Friendly customer service and pretty good upkeep. There were only a couple of machines that were out of order. I went just before noon on a weekday and they were plenty of machines available. Currently, their rate for a normal washer and dryer load is $2 (quarters only). They have a change machine which is quite convenient.I am thankful that this is place was clean and maintained enough for me to feel safe to do my laundry. 👍

Close and convenient by my home, but horrible customer service experience. Not to mention that washer did not clean my load efficiently. Just being honest.. . Probably won’t be back for these reasons only, causing me to invest in a portable washer and dryer.

Love love love this place. Its so convenient, clean and comfortable. They have a snack and soda machine. As well as a coin machine that takes $1s and $5s. They also have a phone charging station.

In all honesty, I only use this facility to occasionally launder comforters. They are always helpful and the inside is clean.

Does the job for a laundromat. Use high heat on the small dryers, im sure the vents are full of lint and not drying 💯 or try the Large Dryers ($2.25 for 30 mins)Cheap washers $2 for double load size regardless of temp and wash type... Dryers are meh, $2 on medium/mix load did not get my sweatshirt, sweatpants or anything made of cotton dry. All the polyester material stuff was barely dry, so I took all that out and ran another $2 dry on high... Overall $4 to wash 2 loads (normally $5-7) and $4 to dry (ive never spent more than $3) is still a good deal.Wifi password is Jolly0819, but it wouldnt login for me, they have a bunch of stools around a large surge protector so you could bring your laptop. There was other free wifi that I used.Place could use a good scrubbing, but the attendant lady was friendly. No TVs, just radio playing country music.

Very rude customer service, actually no customer service. I had never been here, wasn’t sure what to do. Could have been asked could he help me. First and last time. Will share with everyone I know the experience.

Never had an issue here! Dryers are super hot and dry fast. Not badly priced and friendly staff. The owner even loaded me a quarter as i waited on my hubby to bring me more cash.

Let me start off by saying that the only reason you got a one star is because that’s all I could choose to leave this review you actually don’t deserve no stars! I walked in and put my clothes into the washer and the washer said 2.00 to wash however this is a washer I have not used before it’s an commercial washer so I procced to put my money in the washer however I end up putting 2.25 because the washer never came on so I began to call the attendant and told her what was going on she was extremely rude to me very nasty after I told her I lost and extra quarter trying to get the washer to come on and in front of everyone in the laundromat she said oh you need to learn to read and I said i figured it should come on after I put my money in and press start I have never used that particular commercial washer before she was very rude and nasty to me and she told me she was the owner and she wasn’t going to give me my quarter back in which I wasn’t going to go back and forth about a quarter the point is I was her customer and she failed to show me customer service and tried to humiliate me in front of others so not only did she lose a potential regular customer she painted a ugly picture of herself to the other customers in there! I will never step foot in this place I just relocated from another state and needed somewhere I can wash clothes every week that’s her lost plus I pay good money for all my dry cleaning needs but Ms. Nasty want see a dime of it!

Great experience for such a small space. They have the perfect amount of W/Dyers.

Very nice establishment and the washers are not high and you need have to spend a arm and leg to.dry your clothes because the dryers are set at a great temperature.

Worst strip club in Macon. There was only one stripper, a really old lady who tried selling me laundry detergent, and she never took off her clothes... Thank God. When I tried to break a $20 bill into singles to tip her, she gave me two rolls of quarters.

Overpriced laundry mat with washing machines that does not wash your clothes properly. Spent almost $15 for a small load of laundry. Never return again!!!

Machine ate my quarters and asked owner if she could help me. she told me to put more quarters in and I told I already did that then she gave me a dirty look and said idk then walked off. Will never use this place again.
