Everyone was nice and accommodating, but when a $6,000 repair is proposed it is not enough to say there is an oil leak, customer needs a description of the exact location of the leak and the mechanics assessment of the problems urgency. An unintelligible video with an impact wrench soundtrack is not helpfulI might also note of the many new and used cars I have had over 50 years, I have never had a car with 82K miles on, always professionally serviced per schedule, that required a $6K repair. I am shocked and very unhappy.UPDATE: I am very happy to report the service advisor, Chris, and his boss, Kevin, got back to me and went the extra mile to explain what the situation was in detail and to have the repair covered by Lexus! This continues and exceeds the high service level I had hitherto experienced from Lexus of Seattle. Yay!

We had a great buying experience here at Lexus of Seattle, we live in Tacoma and tried to purchase at our local Lexus in Fife but that didn’t go well for us. We were treated like the average lower end car purchase plus they didn’t have what we were looking for and they tried to push other colors instead of finding one we wanted and it bring in for us. After leaving Fife we were able to call and talk to Mirza on the phone who was able to locate the vehicle we wanted within 20 mins.Mirza made the purchase painless and easy. Mirza gathered as much Info as he needed from us, emailed the Application for us to fill out online to save time. We were at the dealership for a minimal time for a purchase, the vehicle was washed and prepped as much as possible pending our purchase, within 30 to 40 mins we were in Finance with Angie who was also amazing and efficient.We are grateful to Lexus of Seattle. Christopher made the whole experience enjoyable. I typically do not enjoy car shopping because of past experiences of where high pressure tactics are used. It becomes so obvious that the only thing that matters is the close. We did not have that experience with Christopher. He was very informative, polite and patient. Quick and easy used car buying process. There was something wrong with my car and these guys took care of it, no problem. At first, there was a question as to if I could have caused the issue and if they would take care of it for me or if it would be out of pocket. They ended up making it right seeing I had only only put 100 mi on the car before discovering the issue. Highly recommend.
Service here is the best. They made a mistake with not ordering my key, but it’s about how you recover from the mistake which sets them apart from other dealers. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with he end result and showed true service recovery. I will be going back for the service alone.

Mirza Memic was the sales man I was working with and he treated me with a lot of respect as a first time car buyer. He made sure I was comfortable and asked me often if I needed anything through our long process of buying the car. He was very patient with me and helped me figure out a way to walk off that lot with a new used car I was looking at. If I was to rate his customer service 1 out of 10, it would definitely be a 20.
Our sunroof glass cracked and then shattered, possibly due to the heat or a rock hitting a critical spot. Kevin Murphy, Service Manager at Lexus of Seattle, is absolutely the best. He made the replacement as seamless as it could possibly be: a loaner car; part ordered, in and installed next day; clear instructions on how to manage insurance claim. And the day of installation service rep was equally helpful and efficient. We would never take either of our Lexus vehicles anywhere else for service.

Awesome car, pleasurable buying process!I got the car buying done in 2 days through the active and customer- focused support of the GM and the salesperson. The auto finance by BECU was done in a timely manner, and all the sales procedures were well- explained to me before my signature. Copies of all the documents I signed were compactly saved in a thumb drive and given to me- a first by any auto dealer I know.I only wish that I was told about the 72- hour return policy during my test drive of the car. That would have made me ask fewer questions and request for inspection results whilst trying to ensure I was not buying a ‘lemon’

I was standing outside next to the metal bench and a gentleman asked if everything was OK. I said Yes but could I get some towels to dry off the bench. He proceeded to find some towels and came back out and dried off the bench so I could stay outside and sit. I appreciated that as I have a broken foot and had been standing. I didnt want to wear a mask for an 1 1/2 hours inside. Thank you for attending to your clients needs.

They fixed the hose that was recalled on my 08 RX 350 and they let me know what other things that need repair. They have a nice waiting area there and their loaner vehicle was nice. Theyre really far from where I live though. A Lexus dealership is needed in the North sound area.

I had initially scheduled with call center (they were easy to work with) then I rescheduled using x-time through dealer website and that was also user friendly. I had a scheduled maintenance appointment at 10:15AM; I was running late, called and asked if it was still okay if I came in. Greg answered-- he seemed kind and welcoming, yet straight-forward. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately, then escorted to my service advisor. From there, Scott Parker did an exceptional job making me feel comfortable as a first time visitor. I had a few more concerns other than what was scheduled; he was able to provide courteous information, and options on how I would like to move forward. No pressure. I scheduled to wait at dealer, but had to leave and without hesi Scott secured a Lyft for me. I was followed up with as promised, and given knowledge on what was found during the multi-point inspection. Again, no pressure. Before we got off the phone, he updated me with completion time, then asked if I needed a ride back. I felt like he took pleasure in paying attention to my car needs, and has pride in working with Lexus. I will definitely be bringing my 06 gs300 back for accessories/maint/service in the future.

I worked with Bano for most of the buying experience. He was able to answer all my questions about the car. He made my time at Lexus very easy. He explained what was on the contract for purchase and helped me through the buying process. Vi took care of the financing which also was an easy process. Bona was terrific and very knowledgeable about the details of the GX460. He was not pushy and dealt honestly and patiently with all of our questions. If he was not sure about something he indicated so and then checked. Several years ago we walked away from the Lynnwood Lexus dealer because the salesperson was curt and didnt seem to care whether we bought a car there or not. Bona made us feel welcomed and we appreciate that.
Chris was super nice and fit me in even though I didnt have an appointment as I had a break down on the freeway and dont live in Seattle area. He did the work and got me out of there with a car repaired. It was expensive but totally worth it.
Since we bought our GX, Ive been very impressed with the level of service at each appointment. The care and attention to detail surpasses all other services Ive experienced with other manufacturers and dealerships. The videos going over the car and any relevant notes are a great touch and add to the quality of service provided. We will be taking our car to Lexus of Seattle for the duration of our ownership.
Lexus of Seattle did a great job servicing my vehicle. There were many points that made a good impression on me: 1. Someone from the service center was there to greet me as soon as I pulled into the service receiving area. 2. I waited minimal time before a service advisor was ready to help me. 3. I was offered a clean loaner vehicle due to the length of my service for the day. 4. I received a video of the vehicle inspection from the garage (I love, LOVE this feature.) 5. I was able to review and approve any additional work that was suggested or necessary. 6. I received a call from my service advisor about the additional work to clarify the issue and cost. 7. The work performed by Lexus has always held up without requiring a return.
I dont deal on cars very often and have had bad experiences in the past so Im always a bit cautious when buying a car. Michael was awesome! He put no pressure on me whatsoever; rather he made me feel very welcome and truly made my experience a pleasure. I drove up from Portland to buy the car, while it was a long drive, it was well worth it. Michael was professional and made sure I understood what I was signing. Christopher made our experience seamless from the day I called him inquiring about the RX450H Luxury that was in stock at the time and calling me a few hours later to state it was sold and sharing with us what was scheduled to be built. We did put a deposit down the same day. Throughout the build process he kept us informed via text and email letting us know each step of the way up until the vehicle had arrived. He even came in on his day off to meet with us to complete the purchase process. He was very knowledgeable and did not use any sales tactics to scare us into buying with Lexus of Seattle. This is a nice dealer. We called for an appt and the scheduler Olivia was helpful and courteous. When we arrived, the service techs were pretty busy but a gentleman came to take the care and place us with our service tech. He explained the process and reviewed what concerns we had with the car. They have a clean and relatively quiet waiting area with a coffee/espresso machine and snacks. Plenty of area, with tables to do work or comfy chairs for reading. We were there about 90 mins (almost exactly how long he had said). They text us a video of the maintenance/findings on the car. Over all, we couldnt have been happier. We didnt buy our Lexus from them... But they will be our dealer when we get another.
