Im from out of town and my tire was flat. They were able to change my tire on the same day, a Sunday. It took less than 2 hours.

Very expensive for clothing. Good snacks and cashiers with attitudes. It is what I expect here in WI

I liked the variety they offered. It really is a dollar store. Might be some things that are more, but nothing that I bought. Nice clerks store was fairly open. Sometimes I dont like it when you wonder if you will get through.

EXPENSIVE! I honestly dont remember F&F being that expensive. Good clean store. Helpful people. Free wifi. But wow the price.

Scheduled appointment to have a single tire mounted and balanced after I got a flat tire. I brought the tire in, along with the old wheel and dropped it off with them. A couple of hours later, they call and state they wont mount the tire because they noticed its used.The tire I brought them to mount (and they accepted when I dropped it off) is in perfectly good condition and actually slightly newer than the tire it will replace. Yet, due to some vague policy that nobody could clearly explain, they refused to mount the tire. This policy is ironic, as they wouldve patched the (older) flat tire if the hole were slightly smaller.The biggest frustration was that they accepted it when I dropped it off, and I had to go back later that night to retrieve it. Please train your employees to learn your nonsensical policies, if you choose to have nonsensical policies.

Love this store. Always on stock, always friendly and always fast service. Pick up or in store, no one could ask for a better store.

Very quick service to have a new car battery installed. Total time there about 45 minutes. The bad things were: one enters the Service Center reception/waiting room area which is currently not staffed. So I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to appear/return. I finally asked a man who was waiting & he walked me back to the Tire Service counter. Many thanks to him. Upon returning to this waiting room to await my car, I further reviewed the several easel-style signs on the counter. One of them, which was hidden behind another, had the You are here map to find the Tire Service counter, but NOTHING - NO sign on the counter, NO LARGE sign on the wall - NOTHING informed me that that Service Center counter was not staffed & that I needed to get myself to the Tire counter. I had called 2 days earlier to price the cost & was advised no appointment needed. Upon checking in at the Tire counter, the 1st question asked was, Do you have an appointment? When I replied No, I was advised I didnt need one?, the young man waiting on me was clearly not pleased about this & turned & asked another employee if she felt like doing another battery install? These parts of my experience did not make me feel welcome or secure in how my service was being handled. I had made 2 phone calls - the one for cost & the 2nd upon arrival because I was not advised what to do upon arrival. (At my car dealer, I pull up to a garage door, it opens & I drive in, go to my service rep for check-in, paperwork, etc.) The employee on the 1st call SHOULD have advised me that an appointment was not necessary but preferable AND where to check in for my service. The 2nd just told me I had to come inside to get my order & paperwork done, but DID NOT tell me to go to the Tire counter. Perhaps this procedure has been the norm for a long enough time that employees think everyone should know this. Well, I had never used their auto services before, & advised this to the 1st employee via phone, but still no details of their procedure were offered. If employees who answer the phone are advising that no appointment is needed, then employees who work the check-in counter should not grimace or roll their eyes when the customer responds as I did. There are clearly some opportunities for management direction & customer service improvement here. But overall, Im still VERY pleased with the speedy service & cost which was HALF of what my car dealer quoted.

Awesome experience! I came in close to closing time to purchase a trailer and I was not sure what I wanted (the most frustrating thing a customer can do) and I had several employees from the front desk to their warehouse staff help me and every single person went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Later, after the snow melted off my new trailer I discovered that it was rusted out on several of the welds (they don’t build the trailers so that’s not their fault) and they exchanged my trailer out for a new one with absolutely no hassle. What great service! It’s been several months now with my new trailer and I don’t have a single issue with it. Excellent customer service!

I went there on a Friday to get some glue. Got the kind a store employee said would work. It DIDNT...so I had to go all the way back on Saturday and finally another employee found me the correct type of glue to get. It would have been nice to get it right the first time. They need to make sure ALL their employees are trained well enough to help the public in their departments.

Customer service was terrible. I came to pick up my car and no one was in the service center. I was bounced back and forth between desks. Employees failed to acknowledge me at times and would just leave without asking if I had been helped. After checking out one customer, employee left service desk and didnt come back. Didnt say a single word like someone will be right with you, or Ill be right back. Awful awful customer service. It took me 20 min to pay and pick up my car, which was ready and waiting in the lot. Good tires

Decent prices, most of the employees are nice and helpful. Occasionally they are indifferent and maybe a little snooty or judgmental ?? Im not sure just what it is... BUT, thats why only4 stars.

I was here to patch my tire. I called ahead, was told they could do a walk in and theyd give the service team a heads up I was arriving. I got there gave my keys and was told itd be done in an hour, to check back in then. I came back after an hour to find someone who told me I dont know why they told you an hour, we didnt even have our technician here at the time to do it. It was inconvienient but I understand mistakes are made and they said theyd check on it and tend to it as soon as possible. Ive now been here Two and a half hours in their store on my lunch break and my car still hasent even been moved. They were nice, they just seem to have a lot of communication problems as I could have left had lunch and came back three times over and all I wanted was a patched tire. It just didnt make for a very good experience.

Had tires mount/balance and alignment. Steering wheel isn’t straight, and only a static balance on the tires causing a slight shimmy. Even Walmart dynamic balances tires. Can’t recommend.
