No need to improve at this location. Jarret was extremely friendly and fast with getting me setup with my new phone and transferring my line over from sprint. My new phone and service have been nothing but great. Thanks Jarret!

Stopped in spur of the moment to upgrade our existing iphones after having issues with mine after the newest Apple update. My young daughter wasn’t in the best of moods, but the entire staff helped put this anxious mom to ease after our 3 year old had quite a few meltdowns. I am extremely grateful to Greg, Malcolm & Carrie for their professionalism and kindness throughout the entire upgrade process.

Disappointing experience here today. I attempted to pick up a prepaid online order, I informed the sales representative why I was there when he asked. Then I waited 45 minutes as he finished up with other customers. I was still waiting to be helped after those two customers left, myself and the sales representative were the only two people in the store. He ignored me and instead he began immediately assisting another customer who arrived after me. Not the best experience, and I still was not able to pick up the phone that I prepaid for.

My wife went into the store to pick up 2 phones we ordered for family members in another state, she told the rep Gregory M NOT to activate the phones, he still activated one, which disconnected my mothers phone and proceeded to change my mom data plan, which I am now charged prorated charges and have to pay more money ! Not please with this scammer at all.

Luckiest thing that ever happened to us! AT&T store right down the street! When you arrive, ask for Robert! He’s the best. The absolute best!

This location is BEST ATT location we have encountered because of Greg. He is super calm and therefore your experience is calm even if you walked in with fire in your eyes. Greg was awesome throughout entire experience.

Greg and Robert were extremely helpful to my fiancé and I when we were trying to get on our own phone plan. They dealt with the AT&T’s over the phone customer service very well. We were having so many problems with 611, and Greg and Robert fixed all of it. They are the only reason we are still using AT&T! Thanks guys!!

I ordered a phone online to pickup in the store. Greg was very busy all night, but stayed past closing to let me get the phone. When we were doing the process, there was some glitches in the system from the website side that would be worked out by morning, no problem. When I went to leave, I noticed my current phone had no service, his customer support team ported my number before I had a phone in hand. Greg stayed with me until midnight (they close at 8) and would not leave until I had a working device. Words can’t express the gratitude and appreciation I have for him doing that. That’s amazing customer service and I will definitely keep going to see him for all AT&T business.Thank you.

Stopped in after not being able to connect with customer service on the phone and Greg M. helped me out. He was pleasant and very helpful. Store was crowded but took his time with me. Will def return to this location. 12/5/2020

Greg is awesome. Our phone needed a new sim but wouldn’t connect. He genuinely cares about customers. He stayed after closing to program all the settings in by hand. Excellent service.
