Made an appointment on Thursday for the following Wednesday @8 AM. Drove 30 miles was told the company had been sold and were not in business anymore. Thanks for the heads up.

I use them for my diesel truck because they do an amazing job in diagnostics and have saved me quite a bit of money vs going to the dealership. They do warranty or as well. BETTER than the dealership and treat you fairly. Highly recommend them.

Highly over priced for the area. Ive lived in larger cities most my life where the labor rates run $90 to $105/hr. The fact they are also affiliated with NAPA allows them to mark up their prices. Unfortunately my car seems to need work when Im visiting family for extended periods of time and dont want to be stranded on my 12 hour drives back home. My fam uses McKenzies and after this last visit they will be looking elsewhere for their vehicles as well.They want $1,100 to replace the braking control module. Told them I had spongy brakes and I wanted the brake lines and fluid checked. They also want $400 for an oil change, cabin air filter change, transmission and radiator fluid change. At those prices I cant do my own oil change and radiator.

Had a good experience staff was very helpful shop was clean an got me fixed in the time I had for them to do it.
