It’s a very small post office. Great customer service by Barbara but they need another person behind the counter. I was in line for 15 minutes.

Used this office many times and always had a pretty decent experience. Today I needed to ship something by flat-rate tube. Be advised that the post office does not carry or stock flat rate tubes at this location. Dont waste your time like I did if that is what you are looking for. You have to go to the Oddfellows Road location.

Took them over 2 weeks to return a letter to me that wasnt over specifications for using two stamps to send but then told me I had to pay parcel rate even though it wasnt above the weight or size limit of a standard envelope. I will pay extra money to never send anything from my store USPS ever again.

They are INCREDIBLY slow, rude and just disorganized. There is always a huge line and only one person working the cashier station. Do not go here if you’re in a hurry, you’ll be in line for at least 30 minutes doing nothing other than waiting.

Yes, the lines can get quite crazy here (see attached photo, of the clock that doesnt have any hands, which is a pretty good indication of how long the lines get: youll be here forever). Yes, the postal service is extremely mismanaged. BUT: The staff here does an amazing job and they do the best they can do. Do remember when here that it ISNT the fault of the worker, but of the postal service system. Ive had a very pleasant experience with all the staff here and they are very friendly, despite having so many people that get upset at them time and time again.

Very friendly service and protections against Covid-19. The person I worked with and witnessed with all other patrons answered questions efficiently, effectively, and in a friendly way.

I think for now on when I have a big package to send out, Im taking it to either ups, or FedEx. I sent a package out a week ago, usually when I send something out to go to Ohio it only takes 2-3 days, the tracking said it was going to be where it was going this past Saturday, well its now Tuesday and it still hasnt arrived. Im seriously not happy about this at all. So, if u want something to get somewhere quick, send it ups, or fedex

Estes sign company has been getting mail at this post office for around 25 years, the owner of the company has had 2 open heart surgery and a stroke but the manager thinks its ok for someone to stand in line for 30 minutes and tell his wife that she cant get his mail and she knows that he has had all these problems I myself have been picking up the mail for the last 25 years this place really needs to be shut down because its so slow people are turning around and going to another post office

People at counter are very sweet and timely. The postmaster has always been helpful with any questions Ive had.

Amy was so nice helping me locate my package. I was a little worried since there was no message left by the door, but stated it was. She helped me and I was able to pick it up at the other post office. She’s super friendly and fast. My first time here and I had a great experience.

Everytime Im at this post office I spend at least 30 minutes waiting. They have 1 person working who is very thorough, but time consuming. I find its easier to drive the extra 10 minutes to Forest post office.

Be prepared to spend 30-45 minutes here. The service is bad and employees dont really know what they are doing. On top of that, they are downright rude. I wont be coming here next time I need to ship a box.

Called them for information regarding passports because the main office on odd fellows Rd never answered any of my many calls. They were quite helpful and understanding of my problem and offered additional solutions. Sadly they are unable to provide passport services; however if they did I am assuming they would do a great job from what I experienced over the phone.

The one older guy working the window was rude to other customers and short with me. A visually-impaired man asked how much stamps went up and the clerk clearly ignored him. When the man complained about it to another customer, the clerk responded he was helping another customer. Instead of just saying Five cents, sir, he just acted like a dope.

This is towards the USPS as a whole...dont understand why it takes 48 hours for a package to be processed, shipped, and arrive at its destination which is less than 2 1/2 hours away!! Kevin Costner would have had it here on horseback in half the time!!

This is a convenient and easy to use USPS.

Usually pretty good but sometimes they take forever with people and their is usually only one person working the register minimum amount if time I have spent in here is 15 to 20 minutes

Staff are always quick and courteous.

They forwarded my mail a month earlier. Then when I moved they said I had no forwarding address. When complained just got run around. Lost mail and package b/c of this.
