The experienced Agent Sal (who ran the office) is now gone and replaced by incompetency. The owner Mike Adelsbach is extremely unprofessional and discourteous.I canceled my policies on March 13 on March 31 State Farm reinstated. After four calls to the office they were Refusing to address this issue and refusing to contact their home office in Richardson Texas. I sent them a picture of the reinstatement notice and I hope this will help them. I found this experience to be extremely frustrating. After speaking to the owner Mike I would highly recommend doing business with another agency.

Experiencing a loss of a loved one is difficult emotionally and financially. I am so thankful for Mike and his team. My dad sat with Susan and took out a life insurance policy which at the time we thought was a waste of money; boy was I wrong. Had it not been for that life policy my family and I would be out on the streets. I can’t thank this office and my dad enough. Although the pain of losing my father is still very fresh, it’s comforting to know that financially, my family will be okay.
