We had an unexpected flat tire the day before a big road trip and other local repair shops were booked for days. Paul’s Foreign Auto Repair said they were busy but could take a look. We pulled up and sure enough they were occupied, but they immediately jacked up the car to inspect the tire. Not more than 10 minutes later, they came back saying the tire was all patched up and reinflated at no charge since they didn’t have to remove the tire to fix it. Absolutely excellent service when we truly needed it. We will definitely be back for any future work!

We had taken our 2006 Toyota prius to a specialty prius auto repair in somerville, but when they could not determine the issue, we took it to Pauls. They had to keep it for a few days while they tried to determine the issue and even called in another prius specialist to take a look at the battery but always kept us informed with what they were doing and trying to get the car back on the road. They did a terrific job ! I would highly recommend this place, as they were honest and fair with the pricing considering the amount of work they had to put in to get the car driving again.

First impression is EVERYTHING ! I called this place multiple times on a Saturday morning and someone kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I read the reviews and seen that people praise their customer service; but great customer service is not picking up the phone and hanging up on someone multiple times. If you’re busy pick up and say that, don’t just pick up and hang up on someone. This place is HORRIBLE!

Repaired a tire here 3 weeks ago for $20 but recently the same tire started leaking again. Pauls Foreign Auto repaired it again for free! And it was a different leak! Guys here are pretty cool and chill. Great customer service! (Had my clutch repaired here 3-4 years ago)

Excellent customer service! Ive had my 2011 Nissan Sentra and 2008 Toyota RAV 4 brake pads, rotors and caliper replace there. The mechanics were knowledgeable friendly and punctual. For both cars (different dates, same time) I dropped them of at 8am and by 12pm the job was done. Of course with extreme accuracy. I recommend doing your auto repair(s) with these guys! Oh, also I made an appointment for those drop of times.

My experience with Paul is that he is honest and does what he says he is going to do. I never felt ripped off EVER and I have been to my fair share of shady shops over the years. Paul and his son are good mechanics and I would recomend them to anyone.

I just picked up my car from Pauls. It was done in a short amount of time, and the prices were cheaper than I had anticipated. I also have a Dodge Neon (so they do things on all cars, not just Foreign vehicles).I got an oil change (and re-drilled since Valvoline sucks and screwed it up), transmission flush, emergency break adjustment, and had the tires rotated. I anticipated being in a mound of debt afterwards, but they were very reasonable and friendly.Perfect place to go for your car troubles!

Pauls Foreign Auto Repair is highly overrated on Yelp. First of all, Pauls pricing is extremely high (usually 1.5 -- 2 times normal auto repairs). Second, Pauls always cannot solve the problem completely, I always have to go back again and again for the check engine light back on with the same code. Well, with these two reasons I highly recommend people not use this service.

I own an 04 Subaru Outback.The only place I take it for repairs is Pauls.His labor prices are reasonable and he does not gouge you on the parts either.Also his turnaround time is awesome most repairs are done in 1 day.

For a job that takes less than two and a half hours they charge me for 5 hours I dont recommend anybody go here they take you for your money dont get me wrong there are nice people but you have to be nice to bring in the business but once youre in they got you
