I went in to scan my paperwork and its very quiet now. It used to be crazy busy all the time. But not anymore. I was very surprised.

Waiting time is a lot better than before. The office is clean and well organized. Kiosk to sign in when you have an appointment makes it more easier to be seen by your worker.

Got a new case worker and so far I’ve NEVER gotten a call back from her. Would appreciate if the effort was made so that I could learn what I need to do.

Let me say,there were good .intill I went in for my year report.and my worker,put answer on my app.that werent even true.very slow here .everyday.they take to long to be called.super slow.and for the people in the front you really need to come up with a better system.because you guys arent very professional.compared to our other citys.and they need to make a toy area for the kids.dont want rowdy kids in there office.give them something to do.

Welfare Depts are always time consuming, but then to top it off bad customer service. Not all the people that work there. Just the girls that work at the front tables. As soon as you walk in, those girls! They dont know what the hell their doing!
