Not your typical towing company that’s for sure. Friendly. They didn’t treat me like I owed them my first and third born. Believe it or not I even got a little refund. Sheri and her husband makes an incredible team.

My car got totalled in a hit and run. They were able to work with payments and help me get it salvaged. Very personable. If your car has to get towed, highly recommend.

A driver with this company damaged my truck further that had been in a accident. He was backing up to get the other damaged car and scraped mine in the process. Just looked at the damage and looked over at me and did not say anything. I mean the truck was totaled in the end but it would have been nice for him to at least apologize. Poor class from him. I would recommend trying someone else.

Another towing company forgot about me and never came. I called Paulsons and initially they had nothing available but the owner himself moved some things around to fit me in and drove over himself and helped me in a jam. Reasonable price too. I cannot recommend them enough.

My story is similar to Tyler hovind... Paulsons towing came out on a routine job of towing my old pickup truck to the wrecking yard.. when the driver got to my home I offered him $100 to move my broken down motorhome 100ft to another spot on my property.. the driver again happened to be the new owner of the company and he explained his truck could not handle it correctly and he stared me in the direction of one of his competitors that could do the job.. his honesty and integrity and his advice which he did not owe me. Led me to somebody that got the job done later that day.. I cannot express enough how refreshing it is to meet an individual like that that will put his own business aside for the good of the customer he is dealing with. Thanks again Paulsons towing.

The drivers where very nice and polite they also did a very good job cleaning up the accident, the lady at the front desk of the office was also very nice and helpful

Missing thousands of dollars worth of property from my vehicle while it was in their possession. Damaged my vehicle during transport as well.

The team at Paulsons towing was understanding and cooperative. We had an issue with the vehicle title that was going to severely hinder our ability to pick up the vehicle. Paulsons Towing worked with me and assisted in this issue, they really went above and beyond.

They pick up my car after it had been totaled. Paulie was very courteous and clear and concise in his explanation of what was going to happen and how long it would take. When I went in to retrieve my belongings from the car they were so nice and provided me with several bags to put them in.

Absolutely terrible, these guys are the type that give people in this industry a bad name. My car was in an accident and as Im waiting for the tow truck my insurance company sent, these guys show up hook my vehicle up while Im talking to the police and my insurance company at the same time. As I explained to him the situation the driver tells me well let me pull over here and well speak about it. He pulls his truck over about 12 feet then jumps out and tries to do everything in his power to get me to allow him to impound my vehicle, I explain to him that my insurance company was taking care if everything and he say fine well you have to pay me for an hour of my time or I take the car now. These guys are 100% shady do not use them.

Spotted one of their drivers texting while driving on 212th and 99. His head looking down, no attention being paid to traffic. Very unprofessional and unsafe when operating a big truck that could do serious physical harm and damage quite easily.

Damaged my car when towing my car and refused to accept any fault or liability. I would recommend anyone but this towing service absolutely terrible and unprofessional!

10/10, would recommend! The gal on the phone was super sweet and so was the gentleman who came to help me. They came out right away, only twenty minutes from my phone call until I was back on the road. The driver was very friendly and considerate and explained everything to me. Paulson Towing took a stressful experience for me and turned it right around!

When my car was totaled they were very helpful and even made sure I was able to clean out the vehicle and helped me carry things to my other car. The best.

The customer service here is wonderful. Ive had bad experiences at other towing places, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a smiling face greeting me when I walked in the door. Thank you for making a sad day (saying goodbye to my car) easy to handle.

They dont listen and try to get every dollar out of you until you prove them wrong not a place I recommend.

I think that all towing companies could learn a lot from the staff at the most down to earth tow co.I have ever had the pleasure of working with.( I used to work for a tow company. ) thanks to everybody at Paulsons tow company

Bunch of liar. After i got into an accident they lied about my favorite repair shop being closed and that i should bring my car into their place. Then they said the price for towing is 170 but then i got bill for 255. Liars
