The employees here are always courteous and friendly. Any time I have brought a vehicle to them to work on it they do a great job explaining what the problem is and they repair it in a timely fashion!

I have had several services done by Waterlick Garage and Tire and have had the best experience with them. Any time there is an issue they show you what it is and why it needs to be replaced as opposed to fixing unnecessary things.

Not real friendly

I used to use this garage a lot but they are very pricy compared to other garages. I was told they no longer accept your own parts which is disappointing, but this garage is very fast with repairs. If you need something done quickly I recommend Waterlick.

Fast service but way too pricey. They charged me more than the dealership would have! Also, I was told the price for a part was over $700 yet it only came to $562 on my bill and I was still charged for more than what I was originally quoted. My car is getting older and will likely need more maintenance, but since I can’t trust that I’m getting a fair price, I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Weve used this garage for years and love them. The management changed for a while, but theyre back to the old management now. We have 4 vehicles that Waterlick Garage & Tire helps us maintain. They always follow our request to call and quote before doing any work, and the ladies at the front desk are always kind and professional. We will continue to use these guys!

Great prices and service

They misdiagnosed my boyfriends (Evan Bliss) Subaru so we had to come back for them to “take apart the engine” which took 15 mins.Dropped our car off at 9am, We asked that they call us before starting any work on the vehicle and we didn’t hear from them until 2pm that they were taking apart our car. They didn’t give us a quote or anything like we asked.They told us what they thought the issue might be and quoted us $850 total.We paid $220 just for them to look at our car, WITHOUT CONTACTING US BEFORE STARTING ANYTHING.I think the right thing to do as a business is to give us a refund like we called and asked for. Then I might change my review. Until then, they are undeserving of a good review or any future business.

I wanted to share my experience in visiting this shop. Dave diagnosed the issue as being a faulty leak detection pump within the evap system. This was later diagnosed to be incorrect by a series of master techs in South Carolina. The issue is actually the vapor cannister. This is usually a 700 dollar part so I’m wondering if this is why they quoted me so high, but didn’t want to tell me what actually needed to be replaced on the car. I spent 220 on Absoloutely nothing with these guys.

Waterlick Garage is a great place to go! Oil changes, tires, radiator fans, breaks, and state inspections are all things I had done to my car this year alone. If you have to spend the money on your car, spend it at a place where you know youll get a good price and nice people too.

First time coming here and they diagnosed a misfire. They replaced a coilpack and spark plug in 15 minutes. Then charged me $70 for a coil (LOL it’s $30 online for a performance coil) and 68$ for labor not including tax. (They never told me how much the full cost including the labor would be). This is an easy job you can do yourself with some torque wrenches. Definitely not coming here again.Update:I ordered 8 coils for $200 and 8 spark plugs for $30.Changed them out myself in 30 min no hassle at all.Absolute waste of money at that place. And they said $154 for 1 coil....HAHAHAHAHA
