This place has been around since before I was born in 1982. I do remember my best friend would take his car to get it running and worked on every winter here and when we would walk down to Malatts pharmacy The service guys would always say hi which was nice.

I talked to Jerry about working on my 1974 super beetle and he fixed my car and did a super job fixing it at a very fair price.I then bought a 1964 Beetle and he has been great helping me with my questions. Even when hes busy he takes time to help me.I would recommend his shop to anyone needing car repairs. I see a lot of different brands of cars in his shop besides the VWs. Great place.

At the risk of making these guys even busier so that I cant get my car in any faster... This is the best shop in Madison (and I have about 30 years of local experience with which to judge). Honest, competent, fair, friendly. Glad to have them in my neighborhood.

Best place to get your Audi serviced. It is a small shop (2 tandem stalls) which means they can get backed up, but I have never had an issue. Staff is great, always getting me in when needed and their pricing is very fair and honest! What else could you ask for? So glad I found this place when I first moved to Madison 6 years ago!

I have taken all of my car’s to Jerry for over 20 years and besides being reasonably priced and patient, he really is a car doctor with a specialty in surgery. I don’t know anyone who can assess an issue as well as Jerry.

Best garage in Madison. Been going there for over 15 years. Fair, honest, and has incredible skill. Jerry will always chase down the cheapest solution to fix your car. Special expertise in VWs and Volvos, but can work on almost any car. Only downside is that he is so good, he is in such high demand.

I have a 2003 Toyota Camry. I have been having a banging / rattling sound coming from the rear of the car, I took the car in to Smart Toyota, paid $100 to have the car looked at. The Toyota tech said he looked it over, test drove it, and said he could not here anything.I took the Camry to Percys, Jerry checked it out, found the struts were shot, causing the rattling sound. Jerry replaced the rear struts and stabilizer links, it fixed the problem and the Camry ride like new - no rattling / clunking ! The work was done in 1 day and the price $300 less than Toyota quoted for the same type of repair. GREAT JOB JERRY !

My husband and I started coming to Percys a little over a year ago to have our VW Jetta serviced. We had just moved to the area from Chicago and were looking for a place to have our car regularly maintained. From the first time we went to Percys we knew we wouldnt have to go anywhere else. The pricing is fair, the service is outstanding, and our car is always ready for pickup either right on time or before their quoted timeframe. I cant imagine taking our car anywhere else. We love Percys!!!

I have called Percys many times merely for repair advice, and they are more than willing to provide very accurate diagnostics. Only brought a vehicle into the shop once, but the bill was very reasonable. Overall very helpful people, and a very valuable asset to anyone with a VW.
