Seemed clean, some of the machines work. But their soda machine is broke; spent $2.25 trying to get a Sprite™ and Dasani™, but it wouldnt give us the Sprite, and wouldnt give us back our change. I do hope they fix this, and that they find more employees!

Sure is dirty and yes most of the washers and dryers are broken but the ones that did work did a good job . I would have given 1 star but the owner up here when I had a problem. He told me he was truly sorry refunded my money and told be that he is trying to get the place back to standards . Nice guy . So thats what gave them a 3 star . Good luck sir

Worst laundromat ever experienced. Out of 25 dryers only 9 work. Same goes for washers more broken than working. Asked the attendant about it. She states yeah she knows and doesn’t know when they are going to be fixed. Said we will have to go over to the beach from now on. She told me it’s fine to take my business elsewhere. Dirty doesn’t do it justice. If I could go negative stars I would.

I dont want to be a pain, however when you only have 5 washers working and 20 not working you are less of a laundromat and more of a druggie hangout. Just saying.

Out of maybe 30 washers half of them worked and not even half of the dryers worked, I ended up taking home damp clothes as I was trying ti wash clothes for work and ended up being late cause of lack of working equipment

I came here because the laundry mat I normally go to was super crowded. Since this one wasnt far from home, I decided to go in. WHY DID I DO THAT. This place should still be closed due to hurricane Michael. Everything is tagged out of order. Machines are exposed literally wide open can see all the mechanical mechanisms. It almost looks like a machine grave yard, the dryers take for ever to dry. The ones that actually work, the owner of this establishment is simply money hungry. Doesnt care about the appearance of his/her establishment. This was definitely a one time experiment. Never will I spend my money here again! And they have the nerve to have the word elegance in the title. Father God please forgive them for they know not what they do.

I came for the first time ever to this laundrey mat just because I was waiting on my new washer and dryer to get delivered hours say 7-9 pm I left at 8 pm to run to walmart which is across the street I came back at 8:15 and they closed it with all my belongings in there! Mostly everything in there is either not working or out of service!

I am disgusted with this laundromat. It is always filthy. Many of the washers and most of the dryers do not work. I will look for another place to do my laundry.

Fix a machine once in a while.

What a bad place to do your clothes. If you pay for them to wash them. It would take them a hole day. If you drop it off in the morning. Pay top doller to wash it wash. It was late when promise to be on time. Dont waste your time going there. Telling you will lose a lot of TIME and MONEY.

I had multiple loads to do and they didnt have enough working machines to complete all of them at the same time. Ended up going down the road.

My experience going to this laundry place was so upsetting and disappointing. Looking at the place inside and how the employees speaks to their customers disgusts me. Not only that but the majority of the machines were not available because the machines were out of order and it seems like the owner doesn’t want to put effort or money into the laundry place that looks like it’s going to fall apart soon. I don’t know how this laundry place is even up and running and open to the public in the type of condition it’s in? And whoever answers the phone on morning shift is very disrespectful and can’t barely understand when speaking.

Great place to wash up your stuff

Dont show up at 8:01 and try to wash no customers there and still refused was told last wash at 8 had to drive all the way to Thomas drive to the coin laundry there and 30-35 min drive to beach washed and dried 7 loads and was done. By 9:30 I called to complain next morning and the way the manger acted he did not care well elegance coin laundry lost a customer and I gave $60.00 to another coin laundry. Poor management.

Majority of the equipment here is dated and out of order. I cant speak for the dry cleaner side of it but the customer side sucks. Will not be doing business here anytime soon again

WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO FIX ALL THE OUT OF ORDER WASHING MACHINES!!!!!! 😵😡You make more money if you have them fixed!?! 😳And they need more baskets! Or some crazy person with no life will end up doing something stupid because someone is using HIS OR HER basket 😂. Seriously, please fix the washers!!!

I live on the other side of town but I always make the drive because its worth it.. Always clean and the owners are really nice
