I came in to get a recent haircut I had gotten elsewhere fixed. I like my hair kept very short, tapered on the sides and textured on the top. Mary was my stylist and she was so helpful and kind. The conversation was very entertaining and I just enjoyed my time there overall. Not to mention, the cut was awesome! She listened to what I wanted done and did just that. I also picked up some product while I was there and I think it was on sale! I am all for this awesome business and will be coming back! Thank you Mary!!

Genevieve is an amazing person and colorist. She makes you feel comfortable, listens and gives you exactly what you wanted but better. Getting your hair done with her is like much needed therapy. Ive never met someone who genuinely puts their soul into their job like that. She is my number one recommendation from all the states Ive gotten my hair done at because Ive moved so many times.

I got my long, curly hair cut by Gen and it was easily the best haircut Ive ever gotten! My hair fell in gorgeous tendrils and the curls are so much better now! Gen is incredibly knowledgable about hair--she told me that the current line of haircare that I was using was likely at fault for my scalp issues, and it turned out that was indeed the problem. She also told me about a fantastic line of haircare that I started using and saw instant results with. Thank you Gen!

Stephanie did an awesome job! Very meticulous and a true master of her craft. Everyone here is very pleasant and the space is neat. This isnt where to go if you want the absolute cheapest cut in town, but Im happy to pay a little more to not have to worry about looking like a total dork. Very satisfied.

Im pretty sure everyone there is great, but, since Ive being going Ive only seen Zach (sans one time) and he has been freaking awesome. I used to think paying more than 10-15 bucks for a haircut was a waste. He changed my mind on that. When you pay for quality, you get it.

I have had the best experiences there, with cuts and trims done for both me and my husband (for him, that includes beard). I highly recommend this place and all its staff, who are pleasant individuals and great professionals. A bonus is that they let us bring our separation-anxiety-prone dog in and let him wait in the waiting area as we get haircuts. The price is amazingly low given the wonderful service and people and ambience.

I have been on the search for the past five years for a new stylist since my old one moved LA. I just had my second wonderful cut by Stephanie and she is it for my crazy curly frizzy hair. The pricing is really reasonable, too.

Love this place. I’ve had the same stylist for 3 years now. The staff take great care of you - often wash your hair before starting the cut (at least, for me they do). They take the time to hear what you want and expect to walk away with. Their cuts are precise and made with care. The whole process takes ~45 minutes from the time I step in to the time I step out (I have a short/medium hair length for men).Conclusion: If you’ve never been, I’d recommend this place 11x out of 10.

This has become my favorite place for a haircut. They do all kinds of haircut including perm, color etc. The rate differs based on what stylist you get. I wish there was consistency in the rates. You can book the appointment online but cant cancel it. The staff is super friendly and the conversations while having a haircut are appreciated. They allow dogs, so thats good. Parking is always a problem. If you get lucky, you can get Street side close by parking.

First time trying to find a salon around the Willy Street area. Got an appointment for the same day, nice and fast. Vibe in the place was relaxed and conversational. My stylist was Cary, and from the get-go she knew exactly how I wanted my hair done. From the superb washing onward, she didnt do that generally annoying trait of most first-time appointments of trying to get to know everything about me. She simply let me sit back and enjoy the experience, so I meditated most of the session. We had a few nice laughs in between, and I could tell she was really meticulous and concentrating on her work.Felt extremely well-taken care of, will definitely return and would recommend to everyone wanting great service and a great looking cut :)

I had my first cut here last night by Melissa & it turned out great! I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted (overall trim, long layers & side-swept bangs) & she nailed it. I got it shampooed, conditioned, cut, blow-dried & curled in about an hour. A day later, after the first wash at home & air-drying (my usual routine) I am still 100% satisfied with my cut. I will be back again!

Of course maybe its unfair to rate an establishment based on the talent of one individual, but based on the shave experience I had with Rick I would never go to Cha Cha again. I went in for my first straight shave ever, as I decided to pamper myself a bit for our wedding, and I thought a baby-smooth face would be nice, and take away the stress of doing it myself and worrying about cutting myself. His control of the razor was unconvincing, and the amount of hair he left on me was ridiculous. I was left with patchy, non-clean-shaven areas, and some areas he missed entirely. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the fact that I had to go home and shave myself before my wedding after dropping a whopping $40 on a poor shave that was advertised as $35. Worst part of the otherwise perfect day. :/

BE CAREFUL WHO YOU GO TO HERE!A few months ago had a great haircut (with Brandon), and my girlfriend had an awesome experience here too. Im a musician and wanted to fix some things before some shows this week, so scheduled an appointment with someone else (I hate being this passive aggressive, so wont mention their name) on a whim, thinking the level must be consistently high.Lets just say its so bad, I now wear a beanie inside the house so I dont accidentally see my hair in the mirror. A few months of growing out my curly hair are gone, and the vibe isnt even close to what I was going for (though I thought I was clear in explaining myself and coming in with a big mess of curls you say youre happy about makes it obvious youre not going for a clean short cut).Ill take responsibly though - as soon as I realized the first side was too short, I should have just stopped and left, it would have looked better half way through than the final result.Great atmosphere, nice good people -there are good reasons why theyre booked in advance. Just be careful with who you go to.

WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! :( UNACCOMMODATING, RUDE, SELF-SERVING STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT! HOPE YOU CAN FIT INTO THERE SCHEDULE! A TWO WEEK WAIT FOR A BELOW AVERAGE AND OVERPRICED SERVICE! DONT WASTE THE EXTRA MONEY WITH THESE CHICHI CHARLATANS AND FASHION REJECTS! I GOT A BETTER CUT AND SERVICE FROM COST CUTTERS! -Right off the bat, I felt like Id have better luck trying to schedule a dentists appointment! Out of a full staff I couldnt find a single staff member available for a cut and color and I have a pretty normal schedule. Finally after about 3 or 4 calls with their receptionist we came to the solution of doing a soft 5:15p (up to 5:30p) appointment on Wed. nights. That way, when I got out of work at 5p, if I was a few minutes late from crosstown traffic I wouldnt have endanger myself or others trying to make the appointment. They charge same price for womens color as they do for mens color, despite hair length. Did two colors and three cuts with these jokers. The cuts where horrendous as if the hairstylist wasnt listening to my directions! As far as the color, I asked for icy platinum twice, got baby-chick yellow both times! Once again not listening or not caring about what I asked for! Everybody knows to take out the yellowish brassy tones you need to make it a 2 step process with toner!The girl hairstylist I had was not personable and it felt like she was more concerned about herself and social life than trying to do a good job to earn business! In fact, the last appointment was scheduled wrong apparently by there receptionist. I said with our current scheduling problems and with the cost being what it is it would be nearly 2 months before I could make it back to them. And instead of stepping up to right the wrong, my hairstylist said that she had to go to the movies with a friend although she didnt know what movie or what movie time they were going to go to?.. So she said she would help me out on price on the next appointment to make up for the blunder, never happened!When confirming my appointment I mentioned that because of a big sale that probably wouldnt but I might be 5 min, past 5:15 (5:20). The rude snippy receptionist told me that if I was even 1 minute late that they would cancel my appointment! I called her out and informed her of our standing time arrangement I had with my stylist! She just kept insisting otherwise! I was just getting a 2 step color which takes 2hrs at most which would have me done by 7:15p. That means there was 45min to play with on the back end because she was supposed be there until 8pm with no other scheduled appointments! That simply means that her getting out early took precedence over doing business during business hours! Then I received a call from the manager saying that they reserve the right to refuse me service! For simply stating our previous time arrangement that they were breaking! But she was short and rude with me and cut me off and was completely not customer orientated! You can tell this prevailing attitude comes from the top down!Now I wouldnt go to this BS Boutique if I lived in the apartment above them on Willy Street! I moved here from Hollywood, and Im not expecting anything like that, but a little professionalism and accountability goes a long way! Please give your hard-earned money to any salon or studio outside of these wanna-bes! And just for the record, Ive never wrote a negative review before this! I have to be very upset and dissatisfied to waste this much of my personal time to inform the public of a bad business! Thanx for listening to me vent about Cha Chas staff! One look at this staffs half-baked hairstyles, and you can tell its a total buyer beware situation for your hair. Consider yourselves warned!.. Take care.

They were great until they accidentally gave me a bad cut, refunded me, I was polite, they didnt want to do a correction cut 3-4 weeks later (i still look doofy but its not long enough to consider a new hair cut), I call today now i guess im black listed because I complained that a 45$ haircut should not make me look like a crazy guy
