Allen is a very rude person and his co-worker, John, tried to get one over on me when I got my oil changed. I had my truck towed to Allens shop to be worked on because it was overheating and he called me with an estimate of $425.15. When I picked up my truck and paid him, I asked him what was wrong and he all he said was I replaced the gasket rear of motor, which is what was stated on the receipt. The next day I asked my friend to call her father (who is a mechainc out of state) and he told her to get more information on what was repaired. So, she called Fort Hill Automotive, Allen answered, and after telling her he was NOT going to explain hisself to everybody he hung up on her. Therefore, we drove over to his shop. He kept his back to me the whole time and when I asked him exactly what part was repaired or replaced he could not tell me. He said he owns his own business and does not have to explain hisself. He was very defensive towards me. I will NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE TO BE REPAIRED, NOT EVEN AN OIL CHANGE. I do not trust them and what they really do to repair vehicles. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO HIS SHOP!!!!!!!

Hung up on me when I called to ask about the repair that was done. Went over to ask in-person and he kept his back to me the whole time. Would not explain the repair he made. Got defensive when I asked. Also could not tell me the name of the part he used.

Just had a pre inspection to see what I need to fix before I get it inspected again.
