Tough guy auto mechanics running a tight shop. They do clean, reliable work, and come recommended by other local auto repair shops. What more could you ask for?

I got a recommendation for this place for inspection from Monro Tires. Eastern Auto Repair had me in and out for my inspection in under 30 min and took my car right when I pulled up. They were courteous and efficient. Would absolutely recommend.

Not sure what his name is but the Asian guy who does inspection is 100% incompetent to do his job. Either he’s 100% clueless and knows nothing about inspections or he’s purposely slimy to get more money. Regardless, sad and awful business. I truly wonder if their business would still be up and running if their tactics weren’t so fraudulent.

André was very kind and offered a fair price on my brake job. He also tuned up my caliper instead of charging me to replace like the dealer suggested.

SCAMMERS!!! They ARE THIEVES! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, their inspection stickers are also CASH ONLY, they will fail you for any reason just to have you come back to pass you next time in other words they try to get paid twice. STAY AWAY!

Really terrible and horrible shop. They will fail your inspection with all kinds of excuses which can definitely pass in any other stores and want you to repair and pay. Maybe even you bring a brand new car and they can still fail it. DO NOT GO there. They are robbers.

I do inspection. I changed the brake pads and discs last year and spent several hundred dollars. Then he said this year that my brake system failed and did not pass my inspection. Then the 35 dollars is still only cash, which is terrible.bye bye this store

They were going to charge me 656 for one shock and if you cant tell, I was Shocked!!. It wasnt a luxury vehicle, just a Mazda 3. GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK, GOOD LUCK

I dropped my car off at 11AM yesterday for an oil change and sticker. I was told it would be 2 hours. No call and no answer with a full VM. I finally got through 4 hours later only to be told the mechanic was at lunch - at 3PM and would need another hour which I didnt have. I got there to pick it up and the mechanic said he couldnt find my registration that why he didnt do any of the work - which was in the glove box and no call to ask where to find it. No apology - just rude and incompetent.

The store manager changed my car part without my consent and even charged me an absurd amount. DO NOT INDICATE ANYONE!

Worst experience I ever had in my life. I went in to fix my brakes and was charged $400 for nothing. The breaks continued to give me problems. They are thieves!! Do your research and go somewhere else.

They are definitely stealing people money, I want to this shop to fix Problem in my car They said you have to replace this and charge a lot of money for it then the problem does not fix and then I went back to them and they told me you have replace that after they replaced my is getting worse then I went to different mechanics shop to what is going on with my car and I found out they are trying just charge me a lot of money for labor and I have to sue them to get my money back, they are absolutely thieves
