Thank you to Ben and staff for helping me make an informed decision. After listening to a few sales pitches elsewhere I stumbled upon Olsons and figured I would give it a try. I walked in with my son and immediately knew it was the right place. I was greeted with a smile (behind a mask) and asked how they could help. We talked and listened to a few different things as my son fell asleep in my lap. Since I wasnt in a hurry and wanted the better halfs approval I walk out after exchanging pertinent info so they could write me up an estimate. A week goes by and I drag the whole family in. Again we are greeted with a smile and invited to listen to a few more options that fall within and just above our budget. There was never a hard sales pitch and it felt like we were dealing with family friends the entire time. The staff at Olsons wanted to make sure we were getting the best products that suited our needs and fell within our budget. In the end we followed their recommendations and are very satisfied with the results. The system sounds amazing no matter what is being played.

After looking at audio equipment from various retailers I found Olsen’s HI FI. I have had various home theaters over the last 25 years and can tell you that Olsen’s is by far the best retailer I have worked with. They are friendly, knowledgeable and competitive. Without a doubt I will be working with them again for future purchases - there is a lot to be said if I am happy with my current purchase and telling everyone I’ll be buying my next system from them. Ben and the guys at Olsons are awesome! Not only will they take their time and answer all your questions, theyll do it without a hint of pressure. Looking for something they dont carry? No problem. Theyll give you their honest opinion about it and tell you where to find it for the best price. Their pricing is hard to beat as well. I bought a music streamer from them and it was nearly $100 less than Amazon. Ben and the staff are super personable and they really do go out of their way to please their customers. Its a top notch outfit all the way. Professional, knowledgeable, and crazy friendly. They treated me like family on my very first visit. Hell, they dont even mind just hanging out and listening to great music with you. Theyre small, and their selection of brands could be better, but their service certainly couldnt. The owner, Ben, set up an appointment with me to come over to my house and look at the space that I wanted to create a new theater room out of. He picked the date, he also picked the time to come out.He not only was a no-show, he did not call, email or answer his personal cell phone. He did not contact me after the appointment in anyway, shape or form.I dont recommend doing business with this person or company.

Ben is awesome! Olson HiFi is the best place in Seattle for beginners and audiophiles alike - Period! They have great equipment for all levels and Ben and his team are very knowledgeable and friendly.I must have spent hours and hours listening to different speakers. No pressure to buy!I started with an medium level system and then got a full home theater installation done for an 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos setup. This included Monitor Audio speakers, Marantz Receiver, Emotiva Amp and Rel subwoofers. And all the in ceiling wiring and installation. Ben took care of everything and I am all set for a long time to come - hopefully!Ben also has the best prices and a generous return policy.
