I bought my 2012 Smart Fortwo Passion in 2015. I was able to get a good deal. I was helped by the sales person who knew what was talking about and worked hard to getting finance for me. He was very knowledgeable about the Smart brand. I found this to be very helpful.
I had a great experience with Dan Fava at smart car center in Lynnfield! He took time to explain the merits of both used and new models. clearly explained and help draft options to meet my particular needs. I would highly recommend working with him for purchase of a smart car
Wow - bought a car completely online, first time I met them was when Dan dropped it off for me in western mass - fantastic doing business this way - last place i bought a car hours in the dealership, multiple trips back and forth, screwed up registration - these guys: No comparison. Completely organized, completely simple, a great experience.
My inquisitiveness about the Smart Electric Drive led me to Smart Center Lynnfield and the growing love of my electric vehicle and the team that supports it. The service is personable, interesting and friendly. All aspects of my vehicle were clearly explained before purchase, no questions were avoided and the follow up has been exceptional. In fact I was educated by this team about the state and federal incentives available to me as a new owner. I was skeptical that an electric vehicle would be practical, but I have found it to be a novel transition, with electric charging readily available and my price in fuel dropping to about $0.04 per mile! My experience with the Smart Electric Drive as a commuter vehicle has been incredible and when I add the excellent customer care I have experienced at this location I believe that this was the wisest money I ever spent on a vehicle, because it also gave me access to this quite Olympic team. I would not hesitate to engage the fair and practical sales department at this location.
My experience buying a Smart from Lynnfield was just a dream. It was so easy from the moment I walked in to the moment I left in my new Smart Car. Daniel Fava, the salesman who showed me my smart, was extremely helpful and answered any question that I had about the car and how they work, run, etc. Lynnfield has excellent customer service and everything was seamless, simple, and straightforward.
The purchase of our companies Smart ForTwo could not have been more smooth! We were so happy we didnt have to spend the whole day trying to find a replacement for our delivery car! Thank You Kari and Paul!!
Thank you, Daniel. We would still have leased our smart regardless but it was a much happier experience with your willingness to go the extra mile for us.
I have to admit that the first time I saw a smart car on the road, I was fascinated - it was so cute and seemed like such a practical car. Fast forward several years: I saw a Smart ad from Herb Chambers this spring and decided to take a test drive. I didn’t live near the dealership and had no car to get there, but that was no problem for Dan Fava who drove a demo up to me so that I could test drive it. Two minutes into driving it and I knew it was the car for me. Dan couldn’t have been more helpful, bringing the papers to me to sign and expediting the delivery of my car to me at home. I’ve never had such outstanding personal service! Of course my darling little car draws lots of attention and I’m always happy to tell people about my win/win experience with Dan Fava and the smart Center of Lynnfield!
I only bought a new smart car but Im on a budget. I was lied to regarding a chewed up key. My rescue dog chewed up the 2nd key fob and I told the guy that took my immaculate leased car from me. The car had 3,000 miles on it and was in great shape. Heres the problem, I was told if I purchased a new smart car I would not be charged for the 2nd key because of a loyalty program they have at this dealership. This was great news. However, today MBFS sends me a bill that includes $650 for a new key. I feel like the salesman, Dan, lied to me just to sell a car. I cannot recommend this dealership.
I met with Daniel Fava, Internet Marketing Manager, after seeing a Smart car, advertised on-line at his dealership. I explained that I am primarily interested in purchasing a car to tow behind an RV. After my visit to the dealership, Dan took the time to e-mail me information about towing recommendations for the 2017 Smart cars, as well as the pre-2016 Smart models.I appreciated the opportunity to test drive a Smart car and Dans detailed knowledge about this brand.Although I did not purchase a vehicle at this time, I would definitely recommend anyone interested in the Smart brand to see Dan Fava. He knows his product and is dedicated to meeting the needs of the customers he serves.
Cant imagine a salesman more helpful than Dan Fava at Smart Center of Lynnfield. I had tried a Smart 2016. Drove like a Mac truck. But poised to find an all electric I put Smart back on my list with Chevy Bolt and BMW i3. After reading a bad review, I test drove prepared not to like it so I really put the car through it’s paces. With Dan we took out a Cabrio and drove with the top back, back and down, bars on and off, windscreen up and down and windows up and down with each variation up to 65-70. Dan put up with my demanding ways with total aplomb. And we had fun chatting about the safety features of the Smart that so many people are not aware of. In addition to it’s great ratings (eg. Maximum stars in Euro NCSP tests - check out their video at 64 mph) I personally think that because it is so tall and visible and because it is so small (3 can fit into one parallel parking space), it is less likely to be hit in the first place. And, my gosh, the car knocked my socks off: super acceleration when needed, fantastic tracking (unlike the Bolt and i3), no uncomfortable deceleration (unlike Bolt and i3 even in non-eco mode), and unfathomably wind-free with top-down (only electric convertible on the market). Some reviewers out there just have a chip on their shoulders about small cars I’m convinced. I am sold on the Smart 2017 and on Dan. Best car buying experience ever (and I’m pushing 70).
From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the manager Dan Fava. He was extremely welcoming and very helpful to check out a Smart ED. I was introduced to one of their salesman and he was incredibly knowledgable about the product, very impressive because I found thats usually not the case!I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a new Smart. Before leaving I was introduced to the GM, Paul McDaniels and it was clear that they were really committed to putting the customer first. They know their products incredibly well, super helpful, and really would do anything to make me happy.
High price for Smart cars.
