We purchased a used SUV from Zimbrick GMC and the transaction went flawless. We are from out of state (250 miles) and from first contact with the dealership to the time we left with the vehicle, it was less than 24 hours. The salesman, Jeff, was honest about the condition of the used SUV and with a value of our trade in. He followed through with everything he saaid. We were impressed by how well everything from the sale to financing went. I wished we lived closer because I would send our family and friends there without hesitation.

I have a 2017 GMC Sierra with only 40,000 miles on it and for a fairly low mileage car you would think just the general issues would arise right? Nope, turns out one minute our A/C was working and the next it just stopped. Took it to an auto mechanic to diagnose the issue and he didn’t even need to look, he knew exactly what the issue was. Apparently the A/C condenser used in this model and other models was known to be faulty and as such sent us to the dealership to get it fixed as they’ve sent multiple cars of the make and model back to be fixed.This is where the issue lays, the service tech was great but GMC itself was horrible. Refuse to fix the issue and quoted a cost of $1600 to fix! Other companies are adding in a recall for this exact same condenser unit and yet GMC refuses to acknowledge faulty quality of their products. I’ve used Zimbrick East Side for service for a while now; previously for my 2010 Sierra and again for my new Silverado. Everybody there has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. When you’re taking a vehicle to a dealership for service, you should expect to pay a premium over that which you would pay to an independent mechanic, but I haven’t felt that any costs were out of line. In fact, on occasion, their familiarity and creativity with GM vehicles that they are very familiar with has definitely even saved me a few hundred bucks.

I have been to this service center many times in the past. For the most part I have had decent customer service and performance of the repairs needed.The recent experience is what is causing this review. The assistant service technician, Kelly, was beyond unprofessional. I brought my truck in as my warranty was near expiration. I advised I am aware I need new tires, however, my rear of my truck is making noise on bumps and is contributing to a rougher ride. I emphasized I knew the tires were known, I just needed my suspension looked at. They also found my AC evap core needed replacement, which was a great find. Both my shock absorbers and AC fell under my warranty so I should have only been billed $100. Kelly told me and my warranty I brought my truck in specifically for the noise while driving and that I had no concerns about my suspension. She told me Zimbrick had to bill me the $145(ish) as they diagnosed I needed new tires, in ADDITION to my warranty $100 deductible for the repairs. Fact: My warranty covers the inspection so long as the repairs are covered. I argued and advocated. Kelly kept telling me what “I said”, aka what she “heard”, and was very rude. I demanded a manager. Kyle called me, said he’d give Kelly a script on how to call my warranty back to get the to pay for the inspection. *ironic, considering Kelly said “Zimbrick said they had to charge me the inspection fee”. I came in and paid, Kyle wouldn’t even talk to me.I left paying $105.50, yay great end result, until I got in my truck and found my plastic floor mat holding my accelerator down. If I hadn’t have caught his BEFORE I put my truck into drive…….

Made an appointment for them to do work for a Recall on my vehicle. Was quoted that 9t would take about an hour. Now, I know dealerships are like Dr offices in that you cannot count on the time they give you, but it took them 3.5 hours while I sat there waiting. The bigger issue is, there was no apology, just yeah, well, that happens...WHAT?! When I complained for the second time (around the 3 hour mark) I was not rude or inappropriate; my frustration was evident, and it seemed to make another servide employee uncomfortable so he asked me to go wait somewhere else to make room for customers. WHAT??? I AM A CUSTOMER! Terrible experience.

My first Time coming to Service my Buick here. I know the kind of customer service Zimbrick gives because I used to own a Nissan and I loved the service next-door. I made an appointment for an oil change only but it came as a package with tire rotation and multi point inspection it cost me $52! Yes! I knew I got ripped off in another Buick dealer for the same services! I am very happy from the time I called to make this appointment to the greeting they gave and the time it took for the service, more so and the amount I was charged.Since I live in Stoughton I first went to Kunes Buick in Stoughton I went there. I am realizing more that I was ripped off by them because for the same service I got at Zimbrick Buick it was $40 cheaper!! Kunes Buick in Stoughton charged me $95 for the same services just compared them. Still so disappointing!Thank you Zimbrick East side Buick for giving me my faith back that not all dealers are the same I will return!! thank you!

Overall they were professional and pleasant. Could correctly identify what was wrong with my transmission because the mechanic couldnt fit behind my seat where I have a shortage in The wire and my seats dont move. But when they check the overall car they checked a few things that they said were working properly and they dont work. Ill be sending my husband back with my receipt so that he can go through the receipt with them just because they said that there were things on my car that works that dont work

Good quick service. Clean spaces and super fast. Nice vehicles for loaners if it’s a long service. They advise you of what is suggested for scheduled maintenance (new spark plugs this time) but never push it on you. Diagnose issues quickly and provide you costs for repair but again don’t push you to fix it if it’s not a safety concern (back seat not folding down correctly in my case)

Was pleased with the timely manner that my car was serviced for my oil change and tire rotation and all of the multi-point vehicle inspections and fluid levels. I always enjoy the hospitality room during my service being done.

Ac failed but was under warranty. Was having shifting issuse on a 16 sierra 1500 and they belive they now have it fixed with an update/computer and a fluid change. Was told there is still 147 updates for my computer in the truck but for some reason charged me to only update 1. Another dealer said, for the same price they would have done every single update, thats why you go to a dealer. Not sure. But overal was a fair experience.

Ive been taking my car here since I bought it there. This time was an alternator issue that they diagnosed and repaired within 1 business day. Whole there I also had them change the oil and I only have 2 minor issues. 1 is that they forgot to change the oil change sticker. And the other is that every other time Ive taken it in they have washed it when completing the service and that did not happen this time either. Other than those 2 details I was very happy with the speed of repair given I had it towed in on a Friday afternoon with no appointment and had it back by end of the day Monday.

Richard helped me and was AWESOME!!!! he showed me what I was asking about and also showed me another option that was a little bigger and more closely met what I was looking for. He worked with me around the numbers I was really hoping for and was able to get my offer approved by his manager. The finance guy I worked (I feel really bad because I cant recall his name) was equally AWESOME. I didnt qualify for the super low rate and he kept pushing the finance company until he was given a really excellent rate for me!!! Vehicle in for GMC recall related to catalytic converter. Also mentioned low tire warning came on while on way to dealership. Tech found faulty tire stem and replaced.I have always been very satisfied with the serkvice provided by Zimbrick. On time and courteous employees.

Took our Acadia in for an oil and filter change and a tire rotation. Used the on-line coupon for multi-point inspection, oil/filter change, and tire rotation ($50). I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They even throw in a car wash as well, which is nice. It was worth the drive into Madison as they were $20 - $30 cheaper than local shops.

I have used Zymbric Eastside several times. They are always professional and on time. They tried three times but never fixed the noise my trunk is making. This time they did a regular oil change, replaced the column of my steering wheel due to a groaning/rubbing noise I heard and an exterior detail of my car due to outdoor wood stain was accidentally sprayed all over it. The steering wheel is quiet again. The exterior of my car is once again beautiful. I was especially pleased that they vacuumed the interior of my car even though it wasnt included in the exterior detailing package. The trunk was full of scraps of hay; they did a great job!

The employees are friendly, kind of annoyed that they overcharged me for cheap tires and didnt give me any options. I would rather have paid for nicer ones, the buy 3 get 1 for $1 isnt worth it since they mark the price up so much.

Simple oil change and tire rotation. Had some issues with the lug nuts on one tire. Took care of it fairly and efficiently. Clean and comfortable, that’s a big deal with Covid right now.

My car was brought in due to the check engine light being on, and having a hard time starting. I was told my battery need to be replaced. I also asked for an oil change which I was due for. They replaced the battery and changed my oil, and rest the codes. They then took my car for a 10 mile drive, and said that the check engine light was off and did not come back on. I went and paid over $400.00 (I was told they would cap out at $350.00 and if it was more they would never happened) got home 40min drive turned off my car. Went out a few mins later and the check engine light was on again. $70.00 of this was code reading which my husband told them what they were and he checked them again after the light came on and it is the same code.
