We recently took our computer in for service at Quality Computers and were very pleased with their service and professionalism.The technician called us to make sure all our needs were met and they were. I would definitely recommend Quality Computers. If they can’t repair your computer in a cost effective way, they have a very nice selection of computers on hand. They got our computer repaired very quickly and we appreciated that. Highly recommend this company!

Came in with a vague idea of the problem with my computer. They properly diagnosed it, replaced the dead part, and even managed to straighten the bent pins on my CPU and get it usable again. Costs a bit more than big online suppliers which is pretty expected since its a local shop, but still a decent price and well worth the money if youre struggling to identify or fix your computer problems yourself.

I had an issue with a refurbished tower. I called and took it back up there, still under warranty and they had it fixed in less than 2 days. Great communication and super patient (had to bring my 2 kiddos up there). Would definitely recommend.

Everything in the store is more expensive than Amazon by at least $20. If you mention changing your mind about buying a product, one of the workers will get angry. I could see the potential in the business, but customer service needs to be improved and with knowledge and less “must buy” mentality.

I had a very good recent encounter getting an older MacBook Air scrubbed for recycling. Everyone was efficient and the work was done on time.

This was the 2nd time in many years my computer needed help. Quality Computers was my first and only option both times. They knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it within a couple days of dropping it off. I wasnt over charged for either parts or service. Yes they may be geeks (I use the term with positivity!), but unlike the computer geeks you see on TV these people are friendly. Theyll answer questions without making you feel like a small child. IF I have another problem with my computer Ill be right back.

PS4 died on me. Power light would come on for a second and system would beep but then itd just power right down with nothing ever changing on the TV. Quality was able to diagnose the problem and fix my system for far cheaper than it would have been to buy a new system - which I especially didnt want to do a couple months before the new versions are released. Things are crazy and everyone is behind so it might take a week or so. Mine was ready for pickup 9 days after drop off. Just have a little patience and youll be fine. Really appreciate the work.

I had a deadline for an important project when my printer stopped printing. I took my printer to Quality Computer on Friday afternoon and told them that I must have my printer back on Tuesday.I was able to pick up my printer on Tuesday.. I highly recommend this Company.

This shop has taken to scalping their inventory. There is currently a shortage of RTX 3000 series Graphic Cards and they are asking for 40% more than MSRP. They happily declare it is cheaper than what online scalpers are asking for (about 70%), but scalping is still scalping. Customer loyalty is built on trust, not abuse. Local shops sometimes have to charge a little more than what Amazon can offer, but not by such an insane margin.I advise everyone to price check before making a purchase here. There is no reason to support a local business that blatantly tires to ripoff their customers.Just wait out the shortage and buy online people.

To have a actual computer shop in this area is nice. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They work with you to build the system youre looking for. A bit in the pricey side, but Quality components for sure. Id suggest knowing a reasonable amount about computers and the parts needed if your shopping or they do have prebuilt CPUs ready to go for decent prices too.

I went to quality computers because my computer seemed slow and had some glitchy behavior with the monitor. I appreciated how the team there were able to pinpoint the issue (upgraded ram or memory or something like that). They kept me updated with the progress, told me my place in line, what was wrong, and how they can fix it. Easy breezy and now my computer is working at lightning speeds. I’m very grateful and would use them again. They actually saved me from having to be a whole new computer $400 savings. Thanks guys..

Been doing business here for years. The staff really knows their field and are friendly and attentive. Everything they have suggested has solved my problem the way I wanted it solved. I also use the Quality Care service and am very happy with it. All my repairs and upgrades have met my expectations, including crashed hard drive recovery, etc.Recent developments of course cause some concern, but Im choosing to let the legal system handle that and in the meantime, I will continue to support the people who depend on this business for their living and who have supported me so well over the years.

Quality Computers was very fast to respond to our distress call. Their work was exemplary. Their technicians and customer service reps are friendly. Their pricing is competitive. They even followed up after the visit to make sure that everything was done and that we were satisfied. We will definitely continue to use them as our boots on the ground for our Macon office.

Edit: First and foremost, I would like to thank the technician John for his time so close to closing time in trying to find out what was wrong with my laptop. As assumed, it was ASUS who had made the error and not the company. I cannot blame the company for what happened to my laptop, nor can I blame them for the time it took ASUS to repair the motherboard. As for the technician, he did end up getting back to me the same evening and working remotely to try to find out what was wrong. He stayed on until after business hours trying to repair it for me and was prompt in calling me back today at the time of opening. Great and timely service was done on my laptop the next go around.My experience with this place was the absolute worst. I had a laptop that had milk spilled into it, my fault, but it took them over a WEEK to get to it, which allowed the milk to corrode the inside of the laptop. I bought a brand new laptop from them when it was found that my old one could not be saved. Within a month of purchase, the motherboard shorted. Because it was under warranty, they got it in under their priority list. Yeah, if by that, they mean theyll take a month to fix it. I gave them the laptop on October 5th, I received it back October 30th. That SAME day, I noticed issues with logging onto Microsoft and using my Windows app. I did not notice this until after business hours and I called today, Monday, November 2nd, around 1:20PM. Was told the technician was on lunch, so I asked if I could have a phone appointment booked for 3:30. 3:40 came along and I called and asked what happened. The technician was AWAY FROM HIS STATION and I was ONCE AGAIN given the run-around and was asked to wait even longer. Look. I just want my PRODUCT THAT -YOU- guys recommended for me to WORK.

I cannot recommend this business enough. All of them are knowledgeable and professional. I have used them for a few years for fixes to my computer and recently had a bigger issue. They did not rest until it was resolved and kept me updated throughout the process. You really do not need to go anywhere else for questions and repairs of ones electronics.

They gave me upfront information in regards to what I should expect from them by using their services to help fix my Mac laptop. The Technician called me once diagnosis was performed and discussed my options thoroughly. Even tried his best on completing an impossible task (due to the harddrive issues which was well explained). I was able to pick up my Mac that same day after choosing option that best fit my current status. They are now my #1 Go-To for any of my pc needs if I cant resolve on my own. I was even referred to a company that can help with my sick hardware that has been taken out and returned to me. I am back to normalcy and my mac is functioning well. !! They were also upfront about all costs. Everyone was very nice.

Quality Computers was recommended to me by the local Simply Mac store in Macon, when I needed a new battery for my computer. Quality ordered the computer, installed it, and it works great. Did it in a timely manner and at a very fair cost. Ill use them again if I ever need another fix.

Walked in needing a high quality HDMI and USB cable to extend my HTC VIVE vr headset into the next room at my house. The Group at Quality Computers are GREAT. I had problems with my computer so I took it in and Austin explained what he was going to do to trouble shoot the problem. I got my computer back, but a day later the problem arose again. I took it back in and the guys were very helpful and understanding. Not a place of honest and integrity..I am speaking from experience...They charged my tablet and charged me for an replacement port that was never done.. The rep even admitted to it.. I was charged $85.00And waited and waited and waited...for a new excuse each time I inquired about my device..Sad... I thought this was a “Quality” place...BBB.

My MB pro was shutting off intermittently with no discernable pattern. Took it in thinking I had some sort of issue on the motherboard. Technician adjusted the min voltage setting (so it wouldnt go too low) to the CPU and voilà no more issues. Very pleased with my experience. Thanks

Professional and reasonably priced service. I came in for various reasons before, but the service I received while getting a new PC built was amazing. Each person was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. I still have a lot to learn with maintaining my own computer, but they didnt take advantage of that to try and sell me products or services. Every technician and associate I spoke to seemed genuinely willing to help and happy to do so.They built my PC when I gave myself a headache trying to get it to work and it runs like a charm, no problems. I also bought a refurbished monitor that I could swear is brand new. While I hope no issues arise where I need to get something fixed, I know if they do Ill be making Quality Computers my first stop.

I called up here to ask about factory resetting my 2009 HP laptop since I was selling it. They told me it would be $85. I asked why it would cost so much and they told me it would take up an hour of our time and we charge $85 and hour.I called HP instead and with about 7 clicks and 3 minutes of my time, the process was well underway. And after 30 minutes of the computer operating on its own to factory reset, it was done!You guys almost got me!

Joined the Quality Care Suite (extra support) and have truly been impressed with their care and concern for my computer issues. They keep me informed and follow through on the work. Would highly recommend them and their staff.

This is a great place to take your computer to be repaired. The reps were nice and helpful. I was called and told what the problem was with my computer. The only thing I didnt like was that I never received a call when it was ready for pick up. I had to call them to find out my compiter was ready. Other than that everything else was great. Overall great experience and my computer works great.
