Candy machine gave out fake coins in front the attendant. I show her immediately She shrugs her shoulders and says I cant do nothing about that. Wont be back on that. 1st is last. I tried to put it back and do a coin return but it kept it so no Bueno

A great place to do laundry. They have lots of big machines for those big loads. They have good dryers and clean bathrooms. Plus they have a chain machine and snack machines and they have a machine for if you need detergent or softeners things like that.

Well I decided to finally try this place as its a little closer than the fresh scent coin laundry and I have to say that I was not disappointed. The machines were in good working order they worked well and it was actually a little bit cheaper than what I was used to. I did 5 loads of laundry for 12 bucks. And the lady that was there was actually really nice and helpful as well so I think I found my new place to come and do my laundry every Sunday.

Establishment was very clean and the cost was very low. The time on the dryer was very generous.Clothes came out very clean. The attendant was very polite and helpful.

Terrible service, they tell you which machine to use, you cant use the one you want, you have to be waiting for machines to wash your clothes, being unoccupied others wont let you use them, I really dont recommend this laundry, the manager doesnt give good service. Lynn Havens worst laundry .🥴

Half the washers work half of the time the dryers well they do the job nice people the place is usually pretty clean for the most part

I love this place, I made the mistake of going to another place in a rush and no one beats the service this place provides. I absolutely love this laundromat, its easy for me to drop off my clothes, go to the gym, and then go pick them up when im done working out or getting groceries or whatever I need to do. I love how they fold my clothes, they turn things right side out, match socks, and match up my scrubs into matching sets.

As I searched for a laundry mat where I could take my big blankets and comforters, I found Coin Laundry in Lynn Haven. There was an attendant on duty that asked upon my arrival if I needed any assistance. The building and machines were clean, the majority of the machines were in good working order. The ones that didnt work were clearly marked. The coin machine worked where you get change. I was in and out in no time flat. I felt safe and secure. The only challenge was the traffic out front. But I watched and was careful as I headed out. I would definitely recommend taking your laundry here.

Turned all my clothes pink and denied responsibility. I lost over $150 in clothes because they washed my white clothes with red. I asked for a refund and they refused. I’ll never use this business again.

The owner really need to pop in every once in a while. The help was not friendly like the lady that use to be there all the time. The coin machines do NOT give accurate change as well. The lady there act as if i ruined her smoke and phone break by asking her for my correct change and by asking why the machine wasnt working properly. The old tendent use to clean the whole time there. I was in and out all day and never seen her and her guest wipe down ANYTHING thats really bad consider how much people are in and out of there touching EVERYTHING often.

It was very busy that day and most of the machines were out of service.

The best laundry spot in bay county.The staff is very responsible and very helpful.

Most larger washers were out of order and the staff was unapologetically rude. I asked for help since the card reader on the washer seemingly charged my card but did not start the wash. I asked an employee for help and she rolled her eyes at me, said “are you kidding me?” and begrudgingly helped me with my problem. I understand everyone has bad days but there is no need to be blatantly rude for no reason.

I can always go here and spend the same amount of money every week and always have clean and really good dried clothes.

I give the laundromat a 1 NOT because the machines, NOT because of the parking. THe reason I gave it a 1 is because there is a lady that works there. Not sure her name but shes a heavy set brunette lady with a really bad attitude. Ive been to this place 2 separate times and each she gave me attitude for asking a question. The second time she literally followed me outside to talk trash to me and walk away. Shes the most unprofessional person there(also the only employee there). Another one of the older ladies saw the interaction and later told me she had given her attitude as well. not sure why this lady thinks she can treat the customers which ever way but but that should change.

Nice, clean friendly staff, Manager of 12 years is rude and unfriendly.Bad for business if shes working when I come, Ill go somewhere else next time.
