Chris and his team are incredible. They seriously listen and seriously want to help. I watched him help someone with a much larger problem with their tires navigate it in a way to give them as many options, even if it meant he would get on the phone to call other places to check prices (which he did). Or working me in when my tire picked up a screw. Nothing big but I might as well have been buying four tires because he treats everyone with respect and care. Super glad these folks are in our neighborhood. You need to go see him.

These guys are great. I needed a new tire for my Jeep and they were the only place in Panama City area to have it. I had it installed on my front right tire as the old one had a slow leak and couldnt be repaired. When i woke up the next morning i remembered that i had had my tires rotated before i got to their shop so the bad tire was on the back right, so i had replaced the wrong tire. i called Kris Purser to tell him about the mistake i made, he went back to the shop and found my old good tire, put my name on it so i could have it changed out later that day. he went above and beyond and i will definitely go back. Cant say enough about them.

Wheel almost fell off!! Nice work on screwing up a simple tire change. Also paid for new valve stems which they did not replace also did not ballance tires. Also got grease foot and finger prints all over. They did not even put spare back, just threw it in trunk.

I found this place by breaking down in their parking lot and going in to ask the closest place to purchase oil. Chris was super helpful and gave me a completely honest assessment and estimate of what my vehicle needed.All of the work theyve done for me thus far has been outstanding and I have no reason to go anywhere else. This tire shop patched my tire from a nail and had opportunity to charge normally but they were honest and said ‘no charge’ because there is no total guarantee that the patch will hold. The honesty will earn my business in the future. Fixed the tire sensor on my truck and a few weeks later and it is holding great. Small businesses like this need to be supported for their hard work and honesty. They also waited for me after they closed to pick up my vehicle.

This is the best place to take your car. Everyone is so nice. They do fantastic work and charge a reasonable price. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Going for oil change? Check your oil level before you leave. I got not even 1/2 mile and car acted like not wanting to go (acted like problem with transmission) missing, and smoking. Turned around went back, they said oil was over filled. Used them couple times before this, but will not go back, will drive from PC to either Tallahassee or Ft Walton to dealer from now on.

Everything seem to be going great I have a flat tire and found this tire place right down the road which was close enough for me to drive my car. Went in to Road Mart and got a price for replacing two front tires. The front desk lady stated that it would take about an hour which was perfect because I had a meeting that I had to attend. After about two hours I come back and the car is still not completed however I saw a Nother vehicle which had pulled up after I had given them the keys to my car in one of the bays with the hood open. When I asked about this they even admitted to it usually is first come first serve. Moral don’t tell someone it will only take an hour and then move someone ahead of the person that got here first.

A brilliant experience. I went in today with no appointment. Kris Purser help me solved my tire issue in a quick and professional manner. they took the extra effort to make sure the work was done right. I will return for all my tire needs.

TERRIBLE customer service. Purchased a new set of tires and immediately noticed the balance was incorrect so I returned the following morning to have the tires balanced again. After returning a second time I was still having issues with vibration so I returned a 3rd time expecting they would get the truck in and fix the problem immediately especially when they know I work from my truck and cannot leave it sitting up there all day waiting to be fixed. They will not make appointment which I get because everyone is overwhelmed and busy since the storm but, when someone buys $1200 tires and they are returning for a 3rd time in less than a week because you keep getting the balance wrong you stop what your doing and fix the darn problem. I Will NEVER be back again and HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere if you value customer service.

Military? Avoid road mart at all costs. I had been a fan of them for several months, buying a set of Michelin’s and a few trailer tires from Chris.I recently had to get a tire replaced at Firestone because that was where the road hazard was purchased from. I like to go to hometown stores first, so I put my key in the Road Mart drop box (it doesn’t work, it just drops your key onto the floor for all to see), and called them at 0700 to ask them to mount and balance it.I was told by Chris that Road Mart cannot mount or balance a tire that was not bought from them. I explained that I was a regular customer there and only received more blank explanations of how it was just their policy. Aside from the fact that not everyone can live and die next to Road Mart of Panama City and use them for their sole tire source for their lifetime, it especially hurts military members that don’t get a choice in the matter.

Road Mart has always served me well, for ten plus years! Theyve never over charged, always given accurate diagnostics, and never steered me wrong. Finding a good, honest shop can be hard, but these folks have never fallen short on that!

Pathetic service after the sale! $$$$ on a set of tires, now they refuse to make appointments for rotate and balance, and hours are ridiculous for a working person. DO NOT waste your money here!

Very friendly staff here, the wait time is usually pretty short. The building kept very clean, and in good condition. I had a jeep cherokee tire that I broke the bead on, and after it was all fixed, the guy said there was no charge! I would recommend this place highly.

Terrible Experience. I went in to get a tire replaced they replaced the wrong one and refused to undo there mistake so stupidly I bought another one from them chalking it up to a misunderstanding. When I got the car back the tires were seemingly out of balance, the pressure sensor was broken my backup camera was busted so i took it to another shop and they told me they had sold me tires that Were OUT OF ROUND! and that one of my CV joints was busted! When I took it back they refused to do anything about the tires or even listen they even TRIED TO UPSELL ME TO A MORE EXPENSIVE TIRE! since they had had MANY complaints about the worker they fired him (not my idea) and agreed to fix the air pressure sensor but refused to fix the camera the out of round tires or the busted cv joint! - When I became upset they yelled at me in a threatening manner and told me to leave their establishment which i promptly did. I called the tire manufacturer and they had zero problem with sending me to another dealer to replace for free - unbelievable !. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They did not stand behind their work.

Very competent service desk folks and incredible service after the sale. Have had a few occasions to return due to road damage (slow leaks) and they have been efficient in diagnosis, speedy in repair and it has always been covered by the initial warranty.

I dropped my car off on Saturday morning, picked it up at 2:00 (closing time), drove it and noticed a small issue. Messaged Road Mart on Facebook at 2:45, they came back, AFTER HOURS on a SATURDAY to fix my issue! Their customer service is unbelievably great!!! Will definitely be coming back!

The employees at the front were very rude and cant even follow simple instructions for a tire rotation. Waited 2 hours and they didnt even rotate my tires.

They admitted they did ot check everything on my truck and told me it was my fault I had to sell it to a junk yard.

Took our car there to get a nail in the tire fixed they told us they couldnt fix it because it was in the side wall and we would need a new tire. The nail was not in a the side wall, it was in the tread so we took it to docs and for less than $30 it was fixed. Will never go to them again!! Im sure we are not the only ones they have done this to.

I tock my truck in for a check engine light they did no type of test before replacing a part that was over $180 then come to find out it was only low tire pressure. When i asked about a refund or something to help equal it out they said they wanted the truck all day to do more testing in which it would cost more and i declined.

I just remember getting tires there.
