I was a little underwhelmed by the result of the couch cleaning. I know how well this business cleans carpets and I expected a similar result on the couch. The two individuals who came seemed nice and were professional. I’m not sure if the top/back portion of the couch was cleaned (the cushions were as they were damp to the touch). My couch wasn’t in terrible shape so I think I was expecting it to look nearly new. Not sure if the issue is with the condition of the couch or with the quality of work.One note about the process: the two nice gentleman who came emptied the buckets of water into the toilet. I have no problem with that. I do think that they could have wiped down the splashes of water that resulted. I had to leave quickly after the cleaning so I didn’t notice. But when I got home I noticed the dirty water stains on and around the toilet.

We had our duct work cleaned, they guys did a great job and completed their work very efficiently. The house smelled awesome with the final touch of a pleasant scent deodorizer. Great job!!

The Stevens Point guys cleaned my father’s carpets today for pre-sale cleaning. Raoul and Tony did a fantastic job! They were polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I’d recommend this service anytime!

They were timely, Covid safe, super quick, and extremely professional. I would definitely use this service again and will recommend it to friends and family. Even though they have a silly jingle that is stuck in my head, the value really did hold up compared to other quotes I received.

I received informative texts up to the arrival of my team. The guys were VERY nice and personable, educated me on how to deal with stains in the future and offered solutions to fix the problem now. They made suggestions but did not up sell in a pushy manner. They were very friendly and easy to chat with. Super glad I called Stanley Steemer. My living room was horrible with stains from my elderly dog. A top of the line cleaner I had purchased and used on my own only made the stains and smell worse. Carpet looks 1000% better. There were lots of stains, but Anthony did a great job removing them! He ensured my satisfaction by asking me to look at the progress as he went along. Had two guys come out and clean my carpets. Carpets look good and they cleaned up after themselves. Were on time and very friendly. However one of the men found me on Facebook and asked me out. This is very unsettling. He knows my address and phone number. Has been in my home. I did not feel as though I could call and complain about this due to fear of retaliation. I would not use this company again.

Shawn came out to clean my favorite sofa that was really ready to be cleaned!! For the first time in my life I actually had a pen mark on a light blue sofa! Shawn worked on the stain for a while and he got it out! It was a blue magic marker and he knew how badly I wanted to make the sofa look like new and he did! I’ve used Stanley Steamer many many times over the last 25 years and they always do such a good job 😊

I was surprised to be able to get them in so quickly to clean our sectionals, but I guess many people are all set up for the holidays right now. They were very professional, got the job done quickly, wore masks the whole time, and did a great job. Sectionals and area rug are drying now, but everything looks great.They even took time to clean up some water drops in the surrounding flooring.

They did a fantastic job of removing all of the pet stains from the carpeting made by my two dogs. I have my own carpet cleaner to use on a weekly basis, but after a while I really need professionals to come in and do a thorough cleaning. I have been using Stanley Steemer for a few years now and I highly recommend them!

Hardwood cleaning was very poor. Looked okay after initial cleaning, but once Harwood dried it was very disappointing. Wet paper towel on floor would come up very dirty. Corners were dirty on floors and stairs. Would not recommend for hardwood cleaning. Disappointing and very expensive for services provided.

For the price wood have expected it cleaner and less water left in areas. I could have gotten some of the stains out myself, but was told we needed the pay extra for any spots. Was never like that before.

I called up on a Thursday, July 30, 2020. The lady gave me a choice of tomorrow, Friday, July 31 or Monday, August 3. I took Friday. Then we sat around waiting for 4 hours from noon to 4. No Show. They called Monday and offered to reschedule..so I will give them one more try.....OK. Its Tuesday now and the technician was just here. He did a professional job and it looks very good. But since this is a national company with local franchises, if you call after hours you get the national booking agent. If you look up a local Stanley Steemer you can find a local phone number. But after the local office closes, if you have a problem you are SOL. So I would call and schedule locally but ask them for an after hours local number if you have a problem. Service was fine. technician was polite, had booties on, a covid mask. The carpet looks nice and clean and smells good. I will up my stars to 3. They fell down, but picked themselves up and finished the race.

Very nice, professional employee, fast work, cleaning before selling. Only issue is they dont move beds. Doesnt truly clean a bedroom if you just clean around the bed. Otherwise great.

Had them come out to shampoo our stairs as we had dropped a slow cooker down the stairs with food in it. They had to come back 2 times, and still didnt clean everything. We have cats and left a lot of their fur on the stairs and cant clean along the mop boards, said they cant with their tools.They should at least be able to puck up the cat hair.

The garage was left in a wet mess and now smells moldy

One of the gentleman seemed very upset, mumbling profanity...which came out crystal clear because he was not wearing a mask:( i asked a few times if everything was okay and he did not seem available to communicate unless it was angry mumbling. But they were quick with the work!

They said they got under bed and behind night stands. There was still a ton of dust and hair and brown liquid or something all over the wall. Many spots by the floor trim though rooms were still dusty.

Not wearing face masks as required by Dane County Health Dept Had to remind them to deodorize. Had to have them redo high traffic areas as dirt was clearly visible. Stair edges still showing dirt on bottom stair main level. Did not wipe up water on floor they tracked through.

Super job,did 4 rooms and a stairway and a hall,carpet was very old,they made it look new again,and in a short time,always use Stanley Steamer

Very good. One of the workers (Spencer) is the best, very thorough cleaning and efficient. Takes about an hour to clean, deodorize and scotch guard two carpeted rooms.
