They try help but need to be better with the unoffending parent treat them with a little more rights & respect.
Called about my cousins child, who is in a perfect home. My cuisin had a stroke and from this she has had cos called 2x now on her, after speaking to a Employee there, their first suggestion was the child move schools! Oh, i exploded over this, to learn that there is no consequences for over reporting and or even miss reporting. Smells like i just found legal harrasment.
The welfare department front office window are super rude the lady’s came office rude at me her name is. Yeanellie she was rude and disrespectful and I didn’t know why. When I go to those offices the ladies there are very disrespectful. She was so rude. She did not want to let me talk to the supervisor I had to asked another lady to let me talk to the supervisor and the supervisor was nice after I talk to her she apologized for her employee but still that was no way to talk to someone asking for help she should not be working there if she’s not happy with the her work. People go there for help no to be disrespected and feel low income because they asking for help.
Courteous people. Clean. Business taken care of properly.
Every visit is five stars now that we have the kids back!
Needs revamping.good grandparents deserve a better chance at caring for their childrens kids.it should not matter unless a that person is not fit to care for anyone.but The STATE NEEDS TO OPEN THEIR EYES TOO.
Im not gonna lie when i have to go here my whole body feels sick
Im banned. Have to go to behavioral health for welfare matters because of conduct.
I really wish this place were cleaner for the sake of the children. The waiting area has two rows of chairs and its not the most comfortable or kid friendly, but most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
Good community resource center to help low income families.
Nice people.
