A clearstream system was installed on my sons new home. The aerator has exposed pipes and wires and a large 3 x 6 hole in the base of the unit. That will invite all kinds of rodents or snakes to make a home there. Our previous unit was totally enclosed. When I called to ask about how to close the unit up I was given the run around by several women in accounting and order entry. I was told that no technical help was available. and I could not speak to anyone who knows anything. Very poor customer service. I hope their product is better than their customer support.

Zero help. Call your local service provider is what ClearStream will tell you if you call. If your a diy’er and somewhat handy these systems are not terribly complicated to maintain and replace parts, just had a few technical questions.My area has one clearstream service provider for a metropolitan area of over 2 million people, whats that tell you? They want $250 to just show up to your door.If your researching septic systems for your place don’t install a clearstream.

Horrible service. No tech support. Not customer service oriented. More of a wholesaler. They pawn you off on local yocals for tech support and questions

I must admit, after driving an hour and a half to get here, just to get there and not be able to get in to the building. Left out to the weather and have to wait in my car like i have Ebola or the black plaque. The lady was very rude when we asked to come in, she said well thats the way is gonna be. I could be wearing a hazmat suit and still be denied to enter.

Absolutely no help on anything. Useless office workers saying they cant look anything up and the lady answering phones is saying she doesnt know anything. Better luck googling anything you meed to know because obviously they dont know and not willing to help customers. Go with a different company is my recommendation. 0 stars

I’d give 0 stars if I could, we purchased a new home and have had nothing but problems out of this system, and they have tried every looophole imaginable to literally not cover anything, especially their cheap Chinese parts. If you buy one of these systems the aerator will go out in the first year and the effluent pump, and then when you buy replacement parts from them they will not last longer than a year, it’s a complete scam to get people to buy more of Their products. So if your stuck with one of these systems put literally anyone else’s parts in to replace the Clearstream parts when they break or you will have never ending problems that are artificially created by Clearstream. Also the receptionist will give you neverending promises of someone that will call you back, but you will never get a phone call, I literally called SEVERAL times and only got the run around.

For anyone looking to buy a home. Please make sure your homes septic tank is not a clear stream! I’ve encountered nothing but problem after problem nonstop for the pass two years. Called the company receptionist was very polite and professional. She promised someone will get back to me regarding my concerns. Three weeks later and I still haven’t received a phone call.

This company is a effing joke. Id give them zero stars if I could. I moved into a house that has a Clearstream system installed, recently it has been acting up. I called the company and was told that there are no dealers in my area anymore however a sales representative would get ahold of me and discuss my options. I havent heard back since and this was over 2 weeks ago. What a joke.Great customer service!
