I’ve been getting acrylics for a while but I’ve had a hard time finding a salon that does the shaping and everything to how I like it. I just recently started coming here and I LOVE it! Tony’s the best. My past two sets have been done by him and they’ve been my favorite ones I’ve ever gotten. And it’s been really easy to get appointments too. I highly recommend this place! (The pic with the leopard print is after 3 weeks of getting them done, pink ones are from right after I got them done)

Being new to the area, i hadn’t had much luck with finding a good nail tech. Today was the opposite! The service is stellar! Appointments ONLY, Due to QUALITY over QUANTITY! Tony took his time and performed “major surgery” on the sub parr work the previous place of service performed on my nails!! This definitely the BEST place around for if you want to be treated as an individual and not just a number!

Wow Lily is meticulous! The shop is so clean & professional! This is the best in the area, I have tried a bunch! I’ve been getting my nails done for 30+ years and I have high standards. Make an appointment or you won’t get in❤️

** Update: After waiting over an hour and Bin doing a nearly complete new set, I LOVE the nails. Unfortunately the intial customer service and the fact Im convinced Tanya wasnt licensed it negates that my nails are pretty and I wont be back.****When I say I will NEVER come back here. Had I read the reviews I wouldve kept it moving down to Abby Nails. I came as a walk-in on my birthday. They asked me to come back in 30 mins, I did and still waited 20 mins. I wanted almond shaped and the lady that was doing them (Tanya) wasnt understanding so I asked the other lady to explain but she was rude and seemed like I bothered her even requesting her translate. I forgot to mention that I looked everywhere for Tanyas license and I did not see one anywhere. They are normally proud to post them. Either way, it took almost 2 hours! Yall be the judge. I had an appt that I missed because it took so long, I was beyond ready to go and be done but when I left I called immediately and made an appt to come the next morning to have them fixed. I waited almost an HOUR for them and the young lady with the long purple tipped hair is rude af. I mean I will NEVER EVER go back here. Horrible quality, not a lot of versatility and they really arent the nicest people on top of acting like it was my fault she made a mess of my nails when went back! WHY spend money here?

After reading the reviews I was hesitant on giving them a chance but so glad I did the owners wife Lily did my pedi and my nails and did an exceptional job. Will definitely be back to see her.

My favorite thing about the experience was the color of my nails and the young lady who helped interpret, take our payment and pick my glitter was kind and helpful although seemed very unenthusiastic. Probably the stressful environment I will mention in a moment🤷‍♀️ the overall experience left much to be desired. It felt like fast food service. Hurried to get you in and get you out. Which is ironic as it is referred to as a LOUNGE. The guy who seemed to be running the place was steadily answering the phone on speakerphone taking reservations and making outbound calls while working on a clients nails. It was loud and obnoxious even across the room I can only imagine being the one he was working on. Definitely killed any sort of peaceful vibe you might have had. He came off very gruff and arrogant. The nail tech I had did not say a single word to me. Which I thought I might like but it was rather awkward. My nails were done almost exactly 24hrs ago but already look to have been grown out. I would be pretty upset had I not spent a gift card on them. Dont plan to return.

The first thing to strike me upon entering was the cleanliness of the entire facility. I didn’t have an appointment, but on this particular day, (lucky rainy Monday) I didn’t have to wait for service. It was my first time here, so I can’t say if walk-ins are standard. I realized upon sitting down and talking that calling ahead and/or scheduled appointments are also appreciated. So whatever works best for you! The techs were friendly, professional and helpful. It was relaxing to sit and be pampered in the presence of sweet, hard working people. I will be back.

I had a really good pedicure here with Lynn the first time so naturally I wanted to come back. Then the second time my pedicure with a different lady was again amazing, but the dip manicure I received from the owner was super bumpy and uneven. I brought it to her attention at the time and she fixed one of them, but after getting home I noticed several were the same way. The first time I felt very welcomed. The second time the energy didn’t feel as welcoming. Maybe it was an off day. I don’t know. Love it for the pedicures, but honestly after the inconsistency in quality I can’t bring myself to come back.

Just ok. The place is beautiful, people are friendly. They have tons to choose from and I was there so long I watched an entire movie. First time it had taken 3 hours, I got a gel mani and reg pedi with hot stones. The hot stones massage didnt last long. Im never bare foot and usually in socks so no extra attention was needed. The paint job was not clean and the gel begin to lift the next day and off two days later so that was disappointing. Not sure if my gal was new but when I got home to Atlanta I got my nails redone.

Went in here on two different occasions the fist time I was spare of the moment trying to get my nails shortened because they were to long for my line of work and he was amazing got me in and out at an unexpected time and I was so thankful for that. A week later I went back and got my nails filled in and he did am amazing Jon and helped me find the color I was looking for I will be returning for future appoiments

Emily and Tony always try to fit you in even without an appointment. They even opened on Sundays during the pandemic for people like me who did not want to come on crowded days and now when I bring my little girl who cant get vaccinated they put us in the small room. Extremely clean shop with good prices.

Very happy with my nails both times. I had them done before my wedding and then just had them redone. After 2 weeks the gel polish still looked great. This is my new go to place for nails.

I’ve been coming here since the end of August. I was doing acrylic but I’ve switched to dip. They do great work EVERY TIME never had a bad experience or messed up nails. Highly recommend to everyone who ask me where to go!

Very nice facility and very nice staff!! Loved my nails!! She took her time and made sure they were done right!!!

They do a pretty good job on nails, Ive occasionally had to fix the shape myself because they didnt do it well. But the customer service is always really bad. Ive never actually been greeted walking in and if they say anything its usually what do you want done? Definitely not a pampering/spa like experience. But if you dont care about that then the quality nails they do is decent.

I was looking for a nail salon that did dip nails. I found this place by chance and Im so glad I did. It is always nerve-racking to find a new place and hope they do a good job but this salon has exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only did Tanya and Linda do a great job on my dip and pedicure but they made me feel welcome and at ease. I really enjoyed speaking with Emily and her husband. They are the kindest people we have met in Florida since recently moving down here. They truly care about the quality of their work and provide great customer service. Everyone was friendly, genuine, and kind. The shop is brand new! Everything is very beautiful and clean inside. They definitely have a new loyal customer.

I received the best pedicure of my life, The Hathaway option, from a delightful woman with hands of a goddess. Absolutely wonderful!

My fav nail place out of everywhere in town and the beach. Very very talented! No shaky lines, no bumps, never got cut. Love this place!

Just got my nails done and I love them so much

Today was my first time visiting this business. Unfortunately I will not be returning. One of the owners (male) was very kind upon entering and sat me at Tanyas station. I would like to state that I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and I have never had a experience such as the one I had today. The application of the acrylic was applied sloppy, thick and looked very amateur. My nails were not all shaped the same. I was a bit shocked that she was allowed to do acrylic nails. The owner had to fix my nails which turned out okay. On the bright, my pedicure came out great which was done by one of the elder ladies in the shop, she was very sweet as well.

Wonderful new salon in Lynn Haven FL. Love everything about this place, beautiful salon amazing owner and great work. I have found my forever nail salon. Best in Bay county. Highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting an upgrade.If you find any negative reviews please dismiss and understand that not everyone can appreciate great service and work. you cant please everybody.Some will complain no matter what.
