Went for laser hair removal. Missy was awesome! Great personality, professional and down to earth. Knowledgeable of using the laser on african-american skin. Cant wait for future sessions and to see the end result. Saved me repeated drives to Atlanta. Youll love the service!

BEFORE THE COVID STARTED, I SCHEDULED A FACIAL WITH ANNE BRAGG BUT FOR 20 minutes SHE KEPT PROMOTING THIS NEW FACIAL ULTRASOUND MACHINE THAT SHE HAVE. I WAS WONDERING “WHEN IS SHE GOING TO START MY FACIAL?” AND SHE KEPT GOING ON AND ON WITH THIS NEW MACHINE AND WANTED ME TO TRY THIS “FACE ULTRASOUND” SO I THOUGHT IF I LET HER TRY SHE WILL START TO PREPARE MY ACTUAL FACIAL APPOINTMENT. SHE STARTED BUZZING MY FACE FOR LESS THAN 2 seconds IT FELT LIKE AN ELECTRIC SHOCK! SO I TOLD HER TO STOP! THIS IS NOT A FACIAL appointment!!! AND STILL CHARGED ME $80!!! ???? I STILL PAID HER BUT NO RECEIPT.???COME TO FIND OUT SHE IS A NAIL TECHNICIAN AND NOT A LICENSED AESTHETICIAN. SHAME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

This place is a great as long as you a regular customer, I made an appointment with them and I was sitting there for like 30 minutes waiting to be seen. I was a new customer so I guess they didnt care to much about me because all the regulars got seen and left. I was still sitting there when finally she came and got me to do my microdermabrasion. They over book and get behind on their clients which makes people that have appointments like me, have to wait. I made my last appointment here with them 2 months ago of which she had her assistant text me saying she had to cancel with me. Havent been back since, you might not get the same experience I had but this was just my experience with this spa

Really great experience, I highly recommend. I had waxing done & Im not the best customer (in that my skin is super sensitive & I constantly flinch) & she was awesome. Would highly recommend & would absolutely go back.

I’ve been trying to schedule a massage with them for about a month and they are extremely hard to get in contact with. I have called multiple people working there on separate occasions and received no call back. Have walked in the place and stood there for about 15 mins and no one was at the front disk. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at this point.
