Large spa so they were able to take me right away as a walk in when 4 other places had been too busy. One of the best pedicures I’ve had in awhile. Great job overall and will be my new go-to place.

I come here every 3 weeks. I use the same tech, not giving the name so they wont be too booked when I come hahah But, Im writing to say everything I come they are punctual, friendly and do an amazing job. I get gel mani/pedi and they always come out smooth and very clean looking. The price is good too. The pedicure leaves my feet and legs feeling refreshed which is important to me because I am on my feet 12 hours a day at work, so they get tired. This is a great salon and I will always return.

We made an appointment for two pedicures for myself and my sister. We did not have to wait at all even though it was pretty busy when we walked in. I had Tony, and he was awesome! Very patient, didn’t rush through the pedicure and even helped me pick my color! Great pedicure! Happy with the experience, not one complaint.

Three stars, Only reason it isn’t lower is being theyre remaining open for customers right now during the virus and taking every precaution, that was nice to see. I’d been here once before and wasn’t too happy but figured a second chance was a good idea.. My nails are different coffin shapes, the gems are falling off after just three days and I left with acrylic buildup still under some of my nails.. Seemed they were in just too much of a rush to get people in and out for more profit versus taking their time.. pics are Tuesday May 26 I got them done Friday May 22nd..

I came to visit my daughter and didnt have time to get nails done at home..She recommended Florida nails..I cant say enough about the cleanliness and following cdc guidelines for covid..However for the 40.00 fillin that i got!! First that is far to expensive for the quality of work .I was kinda shocked at the job done..I didnt hear the name of my tech but He was frieny enough. That is all I can say good..My nails were long and had been painted black..I asked for the American manicure..And thats what I got..However they look like a 1st grader did them ..I am still filing off the gel from the sides that is on my skin..The color on the tips looks awful..Not solidly colored in at all..They look thick and not at all what I get at home..I thought about going back and complaining but I may get even worse.So Im gonna chalk it up to a bad experience and move on..I will make time to get them done b4 I come down again..I can not recommend them if you care what your nails look like.My daughter got a full set and her too look bad.They are dull looking because they hurried through and didnt put the clear coat on as they should have..So she has pink dull looking nails that she will have to paint a clear coat on her self..Im feeling like I got robbed of 40.00 and my nice looking nails..So now I have to wait for them to grow back and get them done at home by real pros in the business..The 3 stars I gave is half what you can give for the half job I got.

Sanitary nail salon with lots of gel color options. They have OPI gel which I love. Their pedicure bowls are wrapped in plastic. The only thing, my cuticles were never touched during the manicure as you can see in the photo. Im not really picky when it comes to my nails so I let it slide and will be giving this place more of my business in the future. She did however give me three coats of polish. Spa pedicure + gel manicure = $45.

Raymond does wonderful work! I get acrylic overlay and jel polish. He shaped my nails just as I ask. I will be utilizing his services in the future, even though the shop is 1 hour and 15 minutes away in the future!

KAYLA DID MY NAILS‼️‼️‼️I’m incredibly disappointed with the services I got today. My mother and I have been here several times and never have I had an experience like this. Our nails were rushed and we had made an Appt. We weren’t even acknowledged when we came back in seconds after standing outside and viewing our toes in the light! (Someone walked in afterwards and was greeted immediately) Both sets of nails were poorly shaped & they told my mother her feet were finished when they weren’t. (To rush her in chair to get her nails done.) I spent $70 and my mother paid $50. I paid for coffin and that’s not what I got. You would’ve thought the extra charge would’ve been taken off because it looked no different than square but nope. My diamonds on my toes and nails were also crooked!I will say, that doesn’t speak for everyone in the shop. The lady that did my mom’s pedicure did a good job on the actual pedicure but, I don’t think she was much of a painter is all. So, I came back in I wasn’t acknowledged, even though they seen ppl come in. My mother and I sat there for about 10mins before I got up to leave. Then, the guy tried to wave me over. I will never come back here again after today.and I spoke soooo highly of them.

I did not like this nail shop at all whatsoever, they charged me $22 for a fill in, & that was unnecessary, im not complaining about the price but about the work that was done to my nails, little of effort . barely shaped them and the man was not gentle with my hands like he should be . & before he even polished my nails he told me i needed to hurry up and pay now i think it should be up to the customer if they want to pay once they find out the price or when their nails are FULLY finished . Now i didn’t see or hear any other nail worker in that shop telling their customer to pay it was only just him, his attitude was snotty and rude . I didn’t even let my nails dry all the way because i felt uncomfortable and disrespected on how i was treated . I would not request coming to this nail shop, it’s a waste of your money and time !

I paid extra for a pedicure upgrade because I was told it would get me a good massage, which I requested. Well, I can rub lotion on myself. Barely any massage to it let alone extra. VERY disappointing...employees are nice enough, I just dont like to splurge and pay extra and not get what I asked for.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but really... I went to get my acrylics off, nbd, cut the tip off, soak in acetone. But no. The woman who did my nails cut the tip off then started cutting my nails at a diagonal angle on 1 side and peeling. them. off. She started with let me know if it hurts. It hurt. First off, not everything was off when I left. Second off when I got home, realized 1 nail had bled. Third, if you were going to peel them off, I couldve done that at home. I will never go there again if they are capable of messing up something as simple as removing acrylics that badly.

I was very skeptical because of the reviews on Yelp, but I Showed up and was welcomed with a smile. Signed in an gait was almost nothing. Got the ombre acrylic nails and the did an amazing job. Nails were done in about 35 mintues with nothing wrong with them.

I love this nail shop. They do the best job in town. I recommend them to everyone. I never have a problem with my acrylic nails lifting since I starting going here. All of the staff is super nice.

I saw Tammy today for a fill in. We just decided to start over with a full set of acrylics. I had visited another local establishment and my nails were jacked up. Tammy did a great job. She listened to what I wanted. My nails turn out perfectly. I highly recommend.

I went yesterday morning to have a pedicure done. I didnt feel relaxed I felt rushed. My heals hurt more then when I went in there. I can barely walk today because they hurt so bad. The lady that did my ped yesterday was so rough and didnt understand English very well. The water was cold. I told her that it was cold she refused to fix it. I want be back. I dont recommend them to no one. I wouldnt even take my worst enemy there.

Let me start off by saying, I never leave bad reviews because I know that it can make or break a business, but for Florida Nails, Im willing to make an exception. From the moment we walked in, my two friends and I, were extremely rushed. One woman, who I assumed was the manager/owner, was very pushy for us to pick a color with zero direction on what colors were dip, gel, or regular polish. The lady who did my mani/pedi, cut my toenail too short, misshapen, and obviously wasnt aware what the shape of a square is supposed to look like. I had to ask the lady to repaint my nails multiple times before finally relenting and saying that everything looked fine just so I could leave. All of our nails were filed unevenly and left with paint around the nail bed. Normally, paying 45 (my friends paid 60) at the end of getting our nails done is something I have grown accustomed too but for this experience I was livid. They werent worth my time or money! They were ready to get us out of there and made no attempt to show otherwise. I will never return to this location. If you want a nice, relaxing place to get your nails done, I suggest you look elsewhere. If you want rushed, disorganized, and poor quality service then this is your spot.

I moved here recently and I havent found THE salon yet. So I decided to give this one a try first time I went there was about 2-3 weeks ago to get a fill, which a guy named Key did, very quick he did a good job over all although shaping is not his strong suit. Quickness can be good and bad because he was in such a hurry to get me in and out I didnt get a chance to choose a color nor did he offer he just did clear. He then offered a gel top coat for $5 more I agreed. Today I go in for a full set and Kayla starts giving me all the gel colors I said I just wanted polish and she got an attitude she did my nails and started off bad she put tips that were too big and barely glued them down she then started pushing me to do gel again $40. (not being cheap I just had bad experiences with gel peeling off) I said no thank u but I would do the gel top coat for the $5 extra (less drying time) she said no it has to be all or nothing. Umm ok, well she paints my nails very badly she did just the center I had to ask her to please do the sides I hate doing that bc everyone should know their job but ok I had to speak up, she did but again not very well and with an attitude. After sitting for 20min for my nails to dry I go home no problem when all of sudden I look down at my nail and notice one of the tips doesnt have acrylic on the tip so it had bent i guess when I opened my car and obviously ruined the polish so I called and they said no problem we will fix. I go and they ask what I wanted I told them I called about the fix and the girl literally signals me to move aside and she gets the next person in line. After like 5 mins Key tells me to sit. After waiting 25min with my 3 kids 😫 he finally brings me over and says oh u ruined your polish I tell him like 4 times its not just the polish its the tip that has no acrylic and its bent plus 3 of my nails are lifting since they werent glued right due to poor sizing he adds glue to the back of my nails and files the tip of the ruined one and repainted I tell him its not just the polish and he says its fine. I felt horrible but I had to get up and walk out I was so frustrated and felt so horrible I must admit I even cried in the car from frustration horrible experience will never go back. They just lost what could have been a loyal customer I know the job is to get people in and out cause it produces more profit but a little customer service skill goes a long way.

Worst pedicure ever at Florida Nails. Hurry hurry rush rush is not what I was looking for. The technician was too busy looking and adjusting cotton around her own toes which she had recently painted. Also, very pushy about getting other procedures.

I will never ever go back to this salon. My 14 year old daughter asked for short acrylics with blue polish, but she left with long talons that were pink and glittery. The lady argued with her when she tried to tell her what she wanted. She told her she was a woman and needed long and girly. I was getting a different treatment so I didnt realize what had happened until we got in the car and she cried. We drove immediately to USA nails and they fixed them for her. It wasnt until after we got home later that night that I realized the lady who did my nails used a different color pink on my hands than she did my toes. And she didnt use a top coat on my toes. They were rude and dismissive and our overall experience was a disaster. If it werent for USA nails fixing my daughters nails and giving us a great laugh we would have been soured on mother/daughter mani/pedis forever.
