Was able to get a same day appointment and the lady was very nice and helpful. She was quick and did the haircut almost to the tee as in the picture we showed her. Very affordable haircuts as well so it doesnt break the bank to go get a trim and keep it maintained. Would definitely recommend if you want a simple straightforward cut. I would say if you want something more in depth or complicated then I would maybe recommend a boutique type shop for your cut and style. But overall for what we needed it was excellent.

The salon was welcoming. Great experience getting my hair trimmed! Diane was amazing and did exactly what I asked. I am very pleased with my trim. I would highly recommend this salon.

Called on a Tuesday to make a Saturday appointment for my daughter! Arrived just to find out they never wrote it down! Not even apologetic!! Chose them because it says LGBTQ friendly but not people friendly apparently! They didn’t even attempt to fit her in or reschedule her! Complete waste of time!!

I been here twice and I never had a problem until today I walk in to get schedule for a appointment. The lady chair that is on the right side near the front. Was rude and disrespectful she had a client in her chair and She said out loud she doesn’t do Africa America hair which is very rude and unprofessional in front of other customers. But They front desk person Was very nice and helpful she got me with someone that would do my hair. And also the person who did my hair them two made the service great.

They were able to work my wife in the schedule, when we really needed them.

Friendly and able to take last minute lady but on a Saturday afternoon. Life savers!

Great cut. Be aware that because of the pandemic you cant just walk in, you have to make an appointment and you must wear a mask.

I have been seeing one of the Experts for nearly 30 years. She has been an owner/operator and is just wants to be responsive to her customers. She has been here ever since it was a Cost Cutter. The staff is friendly and you are greeted upon entry. The wait is never excessive and the service is excellent. I have tried bargain places (Great Clips) which turned out to be no bargain at all, a very bad haircut. Great cut every time. Sandie is the best.

Greeted with a warm welcome, I stayed I needed a wash and style with a cut on a sew-in. Gloria was able to assist me with a smile and great skills to match. She was clear and verbal on how she was going to do my hair and why. I love to know what is being done and how to my hair in case I dont like the technique or want to do it myself to keep the maintenance. Thank you Gloria I will be back .

I love the staff, Ive been going to this salon for 3 years but they just seem to cut my hair way too short for some reason 🤷‍♂️. Its alright for simple cuts

If I could rate them - stars I would. Hair doesnt grow over you ears and shaggy in 9 days. I work 7 days a week and try to get up here for the girl to fix my hair. My businessential will go some where else.

Ive gone multiple times and taken both my kids. Weve had a good experience no matter who cut our hair. I found they listen and do exactly what I asked for. Id definitely recommend them to someone looking for a new family salon.
