The staff was very friendly and there service was very quick, had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Also came and gave me a bottle water without even asking.

Had been a customer for over 2 years. I recieved harassing phone calls every month on the date my payment was due, even though I had set up automatic payments through my bank, and that payment had already been recieved.When questioning why my rates are so high, I was told that a single father with mutiple vehicles are more expensive to insure... along with my neighborhood and the types of vehicles I own. Also told, Its cheaper to insure a NEW vehicle than one thats 13yrs old. (HUH??? No way! You would rather pay out $20k rather than $6k? B.S.!!!)Furthermore, upon ACTUALLY shopping around, I found that Oxford was grossly overcharging me. (premiums were cut in half by Progressive)After switching insurance companies, I requested a cancellation and refund of policy. 2 weeks go by without refund or so much as a word from Oxford. Upon contacting Maria @ Oxford, she tells me that they require a declaration page from my new insurance. I emailed it to her and waited, but heard nothing in response, 1 week later, I contacted Maria again. She informs me that the dec page I sent was not good enough and they required a dec page that included a vehicle that I was considering purchasing, but did not. (b/c I added it to my oxford policy before cancellation)I contacted Progressive and had it faxed over... Another week goes by without response, so I contacted Founders directly. They had not recieved the dec page and contacted Maria themselves to get it. 1 week later, I finally recieved a cancellation notice from Founders, but still no refund! 1 more week passed before I stopped into the office & AGAIN requested my refund. I was then told it can take up to 30 days from the time the cancellation is entered into the system. (which had only been entered 1 week ago) Its been over 1 month since my request for refund, and Im still fighting with them to get my money!In summary, THEIR REPS WILL LIE TO YOU, THEIR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOO LOW, THEYRE EAGER TO GET YOUR MONEY & RELUCTANT TO GIVE YOU ANYTHING EXCEPY A HASSLE IN RETURN!Do yourself a favor, shop around!Progressive also offers SR22 at MUCH BETTER prices, easy to access websites & apps, & no hassles.

Almost 3 years with them I had always had excellent service until today, yesterday I went and they gave me prices for the renovation and today I go and they tell me that they dont know why they gave me those prices that there are no changes I ask for the girl who attended me and they say that does not work there that she is in another office, obviously I will not return with them not only for the price but for the attitude of the woman.
