Its one things when your not happy with the high prices at this facility but its another thing for a staff member to tell you maybe you shouldnt come back since you arent happy!?!? Sir I know how to take my money else where Om new ro the area and had to search for another company cleaners and allowed them to complete this last order. You would have thought I was irrate the way he was acting. If your black stay away from here. Our dollars are not wanted..

The ladies at the counter are great. BUT the staff who treat the clothes are not very good. After getting back (multiple times) shirts with untreated collars, missing buttons that were pointed out and tagged by the front counter and untreated dress pants, Im done with them.

Love this dry cleaners! Great people and they have a drive through for those days when Im in a hurry or its raining.

No stars. They damaged 3 of my shirts and claimed they were not responsible. There were 2 that had holes in the sleeves. They claimed it was wear and tear from sitting at a desk. The shirts did not have holes in them before I took them to the cleaners. I will obviously never use them again.

We have used Gates cleaners in Madison Alabama for 15 years. It is by far the best dry cleaners in Madison Alabama. I have tried others, I have tried to find a cleaner closer to my house, but the poor service everywhere else and the great service at Gates cleaners in Madison makes it worth the 10 minute drive.
