Ernesto is a great guy! We were so pleased with his quick response and turn around time he was able to fix the laptop within 3 hours. We were stuck on line at best guy with geek squad and found Ernesto on Google. It was an easy sell seeing that he had 5 stars reviews for over 500 customers. We brought my sons dead laptop in and they looked at it and troubleshot it down to the motherboard being bad. They charged us 35.00 but in my opinion they did much more work than 35.00 would cover. Very professional and gave us the honest truth that it was more expensive to fix than replace. Warning: $ 1,150.00 DELL G15 bought 16 months ago died due to what Complete said is a factory fault in the motherboard. Hopefully Dell will do something when I complain. I have a 200.00 Chrome Book that is just as dependable as when I bought 5 yrs ago. I highly recommend Complete IT!

Brought wifes laptop in after our Rottie caught the power cord and slung it across the room. They fixed the power receptacle on the laptop, found the part needed while I was driving home! Quick turnaround, good price and nice people.

This review is WAY past due! I took my crashed laptop and my new Surface Pro to these guys, and, among other things they did for me as recommendations, they transferred all of my data from the old to the new.These guys are amazing. While each one of them worked on it, Mark is the one I was in contact with the most and took care of a major issue I was having when none of my documents transferred over. His skills are off the charts!I am certain I drove these guys a little crazy, lol, but they were always kind and “humored” me when I know I was talking way too much!They are exceptional in knowledge and I had zero issues in trusting them with all of my data, including passwords.They put an app on my Surface Pro as well, so that if I need something, I can have them remote in over the phone. I have used it twice, and it was awesomely convenient!Complete IT is also extremely reasonable in price! Mark did an exceptional job of repairing my desktop. He is knowledgeable, professional, and patient. It took a couple of visits to get everything done (my computer is old) but he got it up and running. Had to send the hard drive to a company in Wisconsin to see if they can salvage my data, but otherwise, internet, speakers, everything else is working fine.

My old PC died and because of COVID I had my son in law drop off old computer and 3TB hard drive. As an Electrical Contractor, I’ve worked side by side with them on many different jobs from Cat 5/6 networking, WiFi and cameras to high security building access.with mag locks.In their computer shop they installed a 2 TB hard drive in my laptop, it went from running like a 67 impala hitting on 6 out of 8 cylinders to running like a Ferrari on the race track. They went above and beyond the call of duty to point out a warranted factory recall on reflective screen coatings by Apple that was causing an issue and offered to go to the Apple store with me to have it repaired.They are immaculately detailed with complete customer satisfaction and perfection as their goal. I would trust this guy and his crew to the keys to my house.Very highly recommended.

Great experience from the initial phone call to the install. Thomas and Charlie did a great job setting up three wall mounted TVs for me. We had zero issues, time was taken to do the job correctly. I had a most unusual problem with my Toshiba Laptop. It is five years old and runs fine (Windows 10), but three screws had worked out of the bottom of the laptop. It was causing the plastic case to split apart when the screen was open. Tried several places, Ace Hardware and the like to find replacements. No go. These guys quickly found some screws that fit and solved the problem. Many thanks to Complete I.T. for coming to the rescue.
