Did damage to my car while picking it up and said they have pictures that the damage was there before they picked it up but cant share pictures of my own car with me because it was against the law. Again, reread my first sentence. I guarantee they hit my car while picking it up then took pictures IF (BIG IF) there are even any pictures to begin with in the first place, what a crock! Geesh, wonder why the color of the paint on the bumper of my car matches up to your tow trucks? LIARS. Dont believe me just read the other comments. You choose to use them after reading this its your own fault!

John (the new owner) and his team are the most reliable, honest, trustworthy people I have done business with in Seattle. They helped me with my situation by going above and beyond and ever further beyond the expected. Absolutely amazing experience and I would give them 10 stars if I could.This is a young family run business. I wish you not to ever need your car towed but if you do CALL those guys. The driver came out to jump my car but unfortunately it would not jump. Possibly due to old spark plugs. The driver was very professional and kind, truck was brand new . Really appreciated his courtesy and kindness. Using them again to tow car to repair shop once I get appt. Highly recommend them.

Shannon Towing came to the rescue during the February 2021 snowstorm! They were courteous, professional and made sure our daughter was safe along with her vehicle in the middle of the storm.

The one star is for the mouth breather at the main office who lacks the competency to enter a card number correctly. Then say they are going to have to hold on to the vehicle and charge you storage fees. Driver himself was quick and efficient. Overall experience is a NO.

These are Rudest Tow company there is !! Called about some paperwork for a car that bought at their auction the guy said we don t do that and basically hung the phone up on me Rude Rude Rude !!!! I would not and will not recommend them to do nothing !!

Impounded my car late at night Friday. I called Friday night asking when I could pick it up & they said not until Monday as they were closed until then. They charged not just $300+ for impounding it but also $65 per day each for Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon even tho they were closed Sat & Sun & only had my car for a max of 30 min Friday night!!! Total price....$600!!!!!! They would not budge on the price & were EXTREMELY NASTY about it! I certainly do not recommend Shannon!

Called and asked what time office would be open till. They said 5pmArrived at 410 pm to get my car .office locked lights out and a answering machine for the after hours number !!I hope I never need to deal with these unprofessional people again.

I am from South Carolina and was hit in the rear on interstate 5, Shannon Towing towed my car, I had to go to their place twice before the insurance company settled. The people at Shannon Towing were very nice and helpful. I am glad they were the tow service that got my car. I am very happy with their service.

Their signs at the apartments I stay at say 24 hour establishment yet they dont even answer their phoneand it goes straight to voicemail. Tried looking them up on Google and the information is so minimal. Hoping the apartment complex can switch towing companies.

I paid my tow bill my car wouldnt move so I was able to leave it till the next day when my Cousin could help me. Thanks

Horrible experience. Completely unreasonable and rude

They claim they can only accept cash. This is illegal. Washington state law says all tow companies must accept legal tender which includes cash, major cc backed by financial institutions and personal checks. The owner tried to tell me they would only accept cash and I called her out and quoted the law. Then she tried to say her cc machine could only process 750 per transaction and asked if I had any cash . I told her no. She buckled.This is after I waited 45 minutes for someone to show up who could help me as the one woman in the office said she was only there to deal with paperwork.Avoid at all costs

This place is seriously a sketchy place and I advise you always have someone with you if you must go. My vehicle was towed without my knowledge to them. They were rude on the phone. I was told cash only?! When I did come in the place a mess. I had to give my ssn, place of employment with phone number physical address after DOL called 2x. The front tire was punctured by machinery used to jack it up and the creepy lot guy asked me out! I was left stranded with flat tire in 90 degree heat with a weird guy after giving all my cash and personal information out. Very SCARY!!

Well the lady that worked there. Had the door closed during times that should be open just kind of talk down to you disrespectful doesnt care

I had my car towed from a restaurant after I had parked there for two full days. I didnt see any no towing signs, there were plenty of parking spots and it was in a nice area so I thought for sure I wouldnt be towed. When I came back to find my car towed, I got the phone number for Shannon Towing and called them up. Although its costing me an ungodly amount to get my car back (just over $500), the employees who helped me on the phone were pretty nice and Bonnie even stayed late so I could pick my car up after hours. I really appreciated that! Because after all, it was my own fault for parking my car in a public lot overnight. The whole situation sucks! But Im giving a decent review because the staff were nice about it all.

I called about my car the lady is unqualified to even answer phones. She thought I was her favorite tow truck driver playing tricks on her again. The place smells of mildew and mold and looked like a daycare. I wouldnt wanna be inside there for 5 min let alone the whole day. When my own driver arrived the front desk person wouldnt even come open yhe gate. I had to delay my own drivers time. This place has the qualifications but are not qualified.

The woman lied to me the 1st day by withholding information that i could have used to get my car out days sooner. she repeatedly told me that she wanted to help and felt bad for me (which was a lie, she only care about making money), but the moment i started asking for documentation her tune changed. this place will do and say whatever they can to make as much money off of you as possible.

So. My friend gets a call that her brother had a massive stroke and heart attack in his car and it had been towed to Shannon Towing. She had to fly from TN and he is in a state to where he cannot speak, walk, eat or anything and hospitalized for Lord knows how long . But she was told she would have to get a court order for his car since she could not sign because she is all he has in his life. I am just ashamed this place has the audacity to charge her $60 a day since 7/3 and today is the 9th all because her brother almost died. You people are charging someone in a vegetable state $60 a day to hold his car in a parking space. Blows my mind. I understand its a business but come on, give her a break!!!!! Oh and I cant leave out the fact that his cat was possibly in the car and they called to ask them to check and they would not so human services at the hospital had to get involved. I mean come on people. Get your crap together.... You can do better.

There should be negative stars for this place. They have highly illegal business practices and surprised they havent been exposed. They only take cash as payment which is illegal. As a tow company they must take visa/mastercard as a form of payment. Where is this cash going? They also perform roam towing which is illegal. Customer service was attrocious and theres just a suspicious vibe about their whole operation.

My friend and I transported feral cats down to Lynwood for fixing and her battery died. We dont live around there and dont know the area well. I told them we were nearby the Goodwill in Lynwood and what car to look for. They were the only business nearby that would come and jump the car. Didnt realize the older guy coming was going to be so rude! He complained about the car not being exactly in front of Goodwill. Opened his door and it hit her car, with 8 skittish cats inside! Took about 10 seconds to jump the car and then charged my friend $93!! Wouldnt accept a card so he followed us to the bank so she could get cash. Honestly just plain rude and inconsiderate!

Arrived before they had started hooking up, they proceeded to hook up my car to tow and I didnt realize if i get in my car and drive away im within my legal rights to do so. I verified with a police officer, be advised as well

Total Scumbags, When I came to pay the bill and have the car removed they had moved another car about 8 inches next to my car so when the AAA tow truck driver could not remove my care without hitting the car,,, They refused to move the other car and just stood there waiting to charge me for damaging the car next to mine. What filth

My window was left open over night. water all inside my car. Had to wait an extra hour past opening to get my car since the guy who did the paper work was late with a personal emergency. I have never had a good experience at any car tow lot.
