Went in to get a base before a trip. Made it very clear that I was super white and burn easily. The woman at front desk told me I needed to go in a specific bed for 7 minutes. Me not knowing anything about tanning took her recommendation.When I came out, there was a new person at the front desk. I started asking about when I should come next and told her I did 7 minutes just now. She said you did 7 min? I would have only had you do 3 or 4. I asked if I would burn and she said you might.Needless to say I am completely burnt. In fact, so much so that I missed work today because I literally have sun poisoning, extreme itching all over back. I am completely red and fried.If you are going to put someone at your front desk recommending the amount of time to go tanning, you probably should be on the conservative side. I asked another place who said 7 min is equivalent to 2 hours in the sun. That is what your staff recommended for my first time.I guess thats what I get for going tanning in the first place.

Went here to tan for 2 months. Owners have no clue what is going on. The girls that work the front desk are nice, but the owners are just clueless. Absolutely no idea what customer service means. Beds are out of date, and never working properly. I am now tanning at a different business.

Havent been tanning in over 6 years and Golden Tanning didnt disappoint. Friendly staff and great deal on monthly membership. Would recommend to anyone looking for some pleasant tanning in their life.

Very friendly staff. Some even welcome me by name. I use the high pressure beds and bulbs seem newer. Great place!

Not a bad place, but i seen a bug in a booth and they say online they open at 8 when they really dont open till 9.

Fair prices, great knowledgeable staff, clean always. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes, any wait at all is rare.
