I was in need of brakes for my vehicle, after checking around i found the price quote that i received here was very good, and more importantly i didnt have to wait for a week to get the job done. When i went to pick up my vehicle the price was actually lower than my estimate. On top of that the people are very friendly.

I bought 4 new Yokohama tires on September 20 of last year. I was told when I bought them they had free balance and rotation for the life of the tire since I bought them there. I called yesterday to make my appointment and was told NOTHING about they didn’t honor the free balance and rotation anymore. I went for my “free balance and rotation” today and they charged me $40 for the balance because “they bought the business after I bought my tires.” So these guys apparently aren’t honoring anything previous customers were told. Don’t do business here because you’ll get burned. They probably won’t honor the tire warranty either.

Poor customer service. The guy straight out lied to my face. Took 5 hours for a 2 hour job. Will definitely not go back. Will tell all my friends how bad this place SUCKS!!

Got my truck aligned after replacing suspension parts. They forgot to torque the camber nuts. Was driving with my wife and baby in the car when they loosened up and jerked my truck to the side. They fixed the mess up but still are only getting two stars due to the mistake that could have injured customers.
