I got a haircut from Christie a few months ago, she recommended me to try something a little different then what I normally get. I was sceptical about it, but it turned out great. I just went in to see her again, and again my hair turned out amazing. She cut my hair with an amazing #9 That she had to grab from the back. Not only was the haircut great, but had an outstanding personality with good conversation. 10 out of 10.

Cory cut both my boys hair today, ages 5 and 2. She did a great job doing a great cut with calics and all. She was flexible and patient and made the 2 year old feel comfortable. He usually gets very nervous in haircuts. This was the first time he felt really comfortable and sat as still as possible for a two year old. My 5 year old said after the hair cut.. that Cory was a really nice lady. I really liked her, she did a good job! Thanks Cory for your excellent work and patience!

Terrible experience. Paid for the $30 triple play. The guy did a terrible job with my fade. 1/8 fade to a 1 1/2 top isnt that hard. Dude did the 1/8 for about 1 up my head abruptly fade to an inch on the sides and the top is much longer than what I asked. Neck isnt trimmed. Of course, you cant tell when your there when your head is all wet making it look nice. Also, hair wash, head massage? Barely any pressure, waste of money. Think just light fingerpad pressure. On top of this the male and female working were dragging their butts and we were later than we were supposed to be since they needed breaks. Super cool when your hair dries and you have to fix your hair yourself. Just want to say thanks for wasting my time and money. Of course Im doing this review because when I called back after my appointment the girl was like its an hour and a half wait now. Love how there is no manager on site. Enjoy my money and glad I didnt give either of your staff a tip. Oh yeah, my experience there is compared to my experience at other sports clips shops in Coeur dalene, ID, Greenville, SC, and Salem, OR; so I know $h!tty service.

Excellent barbers that know how to do a great fade. Im very impressed. I enjoy the relaxing MVP shampoo and massage. I like their new Sport Clips online check in app where I can put my name on the waiting list and then leave my house when it is my turn. Very convenient way for me so I dont wait too long. It is worth the wait though because their barbers are really good at mens haircuts.

Does not accept pre paid Sport Clips gift certificate.Im giving this location a generous neutral 3 star rating since I never actually got service to review. I was given a prepaid Sport Clips gift card/gift certificate four months ago good for several MVP haircuts at five specific locations (including Mukilteo as printed on back). I rushed over to Mukilteo about 40 minutes before closing to get a haircut as there was no wait.The stylist didnt know how to process it and after a phone call to some manager she said something to the effect of since theyre a franchise and not connected to the other locations they couldnt honor my certificate. I told her I used it at the Smokey Point (and Maple Valley) location (as listed on the card) with no issue so didnt understand the problem. She said that unfortunately she couldnt do anything about it.So FYI if anybody else has one of the prepaids and tries going here dont waste your time or call ahead. Other than that prices are creeping closer to $30 for MVP (Whats not going up these days) I have no other complaints about Sport Clips.

My son just had the worst experience getting a haircut. Both the stylist and manager were extremely rude. Stylist didnt listen at all to what he wanted. He had to ask her numerous times to cut the sides evenly and still didnt get it right. Then when he went to pay, was told you do not accept cash. There are no signs that state credit/debit only. Anywhere. Not even on your website. He does not use any type of card. He offered to go to the store in the strip mall to buy a Visa card but you refused to give his cash back so he could buy one. Obviously you can accept cash since you took the money. Which means you ended up with a large tip for a horrible haircut. On top of that, this was his 6th haircut so it should have been half off with his punch card. He was told you dont accept the punch cards at this time. Overall, this was horrible customer service and he will never go back. He has always had great service with the person who normally cuts his hair (he thinks her name is Jackie) but after this horrible experience, he will never return. Extremely bad customer service!!

Terrible attention. They did not want to cut my 2-year-olds hair for not wanting to wear a mask. its just a baby. And they were not friendly at all. I will not go back there. He is just a baby. In other places they force me to wear a mask but not my son because he is a BABY They dont know or understand anything. I was really upset yesterday.

Today was the second time I came to Sport Clips in Mukilteo. Janet and Cheryl are both amazing human beings and they treated me like family. Super welcoming and they did a wonderful job on my hair. Please do yourself a favor and come to this location for your haircut. They go above and beyond no questions asked.

I have been to this Sport Clips many times and every haircut has been great. It is a tad more expensive than what I used to pay to a different popular franchise. But their service and haircuts are well worth it. I recommend trying them out and then buying the 3 haircut package if you like it. Then its about $20 per haircut (MVP) which is very reasonable.

Ive been to Sports Clips in Bothell and Mill Creek. This was my first time at this location and surely not my last!My stylist Savannah was exceptional...she was patient and thorough with a great attention to detail. Plus her warm personality and professionalism ensure that Ill be returning again!

Staff is very sweet every time I take my son for his haircut. They listen and always do a great job on his hair.

Over the last few years I have seen most, if not all of the good stylists leave this location. I keep a faded buzz cut that is kept up every other month. After the service I received today I will no longer be coming to this location. The quality of the haircut I got was terrible considering its almost $30 after tip for something that I should have been doing at home. After my hair had dried I saw how completely uneven it was, with stray hairs sticking out everywhere. The stylist I had the time before didnt trim all the way behind my ears and after a week it was growing and sticking out the sides. Its ridiculous that this chain charges so much for a simple buzz cut and provides this unacceptable level of service.

Sport clips is the abteviated and masculine term for a mans mini spa. Not only do they do a fantastic job of cutting your hair, but then the fun begins... The magic massage chair, shampoo and scalp massage, and .....wait for it..... Steaming hot towels for your face.... So not only do you get a great cut to look like a new you, with all the be little extra things, you feel like a new you too. Plan for a little longer than your normal cut....for the extras ( not a full day like a spa)...and figure you took a fraction of the time and a 1/4 of the price, you look sharp and feel rejuvenated. Who could ask for more than that, right??

Every time I get a good stylist they leave... Kailey was excellent and took time and I always left with a great haircut. I asked what happened when I went there recently, all the gal had to say were some very unkind words about how they lost half the staff and how they were “ruining the business”To be quite honest I thought it was very unprofessional the way her and one other gal joined in to talk bad about them. I will say this, at least kailey and one other gal I went to named Jacqulin knew what they were doing.. it was always very busy and clients seemed happy. Now when I went in (on what usually is a busy day) there wasn’t but a few clients and one other gentlemen getting his haircut fixed because another stylist had botched it. I would give this shop a five star any day with the old staff, now not so much. Sorry.

Ive been taking my son to sport clips for years. Every time, I use a military discount. Just recently this location has began not allowing it. Policy change? Ill stick to going to other locations.

This used to be a prime location where I would bring my son and I for haircuts on Saturday’s and request either belinda, Kenzie or Jackie until they quit. I gave it a shot with the new hires and the stylist who cut my sons hair didn’t listen and buzzed all his hair off when he was growing it out and the neckline was crooked.He finally got it cut for the first time today (stumbled upon the online check in for another store to try out and ended up finding our original stylists in Marysville) too bad they don’t work at this location anymore but worth the drive. Hopefully new hires can get proper training.

The promotional discounts are definitely geared toward attracting first time customers rather than retaining return customers. But the hot towel mvp experience (and double or triple mvp) is definitely tempting despite exorbitant pricing. Beard trim is a standard $5, but clearly stylists have little training in terms of facial hair (despite the focus on male clientele)

How can you be a customer service business and continually provide bad service?I was bringing my son in to give this location business and as I was pulling my sport clip card out to ask if they could give me a card punch from when I was in the week previous getting my haircut and didnt get a card punch.As opposed to just saying yes and making up for the fact their employee didnt ask me when I was in there, she said no and ultimately lost 1 immediate haircut from my son and several more in the future from both of us. All it would have taken was simple review in their system to see I WAS in there and a simple punch of the card that had never been given.So:1. If it is company policy to forget to ask for card punches when finished with haircuts to save a little $$ on not having to give free haircuts. Thats bad service.2. If your employees are so shortsighted that they cant see beyond the stupid rule in an effort to provide good service, thats bad service.3. If you can LET someone walk out the door, go down 10 doors in the same strip mall to one of your competitors, AND spend less $ on a kids haircut.......you obviously dont care about customers.Provide better service. Be more realistic about what youre trying to accomplish. Stop charging so much to get a kids haircut!

Taking my son to get his monthly haircut, the women here are very friendly and great with my son... I can sit in the waiting area and not have to worry about them cutting his hair!It’s pretty busy here usually but we’ve been coming here for a long time and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!After going a few places, they’ve always gave my son a bad/decent cut.. at sport clips (mukilteo location) I’ve never once had to bring him back or get anything fixed. He loves it here too!I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place is awesome. $24 for haircut with shampoo wash included and a massager chair to sit in while they shampoo your hair after cutting it. They also do touch ups after the shampoo to double check their work. Oh yeah you also get a hot towl on your face while they shampoo to help you relax. They legit know how to cut hair as well. Im super happy with mine it looks pretty great.

This was a good place when I first started going years ago. Now it seems like a race of who can cut your hair the fastest.I stopped by at 7:50pm to get a haircut after work. They close at 8 and said they didn’t have enough time. Which I get, but change your hours to close at 7:30pm if that’s the case. Or turn the OPEN sign off if you aren’t taking any more customers. There is no point of posting your store hours if you don’t actually take customers during those times.Ultimately it boils down to a degradation in customer service.

Prices are high, but cut was good. Atmosphere relaxing. They prefer cash above card.

Jackie is my stylist of choice and she always puts a little extra time into detail and im never unsatisfied with my haircut 😊

They just dont care...I should open a barbershop! Even the most MINIMAL effort would be better than these shops!! Showed up at 6:40 (They are open until 7:00 and had people getting cuts/2 girls open) and had them turn off the open sign while looking at me walking in. Told very rudely to come back tomorrow. I WONT be back tomorrow!Very mediocre and rushed service (when you CAN get in!). I just needed a trim...

Came in during lunch and only had to wait a couple minutes. Very happy with service and results. My next haircut will be here.

Somehow just a plain hair cut is same price as haircut with wash. When the board on front says otherwise. Also the ladies there have an attitude from being short staffed and being so busy. And she did not do what i asked. I said 2 on side and slight trim on top, clean up the neck line and ears. She basically shaved my whole head. I was overcharged and under serviced. Awful.

The worse haircut Ive ever seen. My fiance came home looking like a cone head with an inverted hair line. They have no prices listed and a MANDITORY TIP. When we went back and I asked them for a refund they told me they couldnt refund but offered free hair cuts which is a joke. If you do a bad haircut once, why would we ever go back to you?! They refused to let me speak to a manager so I write down my info and the girl threw it in the trash. Bad customer service. Never ever go there.

After trying haircuts around the area for 5 years this is the best most consistent place with great service and a great smile. I never worry about it turning out bad and always come away with a smile on my face and a great haircut.

Was rude and seemed annoyed. Looked like she was in a hurry. One of their superiors walked into the building and the two ladies cutting hair (mine and someone else’s) kept pausing the job to discuss if they should mention a matter to their superior and all the employees seemed freaked out that this individual walked in. Ended up cutting hair off the top of my head without asking how much to cut off, and ended up cutting my hair too short. Last few experiences here were bad, and this was my last time coming here.Response to owner: It isn’t your fault at all. It’s the people that work for you. This was months ago and there was so much error in this haircut that day that my hair hasn’t grown back correctly. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I almost wanted to ask for a refund for the haircut and my tip.

Just came in and had my 4 year old son and my hair cut. Got charged for cut and wash for both cuts and didnt revieve a hair wash. The two women working rushed through our haircuts super fast and they are terrible cuts! Im going to have to fix both our haircuts myself. Its pretty lame that I paid $40 for professionals to cut our hair and I have to come home and fix them and im not even a trained professional. They also told people they were closed well over 30 minutes before they closed. I will never give my business to another SportClips again. I will only go to an actuall professional BARBER from now on. These people have horrible customer service and absolutely zero pride in the work they do.

I showed the stylist a photo (of myself) of what I needed done (a very traditional haircut) & she botched it by trimming short the left side, and way too high (almost to my natural part).Also, as I was about to leave, another customer pointed out that I had a significant amount of trimmings on my back and shoulders that the stylist neglected to address and was actually going to let me leave that way.If youre getting a military style cut, go for it, anything else, and you are taking a risk (with at least one of the stylists).
