking distance of Sergios and decided to give it a try as its super convenient to drop my car there before work then pick it up to go home. When I called to get a quote on my brakes I was delighted at the fair pricing. He did the job within the day and everything worked great. A month later Sergio did a ignition lock cylinder for me. Price was right and the job was well done. This is my new shop!

Bringing my car to Sergio’s is a no brainer. He knows what to do and gets the job done right the first time. He even saw a few things that can be worked on but suggested I can hold off for a later time. Honesty like that is hard to come by.

Worst customer experience. I visited this repair shop to diagnose and fix the squeeze sound from my car. Reached there by 8:10 and the guy over there told me to wait 30 mins I will go and have a test drive, i waited and and 8:50 again told me to wait and around 9.20 when I push him you can fix later on but just come with me to have a test drive for few mins then he said can you come in the afternoon?. This sound like pathetic! This is the first time i visited, they might be good guys but my customer experience was worse. i wasted my time!!
