Great company that has always taken care of me, family and my friends. Quick, Fair prices and no damage to my vehicles. What more can you ask for in a towing service?
Service was excellent. Responded immediately. Zack was professional, courteous, and very thorough. Highly recommended.
They are the bomb solved my problem got me taken care of and didnt take long as well Id recommend them to anybody their definately getting my business again if i need them hope i dont but if so their first on my list and Harris Tire recommended them!!!!
Its a scam. Ive never dealt with such dishonest people in my life. $1427 for a towing of less than ten miles? Seriously?
Absolute scam. I was charged $1410 to have my car towed. The owner told me that if there hadnt been any clean-up involved, it would have costed $125, but since there was some fluid that had spilled out of my car, it apparently costed another $1285. Nevermind the fact that the Timberlake Fire Department had already cleaned up everything on the road and told them that they didnt need to clean anything up. They also said that they used 8 bags of speed-dry even though my mother and I watched them use only two AFTER being told by the state trooper that the Timberlake Fire Department already took care of it. Slick (the name of the towtruck driver) was a complete jerk to me on the scene of the accident. They will steal every penny that they can. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. Other people have also reported them stealing stuff out of their car. If the state police asks you if you want them to call a towtruck for you, refuse...because they may call these guys. I have never dealt with such disgusting business owners. They will take advantage of you. I also have a different friend who was charged 1250 to be towed under 5 miles when he blew his transmission...AKA ZERO cleanup. I am hoping that he will write a review to share his terrible experience
Awful company that scammed my friend out of 1800 dollars. Literally any other company would be better than this guy group of clowns.
The Virginia State Police has this company on their rotation for picking up stranded vehicles. This company takes advantage of this opportunity to serve and creates a charge list that is extreme and unfair. Their fee to two a vehicle a few miles was $690.Try to reason with them and they are completely unwilling to discuss their ridiculous list of charges.Go to their place of business and you will find yourself in a trailer/home that serves as their residence and place of business.Do not do business with this company and I would strongly suggest the Virginia State Police take them off their rotation list. I dont think this is how local residents should be treated.
Was in Lynchburg dropping son off at Liberty, about to leave and realized I had a mechanical issue with my truck and was going to need a tow. The next morning I called and the response was quick and timely and VERY curtious. I even asked to have the driver call me on the way, since I was at a hotel and he did. We met up with me and I explained the issue I was having, which caused my vehicle to not leave the PARK position. Now I dont know if all drivers are required to do this, but I dont think so, he researched how to get the PARK gear shift to release, AND HE GOT IT!!! So this meant I didnt need a tow to the dealership and I could get back home to IN. WEEELLLLLL not quite yet, he had told me NOT to put the vehicle in PARK again and well, I DID, BUT I called him real quick and he came back and fixed it again in a matter of a few minutes. So I made it home that night a VERY happy customer. $50.00 thats all I paid!!!! The truck driver was VERY nice and curtious as well. Thanks Towman!!
Great service
