Love the gym, the wide variety of classes to choose from, and their daycare. I only wish the daycare was open more.

Going for first work out Tuesday girl who gave me tour was very nice.

Great gym facility with good selection of equipment. Staff works constantly to clean equipment and there are disinfectant bottles and cloths for workout use.

I had swimming lessons there and Lindsey was an amazing teacher very encouraging!! I also do Pilates there and Deb is a sweet wonderful teacher. I also use the weight room several days a week it is good but it would be better if they added more ab machines 😊

Good value for my husband and i to work out. I love my water aerobics that i go to 6 days a week. I love the friends that i have made there. The center provide towels for us. The variety of water aerobics teachers is good because each has different exercises. (Although some of the routines are the same every time and some just do whatever pops in their mind that minute.).The land classes are good too. I SHOULD go to the balance classes but they are held at inconvenient times. Deb the pilates teacher is so good. The curtains in the dressing room are in need of some TLC

The gym is always clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Its a nice place to workout without feeling judged or self conscious. The playcare is wonderful as well.

Indoor pool and sauna.

Our new favorite place. Staff is reserved but polite and helpful. Fresh towels when you arrive to work out or swim. Bathroom and showers well tended. Classes for seniors are very well attended. Excellent instructors.

This wellness center / fitness center is great. Very friendly staff and all the fitness equipment and facilities that you need. Just wish I went more often...

Love this place. Wish they had bigger workout area and and extra abduction/adduction machine. One is not enough. I love the childcare Mrs. Earline is awesome.

Excellent workout equipment, yoga and indoor pool.

The gym has a decent amount of equipment. The cable crossover machine and lat pull down machine are in horrible condition. They don’t have a decline bench press so you have to improvise. They do have a landmine set up, plyoboxes, battle rope and speed ladders. The hot tub is hardly ever hot. The class schedule isn’t good, and they are all geared for seniors. There is also an abundance of gawkers in the men’s locker room that drive straight men to change in a shower or stall. The desk staff is friendly and great.

Do you have any Kickboxing or Tae bo classes at the facility in Madison? The one in Athens doesnt have them. I love martial arts. I train Krav Maga in Huntsville and I am a 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo and karate, and am always looking for different things to do with my workout.

Everyone in the ER are super friendly and effeciant. They even let us wait in a sound proof room to because my youngest daughter is autistic and all the lights and sounds hurt her.

I am feeling thankful for the care and treatment giving to me by the doctors. Thank you for the immediate changes that transformed my Health and Fitness issue since the beginning of the treatment.

This is a great place with great people. There is always someone to answer questions and the staff truly care.
