Excellent auto repair in malden. Aldo is wonderful, friendly and patient, answering all my doubts about my car. Besides, the car inspection and tire repair was very fast, during the whole process, Alda kept updating by sending messages, letting me know whats going on with my car. Greatest auto repair in malden. They replaced with new exhaust pipe, alternator, battery, and made my 2007 Lexus is250 alive again. The price is low. People are nice there. They kept updating by sending messages. Really appreciate it. Thank you all.

This is a long story happening only one month ago. My car had two problems.one was the air conditioning, the other was abnormal noise in the rear axle. After seeing this repair shop was ranked five-star on Google, I decided to chose it to repair my car. I have to say the manager was really nice. She wore a big smile all the time. She introduced why their shop was called family and friend since it would like to grow with the whole community together although it was only opened six months ago. Facing up to managers warmness, I was very happy and would like to recommend it to my friends. They provided me 100% confidence. But it was not what I thought about.My wife and I have been this shop for several times. For the first time, we were told the freon was out. Moreover, they checked the rest of our car and it was in a very good condition except the weight-bearing axles were worn out. So, they repaired the axles and it cost $600, and adding the freon was another $100. After the repair, the air conditioning was cool, and the noise from rear wheels was gone. We thought the problems had been fixed.However, no more than a week, the air conditioning stopped work again. We went back to shop. After careful check, the manager told us that there must be a leak of freon and the valves of air conditioning went wrong, this conclusion was in agreement from two technicians. Because the vehicle was special, there was no matching valve in their shop, so they just simply lubricated the valves. The total cost was $70 just for the labor. The air conditioning was cool again. They told us we could buy the valves online in case that the lubrication did not last long. So I booked the valves when went back home.However, a week later, we were ready to go to Acadia Park, the air conditioning did not work again. We drove the car back to the store with the newly-purchased valves, they removed the old valves and told us our new valves didnt match the car. We needed to buy the new valves from them. The total cost was $135. The air conditioning worked again after repair.A week later, the air conditioning stopped working once again. This time, we really didnt have confidence to go there since the next day we had to drive from Boston to Salt Lake City. We found a nearby shop with a score of 4.8 for maintenance. After the test, they told us the main problem of air conditioning was the compressor. It cost us another $700. Since it was a long trip with 2,500 miles, we have to repair the air conditioning. Fortunately, the air conditioning was fixed and does not have any problems until now.Remember the axles? After 2,500 miles later, my rear wheel started humming again, which forced me to find another repair shop in Salt Lake City. The shopkeeper told us that the axle of the rear wheel needed to be replaced although he discovered the axels were new. It cost me another $450. The shopkeeper gave me the replaced axles which was from previous repair shop, it was shown in the picture below.I dont know what happened. But for me, the repair experience was terrible. I put it up here to remind people who choose this shop should be with careful consideration. Trust is mutual, and hope this shop could make a great improvement on their techniques.

If anyone is having problems with their car man or woman especially women go here! You will get quick, speedy and professional service at a reasonable price. They are not like the traditional repair shops that jack up prices just to do it or purposely damaging your car for future repairs. They work and live by their motto FFFamily and Friends they definitely give off the vibes when you are there. I dropped my car off Saturday and I am picking it up today which is Tuesday, they are already done! Amazing! Love it! And I will definately be back!

They helped me to save hundreds of dollars. The service is great. Their manager is a lady with a warm smile who can take pictures of every step for me to let me know what they are doing with my car. What a bless!! Im one of those that have no clue on how to mantain a car! On my first time there, they fixed up my car as if their family member were driving it. Ive been there to fix my car and I had a great deal, people were very polite and the service was amazing. Alda, the lady in charge to do the estimate gave me enough information and sent pictures to show what was broken. I really recommend this place. They are trustworthy!

I came here was a last minute call. My muffler needs to be welded, they did a fantastic job, the shop is clean and neat. Also they treat people like family. I will definitely recommend people to come here when they need something to be repaired.

I brought my car to the FF auto repair last week and was completely satisfied with their service. The whole team was very friendly and really took the time to listen to my concerns. They quickly identified my cars problem and were very transparent with me: They showed me what the problem was, explained what caused, and how they were going to fix it.
