Quality Septic is by far one of the best in the business. Michael treats his customers fair and is always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. He is always very pleasant and explains exactly what he is going to do to get the job done in advance. There has never been an occasion where we questioned his integrity. The phone was answered immediately. The gentleman said he would be here, in the pouring rain, in 45 minutes. In 45 minutes he was already working to fix all the problems. Can I give them 10 stars??!! Wow! I never thought I would be so satisfied with septic service! When they left, I told my husband, Thats the kind of company I love to deal with. I was actually happy to pay them! Michael is so knowledgeable about septic service, and explains everything he does, without being asked to do so. He provides a fast response to your service request, is able to do the work in a very timely manner, because he really knows what he is doing, does a great job, and is very respectful of your property. He takes pride in his work. He and Tim fixed broken pipes etc. in our poorly maintained septic system, which required work with a backhoe. Our yard did not look like a disaster area when he left. He has a very impressive, huge, beautiful truck with all the necessary equipment to get the job done right. I really cant recommend them enough! Thanks Michael and Tim!

Michael Carter runs an outstanding business!! He is very knowledgeable and does a good job explaining what needs to be done. He replaced our entire residential septic system in just over a day, and I was charged what I was quoted. Michael is very professional, and it’s obvious that he cares about doing stellar work for his customers. I would like to thank Thirsty Michael with Quality Septic LLC for installing a septic system at one house and adding a leach line at our personal home. Very seldom does one run across HONEST HARD WORKING MEN these days. I watched Thirsty and Tim on two separate occasions and their work is above what I expected. When they finished they cleaned up leaving no mess for me to have to remove. Michael came out the same day we called. He was very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. He took the time to make sure he did a great job, and explained everything, including options for me to choose from. We just had our septic pumped out last year and the guy left pipes at our house, never came back for them, and did a very poor job.It was nice to have a company that knows what hes doing and worth paying for.

I am a very skeptical person, Mr. Carter put me at ease over the phone. It’s refreshing to find someone so helpful and above all honest.We had our Septic tank cleaned by a company that will remain nameless and continued to experience problems.We contacted Michael Carter and over the phone he explained that our problem could be one of two things and how to narrow it down (free of charge).After following his quick, simple instructions we found the problem. We called Mr Carter back, he came out to our home, did repairs for a nominal fee and offered a wealth of information on keeping our Septic tank working properly.I would give ten stars if I could. Quality Septic is the right company for the job, there are other companies out there that should not even be driving a pump truck. That’s my opinion after having my system pumped eight times in the last three years, yes! I’m the the first owner of my home that was built in 2009. Michael showed up on the job and explained in detail exactly what a septic system should be doing and why one might fail.
