When I sat down a man started doing my nails without asking the shape or length I even wanted. When I left I was I still didnt like my nails after correcting the staff several times. Ended up getting a new set and pedicure like 4 days later because the nails and color were not up to par.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I WAS WORRIED BECAUSE I REALLY NEEDED A FILL IN BUT ALL THE NAIL SHOPS WERE CLOSED. I CALLED AND HE WAS WILLNG TO TAKE ME IN. I went Friday night to get my nails and toes done. It is Monday and 5 of my nails have popped offside Friday. This is horrible I paid over q00 dollars and they are horrile they looked good Friday night then one came off Saturday morning. Then they just kept coming off loek they werent even attached to my nails

Gentlemen explained the process in detail and gave his professional advice on what should be done,will be returning...Very satisfied

Called here a man answered. I asked him do they do individual lashes, he says yes in a rude way. I asked him the price and he continues to be rude, answers and then hangs up on me. Was looking forward to going there but I will not be going

Great Customer Service!/ Thorough

Tom did my nails and he was falling asleep and my nails is not how I wanted it and he changed me 70 for umbre because I use my debit card.

Sat there for a very long time, almost two and half hours. Some of the people in front of me left and they still took a long time. They were taking people who came in after me before me and I was sitting there 2 hours after closing time.

I really like this place- have never rated a nail salon before but this one showed me great care and customer service twice. Billy is great for a pedi. The owner is super nice and wonderful too. Best customer service Ive seen in awhile!

I LOVE THEM. VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL

Although my toe nails looked nice after my pedicure, I left with a cut on my foot from the dead skin scraper. The tech cut the lateral side of my foot and it left a terrible scar. I get upset every time I look at it because that’s how bad it looks. The cut has healed, but the scar is permanent. Thank God I didn’t get an infection. I will never let anyone use that scraper on me ever again, thanks to the older man at Sun Nails 2. And, I will never go there again. The scraper looks like a cheese shredder. I heard from a coworker that they are illegal anyway because of the cuts they cause, which could cause infection. The owner ( I’m assuming) tried to make an excuse that it happens sometimes. I honestly should not have had to pay for my pedicure, and I am not one of those people that looks for free stuff.

Best place in town for pedicures! I always get the treatment with the hot stones and come out feeling like a million bucks. Way worth the extra time and money!

A man did my nails, I had to wake him up multiple times bc he was falling asleep while working on me, my nails are also crooked, I asked for a palm tree & had him take it off bc it was horrible & he did a flower instead! I paid $60 & Im very unhappy with this place.

Best pedicure I have had! Waited longer than expected but the two gentlemen that do the services were professional and friendly. I definitely will be returning.

This was my first time going to this business I just got my eyebrows done but it’s the best service I’ve ever received not only were my eyebrows were in good shape but this man literally sat still there and massage my temples and my head he was also very kind and I got a piece of candy at the end of my service LOL definitely recommend

Absolutely horrible! I went in with a set of gel nails and was wanting a new set, the girl who did took my old set off ripped off over half of my pinky nail off, not only did she not even bother to apologize, but she acted like i had done something wrong for responding to pain in a natural way! It was very obvious that she was trash talking me and my 9 yr old daughter who was also getting her nails painted and that tech cut her thumb and made her bleed! Then Tom cut the tips that the girl glued to open skin and told us to leave, that the service was free! I guess the injuries were free! I will never go back and am filing a formal complaint with the licensing board because i believe Toms staff may be operating unlicensed which is very dangerous to the customers!

Not the best experience as far as the facility, and be ready to wait... but for the price it was defiantly worth the money.

The quality of their nails are not up to par for their price. They try to add services without you knowing. If you still decide to go, make sure you know what you’re paying for!

So this is definitely a dont judge a book by its cover place the decor is out dated and messy. I had a long wait time. Im use to clean nice places. I got a full set and my friend got a pedicure. They dont use plastic liners when they do pedicures but theh clean it out before use. They are super professional and let you know what you should look for when other people are doing your nails. The only reason why im giving it four stars is because the guy was falling asleep while doing my nails. But the lady came to help him finish. They did a great job and this is definitely worth the wait and the money.
