Just recently moved in, so far the staff are nice and friendly. Lacey helped us a lot and had been so wonderful!! Apartments are and looked exactly as they advertise on their website.

The experience of this apartment was good! I love this apartment!

I lived at The Adrian for three years and never had a problem with anyone. The grounds were kept extremely well as is all the facilities. The Office staff was friendly and the maintenance crew was as good as they come. I will miss this place and if I need an apartment again in the Macon area The Adrian would be my first choice. Beautiful pond lake and great security.

Great apartment complex. I lived here for approximately two years. The grounds are well taken care of. My favorite was the fishing pond, it is full of bream and some decent sized bass. There is a carp in there that is 20+ pounds. Sorry, as you can tell, the pond was my favorite feature. I never had any problems keeping my apartment cool (another posted mentioned they couldnt). The apartments are well insulated so even with my desire to keep the house cold, the electric bill was not bad. While maintenance was not the fastest i have experience in my time in apartments, they did always get the job done. I have never had a problem with the intercom not working at the gate, just the opposite, we have been gone for almost two years now and we still get calls from the gate. There is plenty of parking for guests and the gym looks very nice (not sure which gym the other person was visiting that said it was all old and run down). Basically this place is very nice. As with all apartment living, your neighbors and the staff will really determine how enjoyable it is to live in a close community, but I enjoyed my time here.

My experience so far has been a total joke. A lease was signed almost 2 months in advance. Two days prior to the move in date we arrive to complete a walk through and low and behold NOTHING had been completed. No cleaning, balcony broken at the bottom, counters need resurfacing, no painting, unit smells horrible, carpet rancid, bottom drawer in stove not working, ceiling fans in rooms not working properly. This pushed the move in date out for a week. The first day of moving in we notify Kristin of issues with the paint peeling off the wall in the bathroom, doors/trim weren’t painted, along with the crown molding that they boast about in their brochures. They resend painters out and we learn that they paint over wallpaper!! I reached out to Nikiki the Asst Mgt who appeared “shocked” that wall paper was painted over in the bathrooms and insisted that this situation is rectified. She not only wasted the painting companies times but mine as well by knowing they wouldn’t allow the company to texture paint to remove the noticeable blemishes or fix the walls in the bathroom. Then they resurfaced the counters after we moved in. The smell was extremely strong for two days. So far the first 3 months they have been band-aiding things that should have been properly taken care of before we moved in. I was told that “ I could move out without penalty with a 30 day notice.” as a resolution.

Worst apartment living experience of my life. I wish I could give no stars.

I moved from here a couple of years ago. I was given my renewal lease late and was told it was my responsibility to hound the front office about my lease. The apartment I was in was millipede hell. The home office was rude. Moving was the best thing ever! The rent constantly increases, but no updates are made to the apartments. The property manager at the time was rude as well.

This is the worst complex Ive every stayed. RUN DONT RENT. HAVE PICTURES OF ALL OF THIS AND MORE!!!The staff is nice and honest.The trash compactor has been broken for long periods a total of two months during the nine months here.The front gate intercom works 20% of the time. I have had to get out of my bed at least three times when my out of town guest arrive just to let them in due to the intercom not functioning.The back gate was open at least two months because it was broken and the key card could not be used.Mold in the apartments, the ac doesnt work cooler outside than inside.The auto center has the spot for a vacuum but no hose.The playground not maintained hornet nest on the wooden playground equipment.The equipment in the gym is old, elliptical welded together. Treadmills old, loud and ridiculous.The apartment shows nice due to grounds and office.

This place is absolutely beautiful, its kept up very well, beautiful clean pool, great little fishing pond, Melissa was very nice and very knowledgeable about all questions I had about the community, its a very clean community, this Adrian is definitely the place to live. The way it is being ran couldnt be better.

Khadijah is a wonderful asset to this prestige community as a leasing agent. She is very pleasant to work with!

Its as good as it gets if you do your part as good tenants. We had some hidden charges with the electricity when we first moved in. Its quite here most of the times. Every now and then you have some loud noises. Maintenance is ok. Maintenance manager is rude and needs to listen to what the tenants complaints are. You have to be persistent for non-emergency calls. Most of the Office staffs are friendly.
