My son had a great first experience! I knew going he was going to need a lot of work but they were very thorough with explaining the treatment plan and the process as well as getting this scheduled as soon possible. I chose this practice because of the reviews and I’m very happy I did. I feel that my son is receiving the best care possible!

The office staff was very helpful and understanding. The assistant was energetic and kid friendly. The dental hygienist was nice and knowledgeable about what should be done to maintain healthy teeth. The Dentist was kind and gentle. Visit was quick no time was wasted.

I have been bringing my Children to Dr. Ambrose for about 5 years now, after having a bad experience with a female dentist in the same area, my oldest who has Autism was treated very poorly, the staff strapped him to a wooden board and they did this while not allowing me back until he was in full melt down. I told this to Dr Ambrose staff and they made sure to take extra special care of him from then on. He was so afraid of the dentist now he is confident enough to go back alone. They have also been taking care of my twins who are 5. The staff is friendly and professional, the office is clean. Dr John the lead dentist and owner is really down to earth, I mean I love that hes funny but professional but also treats his patients like they are his own children. I appreciate that extra kindness.

Everyone was kind but the sign in receptionist was very loud asking confidential questions. Needs to respect privacy abs only ask questions that are necessary. Not just all Bc she is curious.

My fiancée called Dr. Johns office in Forsyth as it was the closest location to our home (were in Bremen). They said they might could help my son who has extra teeth and was in pain. The office staff asked us to text photos. They reviewed them and made an appointment immediately. Hes now having the surgery he needed in less than 2 weeks. Every other oral surgeon in Atlanta couldnt get him in for 6 months. Dr. John made it happen. He helped us and put my son, and us, to ease. He will always be my son dentist. Ill drive the 2 hours just for him.

Today was our first time at Ambrose. I loved that all the staff were so friendly, patient & kind to my kids & to me. Everything was clean & we didn’t have a long wait period before we were seen. Found the perfect place for my 3 kiddos.

The Warner Robins staff is very snobby. They do not acknowledge you upon entering while playing on their phone. If you have a large family, be prepared for obnoxious comments about the number of children you have. Their billing department will blame everything on the insurance company even though they billed the services incorrectly. Definitely not satisfied with the mannerisms in this office.

Ambrose Pediatric Dentistry provides the best in pediatric dental care. William literally enjoys going to visit hygienist Kibbie for dental care. All of the staff there are very considerate but she is very special to William. This practice is highly recommended and one that can be trusted to deliver competent, courteous and professional care.

I’ve been bringing my kids to this dentist for several years now and never had a problem! The staff treats you like family and everyone talks to you with respect and polite. My kids feel comfortable going to the back with the staff alone. I wouldn’t want any other office than this one handling my babies teeth!!

Went for the first time to this office for my 4 year olds consult today and I am pleased to say that we will definitely be going back. We have tried two other pediatric dentist offices and both were not good experiences leaving a bad idea of what the dentist is in my 4 year olds mind. However we saw Dr. Williams today and she was phenomenal. She took time and was very patient, fun, and understanding. The staff were also excellent. They walked my daughter through her x-rays and showed her everything that they were doing. We had our first ever “no crying” experience and I am pleased to say we have found our home for our pediatric dentist office! Thank you Ambrose!!!

This is beyond the best dentist place you could ask for they are so nice and so gentle with their patients. My son isn’t even scared to go to the dentist because they know how to make him comfortable and this one nice lady was making him talk up a storm last time we were there. We love this dentistry and plan on sticking with them for as long as we can! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.

The most awful experience every time we come. Sitting 2 to 3 hours before your serviced is awful for any child and parent. I they do this because of our Medicaid insurance. I will be filling a formal complaint with DCH. This is crazy. Totally unacceptable that we have to be treated like this.

This place is awesome. I took both of my kids they were in real quick. Kudos to the staff for dealing with my fearful one she is going to need extra work and they got right to work on a treatment plan for her. We have found a dentist that we will be keeping!!!

We have been taking our daughter to Ambrose for years! She was very anxious and upset when going to the dentist before them. Every experience has been great! She now doesn’t fear going. I highly recommend!!

We have been there twice now with no work done. I called and advised what we needed. I brought X-rays, they did them again. I gave them his treatment plan from his dentist, they came up with a plan that was 3 times as much. I had to get them to follow through with the original plan, we made another appointment, showed up for the appointment, he got called back for them to say oh never mind we need to setup an early morning appointment to do this. As a working mom this is horrible service. I feel that they just want to max out our dental coverage because they can and that they are not there for the customer. I have never experienced anything as bad as this. I highly recommend finding another dentist that actually cares about the child and considers the working parents having to take off too.

In all honesty, I have NEVER been to this office. However, many years ago, I worked with Dr. Ambrose as his dental assistant in Macon Georgia. Even though at the time, he was with other dentist; he was fresh out of dental school and always professional. He is a great person on the inside, as well as the outside. I know that he is an awesome dentist, and he will treat your beautiful children with the best of care. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, DR. AMBROSE!!

My 7 year old was having tooth pain and needed crowns. I was having a rough day and did not handle the visit very well. But the dentist and most of the staff were very understanding and kind. They made effort to ease my anxiety and did everything they could to make my child comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dentistry!

A great group of caring dentists! Couldn’t ask for a better team to be there for my children’s dental needs.

They are great with my small children, 5 and 7. My oldest is autistic and they work well with her. We were originally referred two years ago for major dental work for my little one and we have stuck with them ever since. They are responsove when you call and they work quickly once your child has gone back to the room. They are very busy, so rescheduling can be hard.

My children feel very comfortable. I had tried a different dentist and came back to Ambrose. I am glad I did. The wait time is minimal. The staff is great.

I previously gave Ambrose a five star last year, but since I took my daughter last month I’m not sure how I feel. She had her routine cleaning where they found her first ever cavity she’s 6 they said it’s a tiny one and she needed it filled. However they were very stern in telling me I was not allowed back there while they do it. Which shocked me because I always go back there when she’s having a cleaning and they never have a problem. I’m always quiet and stay out of the way. My daughter is always at ease while I’m back there with her. So now I’m thinking about switching to someone that has relaxed staff that can handle a parent in the room.

Love the staff here makes you feel right at home. This is from WillMy son Will has special needs. He has had a seizure in the past when we went to another dentist. A few times in the past they had to do dental work on him in the hospital. Now that we use Ambrose Pediatric Dentistry, Will has all of his dental procedures done in their office. Dr. John and his staff has made Will feel so comfortable. From the front office staff, to the staff in the back my son is relaxed and has not had a seizure while they work on his teeth. Thanks for helping him feel relaxed.

My son and I love this place! Dawson looks forward to getting his teeth cleaned so much that he has asked if he can come back more often than every 6 months! Weve recently come in to get 2 teeth pulled and Dawson was so nervous. The staff quickly calmed him down and made the whole process so much easier for him!

Initally, we chose this practice because they are in network with federal employees dental insurance. But it is WORTH THE DRIVE from the Air Force base for other reasons. I took my son here for his very first dentist appointment and the experience was great. The doctor answered my questions and was super friendly. The staff spoke to my son, who is one year old, and made him feel at ease. We had a great first experience and will be back in the future.

Very prompt, as soon as we sat down they took my 4 and 7 year old in to th back. My kids were comfortable enough to go without a fight they LOVE IT HERE. & i got to quietly finish updating paperwork while they were being seen. Then the doctor pulled me in to see if i had concerns about both of them. I LOVE IT HERE.

Took my 2 year old for his first visit and they were absolutely amazing! I was able to hold his head in my lap while they cleaned his teeth! Upon our return for a filling, they were beyond caring! The hygienist even took him in her arms to carry him back there and carried him back out!

I loved my experience there. I had my son at Kool Smiles and it was awful. They were friendly from check in to check out. They were very detailed in explaining what was going on and what needed to be taken care of and the reasons for it. Great customer service from the staff. My daughter is 5 years old. When she was 3 we had to make the decision to put her to sleep to have dental procedures done. Upon making the initial consultation I was so nervous due to first dentist scaring me so bad I walked out of her office and refused to take my daughter back. After meeting with Dr Ambrose and seeing how positive he was and the great game plan he had in for us really eased all anxiety. We made the appointment for surgery and the day of I had such a peace over me as handed my daughter to the nurses. She made a great recovery from anesthia and we have had no problems. I recommend Dr Ambrose to anyone who needs major pediatric surgery. His bedside manner is awesome. And he does great work. O did i mention we are 4 hours away and had no problem with traveling to have this done. Great staff to assist a great dentist.

I remember this place when I was a kid.I was 7-9 years old.

I had to give a star or it wouldn’t let me leave a review! This is absolutely the worse place I’ve ever seen! They aren’t friendly they are always overbooked the wait time is ridiculous they want you to schedule an appt 6 mo out ( I can’t due to work schedule) they say they will call when it gets close to time it’s been a year still nothing! I’ve tried numerous times only to be told I’d have to wait another couple months! Ha no I don’t I went somewhere else and if you people were smart you would too!!!

I take both of my daughters to Ambrose and we absolutely love it. They are so friendly to us and my kids. Wouldn’t go to any other dentist! High recommend it!

Update since last review things went so much better this go around. I’m very pleased with how nice and friendly the staff was. This mama was super nervous because we went in for two fillings. And ended up having to have one of two teeth pulled for my sweet girl. They were great with her and she had no issues and was calm the entire time. They did amazing and was even great keeping me in the loop. :)

My son broke his two front teeth at school today. I called them as soon as I found out and they let me bring him on in today. Dr. Ambrose was amazing. Not only did he fix my sons teeth, but he also pulled two baby teeth that his prior dentist shouldve pulled already. He was very informative, and made my son very comfortable. What started off as a scary day, turned into a good one thanks to Dr Ambrose and his staff. Im looking forward to my kids future appointments there.

I’ve been bringing my kids here for a while, but today was pretty bad. The entire time I was in the back I heard nothing but gossip about people they work with management and such. And they even talked about a child to that was one of the patients. I was definitely set back by this. The lady that cleaned my child’s teeth was very short with my six year old and was even kinda rude to her. I mean where is the compassion? This was so unprofessional! Not happy at all!

I have 4 children that go to see all of the Ambrose pediatric dentistry, I couldnt ask for a better place to take my kids. I have always felt as though they were their priority over anything.. I have had two of my kids have teeth pulled and two that have injured themselves Iand I called they got them right in. My youngest was 2 the first time we went and I got to back with her and they talked her through everything and ever since he say now almost 5 she has a blast! Keep up the great work!
