My husband and I are very impressed with the service provided here! We visited the shop an hour before closing to fix our iPhone screen. I have visited Go Go Gadgets a few times for assistance with my iPhone and had great results! This time I took my grandsons laptop. I first took it to Best Buy they told me it was a charging port it would be 4-6 weeks! He uses it for school so needed it sooner. Associate at Go Go Gadgets checked it out and told me it only needed a new charging cord and he could have it in few days! So I was very happy with this because not only would I have the laptop up and running sooner but the cost between a charging port or charging cord was a big difference. They also were very helpful with my phone again. while I was there because I had an update and it was acting up, they looked at it for me and did a hard update & cleaned it at no charge! Who does that anymore! Great place!!

Go Go Gadgets saved me today. I give them a top rating. Attempted to replace iPhone SE (1st Gen) battery. Was in process of putting phone parts back together when the carefully sorted screws got knocked off table and one screw I never could find. So I took the open phone and remaining parts/screws to the shop and he had my phone back together and working in just a few minutes. Until I saw a recent post on Next Door, I had never heard of GGG before. Now, Ill never forget them.

Wife shattered her 11 month old ipad screen. I called on a Wednesday after 6pm. Sam told me it would be $120 and take 2-3 hrs, I say I will see him the next morning. I get there next day 11am. Mark tells me it will be $125 and be done by end of day. I didnt being up what Sam had told me the day before as I felt it was still a good deal. When I looked at the drop-off receipt it read $120 plus $8 tax, so I got the price Sam quoted but what Mark told me was more realistic as to what I had to pay. 2:45pm I get the call that it is done. It is now two weeks later, still works like new.

They replaced my iPad screen 2 days ago and yesterday I saw that it was cracked. They don’t cover cracks on screen after they repaired them and I get it is their policy but $90 for a 24 hours screen it is just wrong. I took my IPhone X in to have the screen replaced. The first screen had a bubble in it and didn’t seem to notice until I pointed it out. They replaced it but then the facial recognition did not work. The said the broke something on the mother board. After waiting almost 4 weeks they replaced the board. After a restart I have a constant alert that the battery can’t be confirmed it’s an iPhone battery so smart charging would not work nor would the message clear away. Now I’m being told there’s nothing the can do about it. If they choose to work on $1000 plus phones they should stand behind the workBob Jennings

I took my iPhone in to get the top lock and home buttons replaced because they were not working Monday afternoon 11/25, prior to this EVERYTHING else with my phone worked perfect. I picked up my phone 20min before they closed, played music on my 5min drive home only to have it stop suddenly and see my phone restarting. I get home and the on/off continues every 3-5min whether the phone was in use or not. The battery also would not charge above 56% jumping 10-20% down until it died within the few minuets it was on. Clearly who ever “fixed” my phone didn’t bother to look at it for more than a few minuets after “working” it. I looked up the issue and this “repair” shop had caused a short in my phone’s board that was never an issue before I brought it in.u2028u2028I take my phone back in the following morning, 11/26. I leave my phone there and no one contacts me from the shop for 5-6 hours, so I call and I’m told after waiting half the all day “Your phone needs to be looked at by our owner and he won’t be in until tomorrow”. I call the next day on Wednesday and, “we need to send your phone to our central location to be worked on”. Really? Thanks for not contacting me and letting me know yourselves making me call to get information you should be updating your customer on. Also shouldn’t it have been sent there a day ago?Now this being Thanksgiving week I understand delays/days off, but it gets worse…u2028u2028They were closed Black Friday, so for two days I had zero updates. Do NOT take your computer to GoGoGadgets next to Tijuana Flats off 54. They replaced a laptop screen on a laptop of mine several months ago. The new screen fell off within weeks. The next screen stopped working (but the computer would display on external monitor) Two months later, they said motherboard needed replacement. That hasnt worked so now they have supposedly ordered a replacement laptop. This was a high-end Lenovo Yoga. Lesson learned, take your computer to a certified repair shop.In reply to owners response, no replacement has been received and no communication other than me contacting you. You have repeatedly insinuated that we broke the laptop when the real cause was your shoddy repairs. This started in February and I still dont have a computer.

I have been coming to Go Go Gadgets for sometime now with cracked cell phones and other issues. I usually have only dealt with Mark but recently meet the owner and they are both GREAT! I highly recommend going to them. Very nice guys and reasonable prices and reputable company.

Update 6/12: The first screen replacement had a blue tint to it, but the day before my warranty was up it had trouble responding to touch. So I went in and they replaced it again the day that my warranty was supposed to end! It was great customer service. I was very thankful. The guy who helped me explained to me that sometimes the screens do that and that they do the best they can to help.But now I’m in a similar situation again where my screen has been acting up by pressing random apps and ending my calls or dialing numbers (in every app) and now can’t get it replaced because it’s passed my warranty. I just hope they think about extending their warranties when they know this kind of stuff happens with their screens.OG review: Went in to get my iPhone X screen replaced. They had it done within 10-15 minutes. They not only have great customer service over the phone and in person, but great prices too! Only weird part was that the screen has a bit of a blue tint to it now, but it’s hardly noticeable.

My husband took my daughter in to get her iPad mini fixed. A piece of the charger was broken inside it and we were unable to remove it ourselves. In less than one minute, they had the iPad fixed and sent them on their way with no charge. We will definitely return with any other electronics issues.

Cheap comes at a price. Great customer service but when I got the new screen an hour later it began to show green lines and wasn’t able to use. I had to wait until they opened the next day to return it and get a refund. I didn’t want to exchange it because I’m sure they order all the screens from the same vendor which isn’t high quality. I went to another store that was slightly more expensive and I could immediately tell the screen was nicer and clearer to see through. I wouldn’t waste my time or money there saving a few bucks. The reps were really nice and were willing to do a refund. The store was tidy and very clean :)

Absolutely awesome! In less than 25 minutes they had replaced my iPhone screen, calibrated my phone, put on protective glass, and mounted it in a new protective holder. I was working from home on my Surface Pro and when I got up to use the restroom, my cat got on the table and knocked it over, cracking the screen from corner to corner. I called everywhere I could think of, even the Microsoft Store at International Mall, but no one would touch a Surface Pro. Thats how I ran into GoGo Gadgets.At first, when I called and they were the only ones that said they would work on it, I was hesitant. But I needed it to be functional again for work and didnt want to buy a new one. I decided to put the Surface in their hands and see how it went. The price was affordable to replace. When they called me a few days later, I was worried that they may have not been able to replace it correctly. On the contrary: they had a new screen come in but it wasnt working up to their standards, so they sent for a new one to come in. They said it may take another week or two, but I got a call saying it was complete just a few days later. I really appreciated how they let me test it to see it was working right before I left too. Everyone I talked to at the office was very helpful. Dont go anywhere else for your repairs, and Surface Pro owners: take the plunge; they may be the only guys in town that work on them, but its quality work! My Surface is working great and it looks brand new. Thanks to all the staff at GoGo Gadgets for being helpful and doing a great job!

I have a windows HP computer from 2011 that just would not update the Windows system, I tried every trick I could find wasting a lot of time until a friend told me about these guys. Usually I can resolve my own problems. Called them and took in the computer and Dave managed to get the machine to finally load an operating system and gave me back a smooth running machine cleaned off with Win 10 on it. And price is very reasonable. Next time I have an issue I know where to go and spend my time more productively!

Searched for closest place to get screen saver installed on my Android phones. Really got lucky with this find. Saul was great..pleasant, competent and did the two phones right away while I waited..the glass looks like it was factory installed. He went through every effort to clean my really dirty phone screen then installed the glass without any bubbles and an absolutely dead on perfect placement of the glass. Screen looks better now then when it came out of the box new. Both phones perfectly done. Definitely the guy you want to see for any smart device repair. Worth going out of your way to have this place do the job.They just recoverd a laptop for me that had all sorts of problems. They do great .. work but store just moved to much better location in the LA Fitness center plaza at Collier and 54. They just do great work for fair pricing.

Mark was fantastic and professional. I brought it an iPhone with a shattered screen and we found other issues with the phone that would be quite pricey to fix. Fortunately, Mark was able to swap my iPhone with another phone I had brought it with me, instead of trying to sell me the repair that was costly or other phones they had in the store. He did all the transferring over so the phone would work correctly and did not charge me for the time and work he put in. Professional, quick, and helpful.

Just had a weird experience so I thought I’d share to help others. My toddler broke my MacBook Pro laptop screen during quarantine recently. I first checked with Apple and they quoted me $494. I thought I’d check with local companies to see if I could get a faster turn around time and maybe better price. I contacted GoGo Gadget Repairs over Facebook and this was their response:“Grade B OEM - $800 includes part and LoborGrade A OEM - $1,200 includes Part and LaborThe Reason why the Price is So High Is Because the Price of Part Needed to Repair laptop. Plus labor to secure face ID Function .We usually NEVER price shock or over charge but expertise is needed to craft such fragile Repairs to perfection. Thanks”I’m not trying to be rude, but I paid $1100 for the whole laptop in November and it doesn’t even have Face ID (just the touch pad) so the quote doesn’t make sense. Grade A is more than a new laptop, and Grade B is close to twice as high as Apple’s quote. Maybe they made a mistake but I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Had to wait weeks to get my phone fixed at this store, because they had to order new glass, wait for it to come in, then didnt put it on right. Gave me the phone back with the glass coming off on the corner, and I had to go back to tell them to order more glass.They recently moved from a location off 41 only a few miles away and my review seems to have been removed since then, so Im reposting it. Seems like their negative reviews didnt move with them when they did, because there were plenty that are now missing.

I had broken the screen twice before on my iPhone. When I broke it for the third time yesterday I decided to go to my neighborhood shop. Honestly, the picture quality and clarity are so much better than my previous two replacements that it feels like I got the next version iPhone. I never thought that there would be much difference between glass quality. Glass is glass right? Nope! This is the best replacement I’ve had so far. Highly recommended!

I will never go back to this store to have my phone”fixed”!! They may have “fixed the screen” but locked me out of the phone rendering it unusable!!!
