Dr. Groves and his entire staff have provided stellar service from beginning to end! They have been nothing but friendly, kind, and competent throughout the entire process. I have found out that the dr is only as good as his staff or front line workers.The front line staff was very professional. The nurses are so professional and attentive, you are made to feel comfortable.The office is very clean.Dr Grover is very patient, professional, informative and kind.

The office is very beautiful ! The staff were all very nice and welcoming, especially Dr. Groves Assistant. The Doctor answered all of my questions and was very thorough at being sure we were on the same page with what I wanted. I love Dr. Groves and his staff. They are all so friendly and helpful. I love the occasional specials and the fun give aways. Dr. Groves performed a procedure on me about a month ago. So far, Im extremely pleased. He spends a lot of time with his patients making sure that they are on the same page as far as the procedures and their outcome expectations. Hes very honest and up front with his explanations of the procedures and their outcomes. His follow through and post operative care is superior.

Loved the facial I received. Was a little disappointed that I could not get the mole removed at my hairline and I have to come back in June. Maybe I misunderstood when I booked my appointment but was under the impression that I could get the mole taken care of on the same visit as the facial. However was very pleased with the facial.

I had always been self conscious about my very hooded eyelids and went to see Dr.Groves for a consultation. He assured me a blepharoplasty would give me the results I was looking for. 2 weeks later I had the operation and am so thrilled with the results! I am now symmetrical and I have eyelid space to practice makeup! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr.Groves and his staff for any operation you may be considering. Hes changed my life and Ive never felt so confident!

Everything went ok with Dr. Groves. His staff has communication issues though. From my interview with him, I was told they would give me as long as I needed to be off work. Im a maintenance mechanic/technician and have a very physical job in extreme cold and hot environments. I asked to return to work the Monday after Christmas. My surgery was on the 12th of November. I called to see that they filled out my FMLA paper work and they said that they had and gave me a 2 week return date. . . which was November 28th! Of course, Here it was in December and I had no clue that Im supposed to be back at work already. I began to cry telling them that they may have just cost me my job. I get no apology or any signs of remorse. They coldly tell me that 2 weeks is all they give. I call my HR department explaining that Im still in stitches and just got drainage tubes removed. They agree to hold my position until the end of December. I call back to Dr. Groves and get another female on the line who says she will submit it again with the correct date. We agree the 28th (again! the Monday after Christmas). So, Short term disability rolls over to a long term disability a few days later and the have to do another FMLA form with my return date. This time they call and say they only allow 6 weeks for this procedure so they are putting December 24th. I try to explain that they have promised me to give me the time I need to recover; and Im asking until the 28th. I try to tell them that no one in Human Resources (HR) or any other department will be there to approve me joining the maintenance crew to work ON CHRISTMAS EVE. Well, I go in today (December 22nd)for my follow up and ask the girl up front what is my latest return to work date....(praying they finally listened to ME. .the one who pays them..) The girl says it is written that I return to work ON CHRISTMAS DAY!! SERIOUSLY, on the biggest holiday for me and my family. Not the Monday after but the Friday...the holiday friday! I call my HR director and he said that I can not do that as he and everyone but maintenance will be at home with their families. He told me to come in on Monday! When I mentioned this to Dr. Groves in front of his staff they offer to change the paperwork excusing it until the 28th (Monday)! I said, Dont bother, Ive got it worked out with my job We also discussed photos of implants and the capsules after removal. I went a week after surgery for check up and asked but they needed a week to vet them. So I asked the next week but they said oh we will send you a link to the pictures. Instead I got a survey! I was livid. I filled it out explaining this and immediately got a phone call from them wondering why I wrote a bad review. After that phone call, I got an email with a link to the one photo of my implants and no capsule. I called and his nurse said that it isnt written in his notes that he removed the capsule but she is sure he did. (Ive been sick since May with tremors, seizure spells and a list of unsolvable health issues. Removing these implants were advocated by 3 doctors of mine to remove any possible toxins in my body with hopes of saving my life.) Yet I can even get assurance and photos like promised of the toxic casing that formed around my implant being removed. No toxicology report, no lab report...nothing but empty promises. I did not recommend him to my sister who is planning her implant removal in hopes of better health! Dr. Groves is nice, building is clean, but the practice is hollow in respect for the person paying the bills.

This office does not take our insurance. We specifically asked before our appointment and were told that they do take our insurance. After we drive over an hour, and they look at the insurance card, then they tell us they dont take our insurance. The office manager needs to prep the staff to ask questions because now, they have an appointment that will not be filled because they didnt do their homework.
