Had a nail in the tire and was in and out in 40 min late on a Saturday afternoon!!!! Discount repaired the tire free and rebalanced/mounted!!! Great customer service. I bought my truck tires from here and had a great experience then as well.

I took my car to Discount Tire today to have my tires replaced. I was so impressed with the staff and the culture at their store. They were so friendly, professional, accommodating, cheerful, and punctual. Apparently it was busier than normal in the store, but you wouldnt have known by the behavior of the staff as they took it all in stride and were top notch. It was so nice to such a wonderful atmosphere to wait in. Kudos to you all!

I brought my car in because one of my tires kept losing air pressure. The people who helped me were extremely friendly and when I picked up my car they said they found a nail in that tire, repaired it, balanced the tires, and rotated them- all free of charge. Apparently they do free tire patching! I will definitely be going back to this store.

Got a flat tire. Made appointment for next morning at 9 am. Bought the cheap insurance so labor and tire was covered. Got me in and out no questions asked. I will always recommend discount tire. Midvale location was great.

From my experience, this place is always cheapest when it comes to getting tires or tire components. I needed a valve stem fixed on one of my wheels and they explained that its quick and easy for them to do, and wouldnt charge me assuming its just a standard valve stem. Unfortunately, I needed an entire TPM sensor, but even then, priced fair and they got it replaced quickly and the wheel back to me. I heard the sales reps chatting with customers about tire prices, and you could tell they werent being over-aggressive in trying to upsell a customer, which is great.Because of the customer service towards something as miniscule as a valve stem, Ill definitely be buying my future sets of tires from them.

My husband had all four tires replaces at this location. First visit was great, fast and easy for the first 2 tires .Person who help me was great. But this second visit we felt we were not treated good and with respect. My husband went by to order his other 2 tires he needed and had the appointment the following day. Everything was same fast and easy. When checking out he was told he was good to go and left. Him thinking they had charge the card on file as last time he left. He told me of transaction that would come up in the card. And later i received 2 calls from a rep i was busy didn’t answer. He left a rude tone message claiming payment. I call back and same rude rep said my husband had left with out paying and they needed immediate payment. I explain what had happen and told him didn’t leave with the intention of not paying . Than rep try to change situation as him not wanting to put it of like that and confirm the guy who gave my husband the receipt thought he had already pay . I explain my husband thought the same that they had run previous card as last time since they register all my info with payment info. But i was already upset for his tone of talking to me and referring to us like if we trying not to pay. I feel he could of change his tone and insinuations since i was already calling to solve the issue. But not such a great experience at the end.

Every contact Ive had with the folks at the Verona Road DT location has been positive. I was quoted an hour for the techs to get the work done and they got it done in 30 minutes. The techs hustled and definitely took pride in their work...very detailed oriented. When I paid they apologized for the wait and said 3 techs called in sick today. If they can do that good understaffed I cant imagine what they can do fully staffed. Highly recommend.

I am usually a Costco tire person but Discount Tires has great service (use the online appointment booking tool because they get busy) and nice perks. I use the winter tire change and tire rotation at no cost service annually. Well worth it and great way to keep a customer happy. Just be aware there are a couple coverage things they try to sell you but you can politely decline it and they dont push.

This has to be the best tire shop in Dane county. These guys do great work, they never try to finesse or upsell.The first time I came here is just cause the shop is down the street from my apartment but at this point Im loyal customer. GM Chris at Verona cool, but discount tire should install a quote to your email like if u call the store get a quote and price match the quote goes to email on file. I went to these guys, per a co-workers recommendation, for the first time last night because one of my tires kept losing air. They were booked solid, but said I could wait and theyd fit me in. They checked the tread on my tires and said they look good and I shouldnt need new ones. Then they checked the one tire further and figured out it was deflating because of corrosion on my rim. They buffered the corrosion off and said I shouldnt need a new rim for another year or so. And to my surprise, they charged me nothing!! Great service I can trust. Ill be back for all of my future tire needs.

The best guys to deal with. I drove our church bus from Texas and we had a blowout in Illinois. Brian helped me decide which tires to get and Tyler B. went above and beyond when I arrived to get the tires installed. He worked with their corporate office to resolve an issue we were having. Great experience for us the out of towners. We were on the road and got nails on our tires. Scheduled a quick check and finished fixing the two tires quickly and in a professional manner. Did I mention that it is free even when we are 1200 miles from our home state of Texas? Will be a loyal customer for sure.

Im giving this place one star. I talked to Chris about why all my tires were losing air at different times. I purchased 4 new tires from them. However, chris tells me i needed to rims due to corrosion. And tried to sell me 4 of their rims in the store. I wanted my factory rims. So then he finds refurbished rims for like $352 / ea. After leaving the store, it felt like i was driving on potholes. I was driving down the interstate and my tire pressure light came on. I called them they said come back! They said i needed a new sensor. Which they replaced. After talking to my mom that night, (my dad was a mechanic owned his own business for 25 years, but passed away), said she never heard of that! The next day, I got a 2nd opinion, and they said the rims needed to be cleaned with a wire brush so it would seal around the rim and then balanced and mounted. They took care of the problem for all 4 tires for a TOTAL OF $64.93. I do NOT recommend this place and I will not be coming back!

This is an excellent place for having tires rotated.I visited this establishment last week and and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The store management is knowledgeable and educates you about the tread depth of your tires. I was very impressed with Christopher, the store manager, and his explanation on the remaining useful life of my tires, as well as the pros and cons of possibly buying a separate set for winter tires. I will plan to come back again.

Tires delivered in less than a day. They started the work less than 10 mins after the scheduled time of my appointment and I was out of there in 30 mins with a set of 4 new tires. I had the finished work inspected by a friend and confirmed that the work was well-done. Overall I saved almost $200. Ill probably never go anywhere else.

I went to go get all four of my tires changed and it went well but as I was getting my car they told my that something was wrong with my tire stud stating that it was broken when they tried to put it back on. I am not sure how that would have been broken when I brought my car in completely fine. They were not truthful about the cross treading that happened when my car was with them and instead blamed it on me. They did not offer to repair it even though they knew I was spending at least $800 for new tires when they could have repaired it for less than 5 bucks.

Despite having a BUSY day, they got my flat tire fixed and put back on!

TL;DR - Go here to get your tires changed, and somebody give Chris a raise!Mistakenly ended up at the Discount Tire on the west side of Madison and was politely directed to this newly opened Discount Tire where my appointment actually was.Despite arriving late, the manager, Chris, was absolutely great about it and just put my car in line to get the tires Id ordered replaced.Chris also offered me a steeply discounted price on a pair of winter tires, but I opted to go with the less expensive tires Id ordered ahead of time. He said he was just concerned about his customers safety, and judging from a later conversation I overheard about how they dont make commission on the tires they sell, I believe he was being genuine.My vehicle was in line to get the tires changed when Chris approached me in their (very clean) waiting area. He said they happened to have a pair of used tires on hand that were twice as nice (even in their (barely) used condition), rated at twice as many miles as the ones I would otherwise be buying, and offered to put them on for the same price. I know theyre making a good profit off of tires theyd otherwise probably be sending off somewhere, but it was 100% a win-win scenario, and I happily accepted the offer. About 30 minutes later (about an hour and 15 minute visit in total), they pulled my vehicle up to the front door and handed me the key.Nothing unpleasant about my visit. 10/10, will go here again. Thanks to Discount Tire but also specifically to Chris for being so great to work with and making my visit so pleasant!

I’ve never written a review before, but felt compelled to share my experience. I’ve been to this discount tires location twice. Both times I received excellent service. The first time, I had a set of tires put on my old car. One of the tires lost air soon after, when I returned to the shop they diagnosed the problem as my old rusty rim, which actually ruined the new tire. They replaced the tire for free, as per their standard warranty, as well as grinding all my rims clean so the problem wouldn’t happen again.The second experience was more recent. I discovered a nail, (I work in construction) in a tire of my work vehicle, and when I took it to them, they patched it free of charge while I waited. To be clear, this vehicle hadn’t been serviced by them before. Their excellent customer service has earned them a lifetime client.

If you can order and schedule online the process is quick with minimal effort. Tires arrive within a day or so, and the schedule may be full for a couple more days if its high season. The wait time for instal of 4 new tires can be as quick as 20 min.Walk-ins are also accepted and they finish all the orders even if it takes until 10pm. But expect to wait up to 6 hours. Its better to plan around a sale during off season. Winter gets busy.Its a good option either planned or emergency.

It was ok, I left 4 stars because I called in the day I wanted my tires rotated and they told me that I dont need to make an appointment for that work, just bring it in and we can take care of it when I arrived they told me it will be a 2 hour wait. I recommend making an appointment even if they say that you dont need one. They did a good job once I finally got it done.

They pressure you to buy more expensive tires than you need, and act like theyre doing you a favor the whole time and that they care about your safety.They will also sneak in a protect your purchase fee of $8.50 a tire without saying anything to you if you dont pay attention to the details of the receipt.Overall: Happy with speed of service, disappointed in how they treat you.

Went in over lunch on a Tuesday for and evaluation of a tire with a slow leak. Set and appointment earlier that morning for 12:30PM. They got me in immediately and had me out of there within the hour. I had the warranty so they threw a new tire on there and called it good. They also recommended a great place down the road for lunch and offered to give me an umbrella due to the chance of rain. Excellent experience!

Usually a lot faster moving than the other locations. Not to mention it looks pretty nice for being located so close to allied drive. Youre safe to park here and go inside without being hassled. Been here a few times for new tires and rotations and its always faster than what they tell you.If you read Jim Johnsons review. He had a low tire pressure light and they fixed it... they probably felt bad because you somehow made it to your age without knowing how to put air in your tires.
